• Bialik (10/5): Exceptional. - I like that even though we arrived a day before, and we were not treated nicely. We were able to give feedback and Ayan took personal charge of service recovery. The room and everything after was exceptional which of course added a to a fantastic experience. Initial interaction when we arrived.

Il faut se battre pour en avoir... et l'on ne peut que regarder les sofas vides mais réservés par des gens sans éducation. Heureusement le personnel se débrouille pour faire respecter un peu... Le management devrait instaurer des regles, ce qui etait le cas dans le passé
• Simone (10/5): We stayed at the Address Fujairah Beach Resort to celebrate a birthday. The resort is top class in a beautiful, private - The privacy, the quality of service. The serenity. But most of all, the staff. The team went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Which made the resort go from great to exceptional. Special shout out to Nyasha, who took extra special care of us, was warm and polite, and made us feel so at home. But everyone from FOH to F&B team were great. There was an abundance of food and team at service always. There could be more activities, but it’s understandable in the current context and mid week that activity would be quieter. Considering we went to just relax and enjoy- we got exactly that.

The service throughout was exceptional, but I would especially like to commend the front desk team for their outstanding hospitality. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate every request with genuine warmth and professionalism.

• Charlotte (10/5): A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff - The staff were unbelievably kind and accommodating. Nyasha in the restaurant was phenomenal and made us feel very welcome. Mustafa on the bar was fantastic and made wonderful cocktails.
• Alaa (8/5): Amazing Location and Views, but Some Areas Need Improvement - The location of the hotel is amazing, and the views from the rooms are excellent. The room facilities were good and the rooms were kept clean throughout our stay. While the rooms are not the most spacious, they are still comfortable and decent. Some of the hotel staff were also helpful and friendly. One of the main issues was the lack of shaded areas around the pools and even in the kids’ play area, which made it difficult for children to enjoy swimming or playing during the daytime without being under direct sunlight. The restaurant staff were friendly, but they did not appear to be very experienced or well-trained, and the service was lacking at times. The food was average — not bad, but nothing particularly memorable either. Another downside was the parking situation, as there is no covered parking, so cars remain under the sun all day.

We had a very pleasant stay The only thing I didn’t like was a restriction that honestly surprised me for an all-inclusive hotel. This was the first hotel I’ve stayed at where, despite having all-inclusive service, water and tea were not available in the lobby. During the hours when the restaurant was closed, you either had to pay for water or tea, or walk in the heat to the pool bar. This part definitely did not match the expectations of an all-inclusive experience.

• Hamidreza (8/5): Nice location, great staff, clean rooms, don’t recommend the All Inclusive - Staff, cleanness, size of the rooms, location. My thanks to all the staff, especially Mostafa at the pool bar and Nyasha at the restaurant 1) The adult pool needs maintenance. A lot of tiles have been detached and they can cut the feet. 2) We took the All Inclusive package. It was more like All Exclusive! Drinks were the cheapest possible one and you could get them at Pool Bar only. I expected more from Address.

• Шокиров (10/5): - Провели отличный отдых в Address Beach Resort Fujairah. Очень понравилась спокойная и тихая атмосфера — именно то, что мы искали для семейного отдыха. Отель красивый, ухоженный и действительно комфортный. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — все были очень вежливыми, внимательными и всегда готовы помочь. Номера чистые, современные и хорошо убираются. Также очень понравился чистый пляж и приятная территория отеля. Отдыхом остались довольны, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова. Бассейны требуют большого внимания. Вся отделка бассейна постепенно распадается и вода в детском бассейне для летнего периода очень горячая, но плюсы отеля перекрывает этот минус)))
• Eimear (7/5): Relaxing, comfortable stay - Bedroom was spacious, comfortable and clean. Nice views of pool, beach and mountain from balcony. Gym was well quipped. WiFi was strong. Room service was prompt and staff were helpful with this. Breakfast was nice and good variety. Check in and check out took a very long time. We waited over 40 minutes to check out. Slow to take bags for luggage storage. Service was quite slow around the pool area.

От Екатерины на ресепшен, которая учла все наши пожелания, помогла решить все мелкие вопросы, продлила время нашего чекаута, до менеджера Гайта в ресторане, который заботился о нашей группе на обедах и ужинах. Комнаты - шикарные, просторные и с красивым видом! Благодарна отелю за то, что сделал наш отдых незыблемым 😍

• Arina (6/5): - Красиво хорошее море, приезжаем 3 раз Медленное обслуживание в кафе , 0 обслуживания на пляже, официантов нет , чтоб сделать заказ нужно минут 40 ,в итоге заказ не приносят , ходили все время сами до бара чтоб что то заказать, брала номер с видом на море дали на бассейн , во второй раз брала с видом на горы но не знала что там нет балкона , и дали 2 отдельные кровати хотя такого не просили, заселение в 3 ( но в 3 небыло номеров ,как так ,если освободить номер нужно до 12) в итоге заселились в 6

• Niall (6/5): Fine for a one off peaceful getaway but I wouldn’t recommend because of the food quality - The adult pool is great provided you can get a sun bed. Rooms clean and air conditioned and very peaceful. The food was not great and in no way 5 star standard. For dinner each night there was a buffet but the food offered was average quality, with only a few dishes freshly prepared. Very disappointing.

Everyone else was equally fantastic and friendly I would like to propose a shaded parking area and better EV charging management where valet staff should move the cars once they are fully charged to allow others to charge their cars

• A (1/5): - I did not feel comfortable during my stay. I originally booked for two nights but ended up staying only one night and leaving early. There was a lot of noise, and housekeeping woke me up by ringing the doorbell four times. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience for me

• Mohammed (8/5): - The staff were excellent, especially Afia at the front office, who was very attentive to our requests and kindly arranged a late evening extension for our stay. The facilities were clean, the interiors well maintained, and the corridors and spa had a wonderful fragrance throughout. The activities and family common areas closed at 7 PM, which felt unusual given there are limited alternatives nearby. The main pool had several loose tiles, creating an unsafe condition that could cause scratches or injury to guests. The restaurant menu was quite limited and could be improved, potentially by expanding options or adding another dining outlet.

• Suha (10/5): An exceptional and distinctive stay - Everything was beautiful and special, and the staff were wonderful and polite. They saw me pregnant and brought me the pregnancy pillow. That was a very kind gesture. Nothing!

• Hamad (1/5): The room you book and pay for it not guaranteed - We arrived at 4:00 PM and were told the room would be ready in 30 minutes, but we waited nearly an hour . Note : the check in at :03:00pm and the room had to be ready on time The room provided was not the one we booked, and we were informed our booked room type was unavailable. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Failing to honor a confirmed booking without prior notice is misleading for a 5 stars hotel . If we had been informed earlier, we would have chosen another hotel.
