La piscina no era lo que se veía en la foto ya que la profundidad no superaba los 30 cm es su mayor dimensión, solo una pequeña parte media de profundidad 1 metros aproximadamente. El yacusi, estaba con agua fría y no funcionaba ni las burbujas ni las periyas de carga. El ascensor del lugar no funcionaba bien ,uvo días que no se pudo utilizar ya que lo tenían fuera de servicio....no apto para personas discapacitadas.

Llegamos y como tiene el nombre de Resort nos imaginamos que contaban con personal de recepción de madrugada, algo que no informan en las publicaciones, que si llegas de noche nadie te abre la puerta. Nos dejaron esperando casi una hora con los chicos afuera del alojamiento. 2. De Resort solo el nombre nada más! no sé quién les dio esta clasificación por qué no tienen ningún servicio, y la atención es poco satisfactoria. 3.La limpieza del lugar la hacen cuando quieren y no te dan los insumos necesarios por los cuales pagaste una suma importante por qué ellos se consideran Resort.
