• Alessandra (10/5): Fantastico, oltre le mie aspettative - E' tutto meraviglioso, il resort è veramente un luogo di lusso dove però possono sentirsi a proprio agio tutti. Il personale è stato fantastico, soprattutto Sabrina la manager del Booking, poi anche Adelina la cuoca è bravissima e ha soddisfatto le mie esigenze Vegan per la colazione la mattina. Le camere erano spaziose, pulitissime e veramente di lusso. Il personale molto gentile e educato, e parlavano bene italiano e inglese. Il ristorante è fantastico si mangia molto molto bene, anche il sushi bar è bellissimo dove mi hanno servito una cena Vegana buonissima, i prezzi sono nella norma considerando che è un 4 stelle è un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per tutto. Consiglio questo resort, anche per le famiglie perchè all'esterno c'è la possibilità di giochi per i bambini, e in Estate ci sono le piscine anche per i più piccoli. E' stato strabiliante, un ringraziamento va anche alla signora del Bar, alla signora della colazione la mattina molto gentile, a Flores del Ristorante/Pizzeria, ma soprattutto ringrazio il proprietario del Resort una persona meravigliosa molto molto disponibile e alla mano e molto gentile. Spero di tornare presto e poter rivedere tutti loro. Lo consiglio come luogo di riposo, è stupendo merita 10 stelle grazie ancora di tutto. Mi è piaciuto tutto

• Shaquille (6/5): Be aware !!! or choose somewhere else - Good location They don’t tell you out front and they try to hide it, but you need to pay for the playground for the kids and even for the swimming pool but they do advertisement it and make very nice pictures for it and can ask any amount when you are there

Pedi com antecedência cama para bebé e não tinham disponível (não recebi resposta com essa informação aquando da reserva).

• Christophe (3/5): Poor - Location close to the airport, restaurant was really nice. Most unfriendly and unprofessional reception I have had in a long time. Room was not the same as on booking, spa access and pool was not included and this is very unclear when making the booking and the same on there website. Watch out!

• Hannah (8/5): Nice hotel! but confusing setup - We liked the room, it was really comfortable with lots of space and a nice big bed and bathroom. perfect for pre-flight stay. The whole hotel was very clean and modern. The way the hotel is listed on Booking.com makes you think the pool is part of the hotel. It’s actually its own separate function and hotel guests must pay to use it. The poor staff must constantly be explaining this to annoyed customers!

TOp class cuisine in the restaurant, cheaper options Pizza in the bar - super nice pool and gmy. Perfect stop for the last night before the flight from Tirana or a short stop (1-2 nights).

Despite their answer in the Q&A that a deluxe room would include spa access, this was not the case! They charge 10 or 20 euros for 15 mins of spa, ridiculous. The receptionist was really rude about it too.

Also the pool area is super nice, but they told me I have to pay extra if I wanna use the pool. Never heard this before! The receptionist was very unfriendly! The price is way too high for what you get! I wouldn't book it again.

The spa has potential but the hotel had everything shut down. Pool access was another additional cost too.

• Misango (10/5): we got in there on Thursday afternoon and had the best receptionist her name was Irena…throughout the entire stay she ma - so beautiful and it’s location is very exotic with beautiful views has a gym and sauna al included in the offer absolutely nothing it’s perfect to a T what you see in the pictures is what you get

Also the staff was outstanding, very friendly and helpful; the facilities were phenomenal, with an incredible pool and gym; the location, near the airport and Kruja; the breakfast and the restaurants, both incredible; In a nutshell, true value for money! Absolutely nothing.

• João (9/5): Cosy stay near the airport - The hotel is on the side of the road, but it's far from that cheap motel people see in the movies. The hotel really does look great from the outside, as in the pictures, and the whole building is very modern, with automatic doors, electric blinders and others. The hotel is attached to a restaurant, which despite working independently, is used by the hotel guests. The food was delicious and the service was personalized. The waiters were extremely nice, and were patient towards tourists who'd just arrived to Albania. Highly recommended. The top bed sheets were half sized, meaning that we could only cover ourselves up to the waist. Having had other similar experiences in Albania, I can only imagine this to be a traditional costume.

• Thomas (6/5): Pleasant - Room, view, I had to pay extra due to the fact that they used an other exchange rate During the stay as during check in. This is a mistake made by the hotel and not by me. This unfavorable exchange rate costed me 14 euro. I feel ripped off.

• James (9/5): Exceptional - Extremely comfortable and clean rooms with lovely amenities including Jo Malone toiletries. Restaurant food and service was exceptional. There was a slight communication problem when trying to book a taxi with our packaged bicycles but all sorted in the end.

Staff were very rude... but the staff in nirvana were extremely polite and friendly... and assisted us with our queries. Special thanks to kristina at reception and andre in the restaurant... They shud keep the pool access till 9 pm
• Wahmeduae (10/5): Finding Nirvana at the Nirvana Resort & Spa - Mission Accomplished - Loved the room, the air conditioning, the pool,restaurant and the service. Rooms are a tad bit on the small size but sufficient and well-equipped, so it's fine. They offered us eggs, toast and some sort of salad with it and when we asked for sausages they went out of their way to accommodate us which was really nice. There was hardly anything not to like, one thing I will mention is that it's billed as a Resort & Spa, and we were so really looking forward to a relaxing massage after our long drive but when we arrived we found out it's a Spa, but they don't offer massages, this should be addressed.
