• Aaron (10/5): Can't wait to stay again. - Everything was great, the staff were so helpful and friendly, everything was clean even though it had just rained. Restaurants were great, bars were great and the pool/beach areas were perfect. Loved the petting zoo and falconry. On the first night we had a connecting room - the neighbour was very noisy. But for the second night, the staff moved us to a new room which wasn't connecting and it was much better. They even moved all our stuff for us.

Во время обеда в пляжном ресторане один из павлинов укусил ребёнка. Считаем, что доступ животных в рестораны должен быть ограничен. * В последние дни нашего пребывания были закрыты аквапарк и детская водная площадка. Мы обращались к персоналу с просьбой их открыть, так как эти развлечения заявлены и включены в стоимость проживания, однако ситуация не изменилась. В результате дети не смогли воспользоваться этими зонами в конце отпуска. При этом отель полностью взял оплату за проживание, а когда наш депозит подошёл к концу, нам оперативно напомнили о необходимости его пополнения.

• Dana (10/5): Amazing stay! - JA Resort is perfect for a getaway - it is a real GETAWAY from the busy-ness of the city. Although it is isolated, there is so much to do in the hotel that you do not feel it at all. I loved that hotel staff walk up to you and try to engage you in different activities taking place in the hotel. Everyone was kind and polite. Excellent stay! Very minor issue - the water in the shower was sometimes getting cold for a few seconds.

We both had the best time. The staff were so amazing and the facilities were just so amazing. Absolutely nothing- we loved it!

Will definitely not come again with my husband since we were supposed to celebrate our anniversary ina great p - The hotel location is very nice, with beautiful open views and a relaxing atmosphere. The landscape and sea view are enjoyable, and the food options are generally good and well presented. The setting itself has a lot of potential for a pleasant stay. 2. Staff and service – very poor experience Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. Our shower was broken upon check-in. Ordering shisha was another issue, it arrived for 20 minutes and was then taken away quickly, even though it is not cheap, because the staff wanted to leave. Around 5:30 pm, the waterfall in one of the pools was turned off so staff could close the area, even though guests were still present. We arrived late after work, so naturally our pool time was also late. We had to contact many staff members to address these issues, and only after a lot of effort did Mr. Morad step in and extend our stay, offering shisha and coffee free of charge. I appreciate his help, but our first day was already ruined. Room service was also very poor. Ordering coffee for the room was unnecessarily complicated, and we were charged for coffee and a croissant even though I had already paid for breakfast. I missed breakfast because I was feeling sick, and at the very least, the coffee charge should not have been applied. 3. Cleanliness and overall experience Around our cabin, one of our sunbeds was taken during the night, and cargo was placed in a way that blocked our view. The area was not clean ( beer glass was thrown next to us) and this further affected our comfort. Overall, my entire experience was terrible compared to the amount I paid. This stay did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this level, and I left feeling very disappointed.

• Sara (1/5): HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED 👎🏻 - The moment I entered the room I could smell the dust and I’m allergic to dust, there are stains on all tables and counters and there was only freezing cold water in the bathroom, I asked for late checkout because I had an event in the hotel that will end a bit later after the checkout time and they said it’s not possible. And on top of all of this, I gave my car for valet parking the day I checked in and I only left the following day in the evening to find out the my car windows were left open from the previous night!!!! How careless can you be?! And it’s in front of the hotel entrance if the driver forgot as they claimed, it was visible to the other staff standing there but they didn’t bother do anything anyways until I asked why they did that and even when I wanted to speak to the manager they said he’s not there and gave me the phone to talk to him where he apologized and they just wiped my car with tissues.. I’M ALLERGIC TO DUST! I had a bad stay there and a terrible ride back home, highly not recommended..

• Paula (10/5): Wonderful - Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and could not be more helpful. The facilities are excellent for children, and the splash pad is fabulous. We also requested an early check in as we were arriving early. I thought it was unlikely, but it was available. As I was travelling alone with a 4 year old, this made our short trip so much easier and much more enjoyable. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

Fantastický a profesionální personál v hotelu, restauracích i na pláži. Skvělé možnosti koupání na soukromé pláži i několika bazénech, parádní výběr stravování z 8 restaurací. Mnoho možností vyžití jak v rámci resortu, tak i výlety apod. Příliš mnoho rodin s dětmi pro dospělé, kteří hledají více klidu. Nabídka u snídaně mohla být o něco bohatší.
