Eissa (2/5): I advise you to check the villa before paying. - Friendly staff 1- Bad smell. 2- bathroom leaking + bathroom bad drainage. 3- dirty bed sheets. 4- old towels. 5- garage door isn’t working automatically. 6- fridge is in bad condition + not working.

Shafiq (4/5): Disappointing - location was in a deserted area. There were no locks on the doors. It was soo upsetting to see that we opted for a comfortable, safe place to stay and it was such a disappointment.

Rashid (10/5): Very nice apart from the ridiculous 4am checkout time - The swimming pool and facilities around it were very nice.....well done guys. The swimming pool was clean, long and safe for kids and family. Even the size, facilities, cleanliness and design of the apartments was 1st class and family friendly to say the least. The checkout time of 4am is ridiculous. It calls into question as to the needs for the rooms and beds when we can hardly use them before we have to leave! For me this us the dumbest idea ever. This is in all resorts and Chalets I have seen in Riyadh and not just at The One Resort. Nevertheless it has to be pointed out why such resorts have to abide by a ridiculous 4am checkout time.
