The place could've used some maintenance, like the showers were very inconvenient, the water was everywhere and the drains weren't draining fast enough and there was no water pressure at all in the upstairs bathrooms.

• Vinayan (10/5): Outstanding hospitality at Dilijan Park Resort & Villas – the best part of our trip. - I recently had the pleasure of staying at your property for 2 nights, and I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to you and your entire team. From the very first call I made regarding our late arrival, the response was extremely accommodating and reassuring. As a hospitality professional myself, I was genuinely impressed with the warmth and professionalism shown. I must especially commend Ms. Hasmik, your Hotel Manager (I hope I have the spelling correct). She is truly one of the finest professionals I have encountered in my years of travel. Her clear explanations, attentive care, and the generous upgrade to a beautiful 2-bedroom villa made our stay unforgettable. Although most of our time was spent on tours, we felt such comfort at the resort that we are already planning to return, next time to spend more days enjoying the property itself. The breakfast was excellent, and I particularly appreciated the thoughtful variety in options over the two mornings. My gratitude also extends to the other team members I interacted with—a young lady at the Front Office and a young gentleman from the kitchen team who brought me food. I regret not recalling their names, but both of them, like the rest of your staff, consistently greeted us with bright smiles and genuine hospitality. All in all, it was the most memorable stay of our trip, and I look forward to visiting again. Please convey my heartfelt thanks to Ms. Hasmik and the entire team. Everything was wonderful; nothing at all to complain about. Just a small suggestion—the Margherita pizza we ordered at night could have been a little better, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience.”

• Sona (3/5): Overpriced for the quality - Staff was nice It was too old, residual dirt everywhere, uncomfortable bedding. We ended up staying next day at a hotel nearby which was half the price and 10x better.
• Inesa (1/5): Disappointing stay – poor maintenance and no assistance - Location, view Disappointing stay – poor maintenance and no assistance The surrounding nature is truly beautiful, but the hotel itself left us very disappointed. The entire facility is old and poorly maintained: • Many bathroom fixtures didn’t work – some taps didn’t provide water at all. • Water from the second floor started leaking into the lower level. • Part of the flooring was literally held together with duct tape, which felt both unsafe and unprofessional. Around 10:10 PM, water started leaking from the ceiling downstairs. I called the reception to report it. The staff member said they were not aware of any current issues, even though the ceiling had clear water damage marks, suggesting this had happened before. When I asked for someone to come and clean the mess, the receptionist told me there were no staff members available at that hour and that nothing could be done. While the location is lovely, I wouldn’t recommend staying in a place where clear issues are met with no support or resolution.

Dirtiness of the carpet, many broken or damaged items, including walls, door, base of hair dryer, bad quality of TV, not working remote controls, lamp etc.

The hotel is beautiful only from the outside, inside the furniture is not only old, but the sofa is damaged, torn, the walls are very old, for a moment you don't understand if it is old or dirty, but that is not all. In the evening we ordered grilled potatoes, Caesar salad, and grilled vegetables and they brought us burnt, fried potatoes, salad with bad smelling cheese, and some very sour/spicy, it was bad that we only ate vegetables;I called the administration and express my complaint, stating that they should inform the chef, not getting a response, I go to talk to the administration team personally, mention the problems and get an answer that"we are sorry," then they call the chef from the kitchen staff, who says that" the salad cannot taste like an Italian salad", I respectfully say that the issue is not having Italy salad, that they brought a salad that was not tasty, I don't know what sauce, and in response I get sorry again, then I point out that in the case of normal service, I should have at least been offered new food, to which the administration team says that does not have such authority, we just decide to move to another hotel in the morning, and when I ask when whether I can talk to the manager, I get an answer that "he is not here".......

Area to walk , any kind of activities, cleaness is very poor in the rooms, in the kitchen cleaness is good.

• Michelle (6/5): Pleasant - Dilijan had been on our minds for a long time, so we booked this resort, expecting a perfect stay. The location was beautiful, nestled on a slope with a stunning mountain view. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom. We were disappointed by the lack of air conditioning, which made the room quite humid during the day. Additionally, there was no kettle or tea/coffee sachets, which are basic amenities in most hotels. While I would recommend this hotel for its view and quiet surroundings, they need to address these basic issues. It's just 10 minutes away from the main city center. We paid 280 AED for one night, which felt overpriced given the missing amenities.

The gas was not working so I could not order any dinner as the only hot meal available was pizza and I cannot eat gluten. I requested gluten-free and dairy-free options for breakfast and not much was available to me. The mini-bar was not stocked in two out of three rooms. There was a kettle but no tea or coffee sachets; there was no drinking water and the bathroom had a sign that you could not drink the water.
