• Camille (6/5): C’est okay mais l’hôtel pour être tellement mieux - La nourriture dans tout les restaurants étaient excellente. Le flou total sur les Master Suites : On vous donne un bracelet noir Pyramid mais vous avez les droits Sian Ka'an. Le personnel n'est pas au courant. Nous avons dû passer notre séjour à nous justifier, négocier et prouver nos droits pour accéder aux piscines, aux bars (refus de service) ou pour ne pas payer de suppléments injustifiés (boisons Premium, réservations). Être dans cette zone grise est usant. Donnez le bon bracelet dès le départ ! Le manque de standing et de règles : Les dress codes des restaurants sont totalement ignorés sans que personne ne dise rien. Les clients amènent leurs enceintes portables bruyantes à la piscine et aux restaurants extérieurs sans aucun contrôle. Le service au Café del Mar : Refus d'accès au petit-déjeuner à 10h20 (fermeture 10h30) avec des excuses confuses du personnel, desserts oubliés, inversion de l'ordre des plats (sucré servi 30 min avant le salé). Fausse promesse de réservation de lit par un serveur (Rodriguo) qui n'a jamais existé le jour J. Infrastructures : L'hôtel et les chambres sont vieillissants. Blanchisserie & Excursion : Oubli de ramassage du sac de linge (rattrapé le lendemain après réclamation). L'excursion "Jungle Boat Tour" est nulle, mensongère (pas d'animaux, 20 min de nature sur 1h30). Environ 50 % du personnel manque cruellement de formation et de rigueur. Le management doit réagir.

Le personnel m’a pris en otage à la fin de mon séjour due au fait qu’il disais que j’avais briser un meuble dans la chambre . Il m’obligeais à verser une somme de 2500$ us que je n’avais pas à ce moment là . Il mon pousser pour m’empêcher de sortir de l’établissement et lorsque j’ai eu la chance de sortir il mon projeter sur le sol toujour en demandant 2500us sinon ils appellerais la police .

The location is so beautiful and views are amazing. The rooms are in great condition and always clean. The pools were clean and maintenance worked hard daily on the landscaping and overall cleanliness of the resort. The restaurant and food offered high quality meals with incredible taste. The buffets were spacious and the loby itself had an amazing feel while also offering small coffee shops and stores. This resort has an opportunity to be one of the best around. While our stay at the resort was beautiful and memorable overall, there were several situations that left us disappointed and made us question the level of customer service and value offered. One issue occurred when we arrived for our reserved beach bed cabana. Although the restaurant area where the beds were located was technically closed, we already had a valid reservation and access to the area. When I approached the front desk for assistance, the employee gave me an uncomfortable look, picked up a “Closed” sign, and slammed it onto the desk instead of calmly explaining the situation. After standing there for several minutes while she spoke with a colleague, she finally assisted us, but never apologized for her behavior. The interaction felt unprofessional and made it seem like staff behavior is not being properly addressed or held accountable. Another frustrating experience happened at one of the restaurants included in the all-inclusive package. The restaurant normally required reservations, but we decided to stop by and ask if there happened to be any availability. Since there were empty tables, we were seated for dinner. However, the manager informed us that because we did not have a reservation, we would be required to purchase either a bottle of wine or a lobster dinner in order to dine there. Considering the restaurant was already part of the all-inclusive package, this felt unreasonable and unnecessary. Additionally, beach chairs and umbrellas were not included and required extra payment. Overall, the resort seemed heavily designed around additional upcharges for access to certain beach clubs, seating areas, and amenities. For a resort at this price point, many of these features should already be included rather than constantly encouraging guests to spend more money during their stay. Despite these issues, we still had a lovely vacation and made great memories.

Muy poco fue el personal agradable y respetuoso que encontramos, mayormente los de limpieza, ellos eran súper amables pero los que trabajan en los restaurantes… dejan bastante que desear, en el café “You & Me “ una de las empleadas nos negó la comida a varios integrantes de mi familia, incluyendo menores. Teníamos una de las categorías más altas de brazalete!

Desde o check in até o checkout, fomos muito bem atendidos e tivemos tudo à nossa disposição. Poderiam somente ter mais ou dispor de mais atendimento na praia. No hotel em si, tem de tudo.. Pagamos a parte para esse serviço.

A las 12 ya todo cierra no hay bebidas ni mas ambiente, no es un hotel si vas en plan de rumba si quieres seguir disfrutando luego te toca salir del hotel y gastar mas en bebidas, transporte, ingreso a la disco. Para estar en la playa tienen muy pocas sillas y las camas son con pago adicional.

• Rani (10/5): Perfect! Beautiful and Amazing! - We loved the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, accommodating and helpful. The location was amazing. We could sit in the pool while watching the ocean waves. Best of both worlds and we felt like we were in paradise! The only thing we would say is the elevator at times took a little bit because there is only 1 running. But it was a very minimal inconvenience in the whole picture.

The personal was so rude. The lady’s at the tours counter argued with me about how I reserved my tours. When you ask about place to eat or places to located at the resort nobody knows about it. No manners at all. I never come back again at that place . If you don’t want to buy their clubs vacations packages they was rude. And they said depends your bad color is the way they treat you is you have a blue or black band your treatment is not good
• Manuel (4/5): desagradable - Me gustaron las instalaciones, la ubicación, el trato de alguna parte del personal, la alimentación del restaurante cocoa, la habitación, algunos (muy pocos) shows artísticos, la cantidad y tamaño de las toallas de baño. También me gustó la alimentación y bebidas en la habitación. 1. La mala información del recepcionista (nos explicó mal muchas cosas). hasta el penúltimo día supimos que podíamos almorzar en algunos restaurantes a la carta. 2. La pésima alimentación en los bufet. Estaba fea, mal presentada, fría, deficiente sustitución. 3. Nunca encontramos espacio para cenar en los restaurantes a la carta. siempre se nos dijo que había que reservar con 3 días de anticipación. 4. La app funciona pésimamente. NO permite reservar cenas ni nada más. 5. Desconocimiento del personal sobre los procedimientos del hotel. Un personal decía que solo se podía retirar toallas de piscina en un kiosco y otros decían que en cualquiera. Que si no devolvíamos las toallas en ese kiosco nos las cobrarían. Daban mal las direcciones de los lugares. Preguntamos dos veces sobre los snacks de 24 horas y se nos dijo que no habían, Hasta el 4 día nos enteramos que si tenían. No entiendo porqué a los hombres no les permiten ingresar a los restaurantes con camisetas sin mangas y a las mujeres sí se les permite. 6. Pésima respuesta de mantenimiento. Un baño pasó botando agua 4 días (se le dañó una cadena) y a pesar de reportarlo en 4 oportunidades, no lo atendieron adecuadamente. En conclusión, desagradable experiencia. No creo regresar nunca más y tampoco recomendaría a nadie que se aloje en ese lugar. El precio es muy alto y lo obtenido no cumplió las expectativas.

Área de lazer com pouco sombra, espreguiçadeiras disputadas até mesmo no sol, (é preciso acordar cedo e marcar seu lugar com algo) muito espaço bom, bonito e confortável, porém vazio porque cobram para utilizá-los e não é barato. Muita opção de restaurante, mas para alguns exigia reserva para o jantar. Só conseguimos reserva para um deles. Há a opção de buffet, mas a comida não é tão saborosa.

Mozos una vez que llegas te sientas te traen la primer bebida. En buffet literalmente desaparecen. En desayuno si no los llamas no vienen a ofrecer cafe. Piscina falta mantenimiento.

• Daria (8/5): - מלון ענק ומהמם מתאים בעיקר למשפחות עם ילדים. שפע של מסעדות ואוכל מגוון. חלק מהצוות מאוד נעים ושירותי. חדרים גדולים ובריכות ענקיות. החדרים במלון די ישנים, הברזים נוזלים, והמים במקלחת אינם יציבים פעם חמים ופעם קרים.החדרים לא היו שיא הנקיים. בנוסף, המלון היה בתפוסה מלאה, ולא היו מספיק מיטות שיזוף, כך שלא הצלחנו למצוא מקום באזור הבריכה. חלק מהצוות במסעדות היה לא אדיב, במיוחד המארחות. כמו כן, חווינו חוויה לא נעימה במהלך הצ’ק-אאוט עם עובדת בשם Lisse. רצינו לשלם במזומן, אך נאמר לנו שאין לה עודף בקופה של 8 דולר בלבד. הצענו לשלם את ההפרש באשראי, אך נאמר לנו שעלינו לשלם את מלוא הסכום באשראי. כתוצאה מכך נאלצנו לשלם עמלה גבוהה, דבר שהיה לא הוגן בעינינו.

• Diane (7/5): Alexis and Maria Juarez helped me to take advantage of the premium plan which made our stay special. - The premium package came with very nice dining options. It seems the only beach chair options were sparse and broken plastic lounge chairs.
