• Anna (10/5): Идеальный отдых, когда и природа вокруг, и отель с его сервисом оказались топовыми - Очень отзывчивый персонал, прекрасный номер, природа вокруг потрясающая. Помимо прочего, без доплат нам подняли уровень номера до люкса + было угощение на день рождения. Очень порадовали и удивили таким внимательным отношением Нет замечаний

• Evgeniya (7/5): - Нам не повезло с погодой, и это конечно не вина отеля. Но главной фишкой - потрясающим видом не дал насладиться густой туман. Бассейн очень понравился. Ресторан. Еда была вкусная, и завтрак очень даже хорош (и первый раз в отелях Армении видела красную икру на шведском столе). Но - размер ресторана не предназначен на большое количество гостей. В плохую погоду веранда и другие открытые места не используются. В основном зале очень тесно и неуютно, просто некомфортно там проводить время. В целом, показалось Овер прайс.

• Dmitrii (9/5): Место отличное, ехать точно стоит. - Отдых в целом очень понравился. Плюсы: из номера потрясающий вид, матрас удобный, люди в отеле работают приятные, хорошая спа-зона с обогреваемым бассейном. Завтраки замечательные, ужин в ресторане тоже вкусный. Еще приятно, что сотрудники помогли с трансфером от отеля по разумной цене. Есть минусы, но скорее по мелочи: номера немножко уставшие, требуют где-то легкого ремонта (дребезжит вентиляция в ванной, поручень на балконе треснувший и привязан веревками, не хватает розеток в номере, холодильник в номере слабенький совсем). И хамам совсем чересчур горячий как-будто, нигде такой топки не встречал.
• Gelya 23 (9/5): - Отель находится в красивом месте, в номере чисто. Вкусные завтраки. В ресторане доброжелательный молодой человек. Есть спа зона., везде чисто. Рекомендую Персонал ни разу не ответил на сообщения. Хотели заказать трансфер из аэропорта, так и не дождались ответа ни на этот вопрос , ни на другой.

• Гостева (10/5): Lastiver дал мне крылья - Тишина, чистота, незаметный персонал, очень вкусно. Не все успела попробовать, хочется вернуться еще Было бы удобно чтобы: 1. В СПА давали полотенца (на которых сидеть) для сауны или хамам. 2. можно было бы заказать услуги косметолога: маски/ маникюр/ педикюр.

• Tatyana (10/5): Превосходно! - Отдыхали в Lastiver Resort, и это было именно то место, где удалось по-настоящему выдохнуть. Тишина, горы, лес вокруг и ощущение полной перезагрузки. Территория ухоженная, всё гармонично вписано в природу. Номера уютные, чистые, ничего лишнего, но очень комфортно и очень тепло. Отдельно хочу отметить отношение персонала. В мой день рождения меня неожиданно угостили тортиком — и это было невероятно приятно. Более того, угостили и наших друзей, а утром пошли навстречу и разрешили посетить бассейн раньше обычного времени. Такие мелочи создают ощущение настоящей заботы и искреннего гостеприимства. Спасибо Lastiver Resort за тепло, внимание и атмосферу, в которую хочется возвращаться 🤍

Only breakfast, not enough. The surrounding private properties were not pleasant in the presence of the resort especially the animals

Персонал невероятно вежливый и внимательный — всегда готовы помочь и ответить на любой вопрос. Атмосфера спокойная, комфортная, чувствуется забота о гостях. Завтраки вкусные, территория ухоженная.
• ALENA (10/5): - Очень красивый вид с балкона, теплый бассейн, который работает аж до 10 вечера, сауна и джакузи. Нам проапгрейдили номер совершенно бесплатно, помогли вызвать такси за адекватную стоимость. В 10 минутах езды или 30 минутах пешком находится экстрим -парк и треккинговая тропа, можно активно провести время. Немного медленное обслуживание в ресторане

• Khachatur Tovmasyan (10/5): Excellent stay for those who value the nature and quiet - The location was amazing with stunning views, the restaurant offered very delicious Armenian food, a bit pricy, but worth the value. Not forget to mention the open air pool, jakuzzi and the view from the pool to the endless forests and mountains

• Elena (8/5): Хороший отель, но есть недочеты - Хороший отель в очень красивом месте, вид из номера просто отвал всего. Бассейн с подогревом и джакузи очень понравились, в жару можно загорать и плавать в бассейне, в холод и дождь можно сидеть под крышей в горячем джакузи, кайф. Ресторан неплохой, есть очень вкусные, а есть неудачные блюда, но большая часть вкусные. Красивая ухоженная территория Гости отеля мусорят - на склоне под окнами и повсюду в посёлке лежат бутылки из-под воды, которые ставят в номере, с этим можно что-то сделать, убирать территорию, а также ввести штрафы (такую природу не хочется видеть загаженной).В душевой плохо закрывались дверцы, оставляя большую щель( Завтраки не очень понравились, в основном тем, что в помещении очень много мух, они садятся на еду и брать ее после этого совсем не хочется. Это тоже решаемо - в некоторых отелях ставят отгонялки для мух, как мини-вентиляторы. Учитывая все недостатки, особенно еду, кажется, что стоимость пребывания в отеле завышена.
• Mariia (9/5): - Второй раз в этом отеле! Хочу отметить хороший ремонт в стандартных номерах. Ванная на балконе - смело и экстравагантно. Ремон можно было сделать и в санузлах номеров. Так же теперь минус ванн на балконе - это сквозная крыша. Теперь невозможно наблюдать за звездами ночью в полном масштабе.

В бассейне работник включал музыку ужасно громко и сидел курил) сауной пользоваться не рискнула, в ней жутко воняло гарью. Спасает это место только природа

Outside pool with 30°+ degree water with view of mountains, unbelievable experience. 10 minutes drive to yeeel extreme park and to ijevan city. Best place to forget about everyday problems.

• Dulgerian (10/5): Exceptional - Really high quality resort. Rooms are big and clean. Great place to stay after a long hike in Lastiver, and make use of the dry and steam saunas and jacuzzi. Food at the restaurant is delicious too. This may be unavoidable but it tugs a bit at the heart strings having to go thru an impoverished village to reach the resort. Perhaps most people may not care but I hope there are some plans to use the success of the resort to make the surrounding areas nicer for the locals as well.

Hot outdoor pool with outstanding views. It is a little bit overpriced. Neighbour aminals like dogs were too friendly and may scare guests. A bit old TV, i would prefer Smart TV, but that was TV only.
• Carlos (10/5): It is definitely worth to stopover during your trip to Armenia - The treatment of the staff and the facilities were awesome The jacuzzis and pools are not very big and the amount of food in the restaurant is not very abundant.

• Anatoly (10/5): One of the best places in Armenia - Well, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - it is exceptional for those seeking an après-ski style relaxation, a combination of spa, good cuisine, and high-standard hotel service in the mountains. The spa area is excellent, the views are breathtaking, and the staff genuinely tried to assist whenever we asked them something - and we asked a lot of questions since we are a couple who loves active tourism. If you are looking for some activities, I strongly suggest trying the Yell Park zipline (just a 10-minute ride), visiting the city of Ijevan to get a sense of how the locals live in the area, and exploring the Ijevan wine and cognac factory.
