Also there was no mobile charging plug points in the bedroom, only plug points available in the hall.

• Alina (10/5): Все очень понравилось - Отдыхали в этом отеле парой и изначально планировали остаться на 3 дня, но в итоге продлили ещё на неделю - это, наверное, лучше всего говорит о наших впечатлениях. Очень понравилась территория: зелёная, ухоженная, приятно гулять и просто находиться. Пляж отличный, море чистое и спокойное - прям то, что нужно для хорошего отдыха. Людей было немного, что даже пошло в плюс - тишина, комфорт, никакой суеты. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал. Все очень дружелюбные, всегда улыбаются, готовы помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Спасатели на пляже также приветливые и всегда на позитиве. При заселении сделали бесплатный апгрейд номера, что было очень приятно. По еде тоже всё хорошо - вкусно, выбор есть, без каких-то нареканий. В итоге - очень комфортное место для спокойного отдыха. Если хотите расслабиться у моря и с хорошим сервисом - смело можно рассматривать этот вариант. Мы точно не пожалели, что выбрали этот отель и остались дольше. Кстати, в данный момент снова сюда вернулись на выходные

Bed nice. Restaurant food lovely. Excellent value for money. Close to golf club. Not the best part of the beach to swim in along the coast, and one pool was closer.

• Shon (1/5): I have stayed in many hotels in the past - over all very bad never again - The full room was outdated - bed where making a lot of noise it was all lumpy - the full board was not worth it - the buffet was reused most of the time what was served in the afternoon you can see the same thing repeated in the evening for dinner on many items not all of them. Food was not up our taste - option on the drinks menu are very limited and very expensive for RAK. Beers where only two options - the putter appearance was amazing but indoors very poor - I was as just waiting to leave for this place - I checked out the moment I was done with that day’s breakfast- I spent more money on food from outside for my kids and the buffet was not at all good. Over all very poor Mostly everything- beds - WiFi was bad - Television was very old not a single channel to watch during our moments in the room - toilets commodes are also so old and uncomfortable-
• Jo (7/5): Nice enough - The buffet food, the staff and the beach The AC was a bit dodgy on the first night, so was a light. Needed maintenance twice. The rooms are very dated and the shower cubicle is tiny.
• Shyla (6/5): - The area is so calm, peaceful and quiet. Plus the amenities like beach and pool are nice The entire room needs rennovation especially the toilet. Also the service needs improvement. Reception and house keeping are not attending calls.

• خوله سلطان محمد (1/5): كنت اتوقع ان يتغير كل شي بعد زيارتي الاخيره له ولكن للاسف صار للاسوء - السلام عليكم فالبدايه اشكر الموظف محسن على تعامله الراقي جدا وعلى بذل مجهود لراحتنا واعطانا افضل الغرف وشكرا لبقية الموظفين فالبدايه الفندق عندما كنت احجز فيه كان رائع جداً ولكن الان للاسف الشديد سقط بالفعل للاسوء لم يعجبني اي شي توقعت بعد مرور سنين من اغلاقه سيتم رجوعه للافضل اللذي امتلك الفندق لم يطور اي شي للاسف يريد فقط المال ولا يريد اعطاء الافضليه للفندق لا نظافه ولا اهتمام العمال قليل لا ينظفون الغرفه الا عندما تتصل بهم الافطار سيء جدا تتمشى بالفندق كل مكان متسخ تريد الذهاب للخارج للتمشيه المكان مظلم جدا لا انوار ولا فعاليات والاحواض متسخه جدا واحد تم اغلاقه والثاني سيء اذا استمر على هذا الحال لا احد سيحجز اذا مالك الفندق لا يريد تطوير الفندق الافضل ان يغلقه بدل خسارة اموالنا على فندق سيء
