Lights didn’t work and things were in poor condition . We found hairs in the bathroom area when we arrived. The bathroom vanities are ADA height on a third floor with no elevator. It was uncomfortable to use them .

Overall experience was amazing in this apartment. The communal facilities are great whether you are a couple or a young family. Location was great, within a short Uber ride from everything Universal and fairly close to Disney. The parade of shops next to the complex offers huge convenience for groceries, as well as offering great dining options when we were feeling tired from walking around the parks and didn't want to travel too far. Struggling to think of anything tbh.

Gary (1/5): This location was a total disaster - Fairly close to Universal which is convenient for Halloween Horror Nights This property was posting as having a hot tub, it does not. It has an extra large standard bath tub which the property manger insisted was a hot tub. The legal definition of a hot tub is a jetted tub. She kept insisting that her unit had a hot tub without jets. There is no such thing as a hot tub without jets by legal definition. Also , the dishwasher didn’t work, the toilet in the master bedroom kept sticking and the air conditioning is locked in preprogrammed at 76 degrees which is stifling hot . We were roasting the entire stay

Cassandra (10/5): love it totally would stay again - it was nice and peaceful easy to get to and was close to Disney universal a Walgreens was close by with in walking distance for things you may need. a gas station right across the street and lots of shopping super close by. I liked everything no complaints

Bin (9/5): Great place to stay in Orlando with family! - Location is pretty central, close to many restaurants and shops. Spacious with nice kitchen and common area for family gathering. Balcony is nice with view to the pond and walking trail. Very convenient to do laundry with washer and dryer within the unit. May need some minor update to the bathroom, toilet has running water, shower needs some place to put shampoo and body wash, etc.

Maria (7/5): Good - The rooms and layout everything was nice. It was pretty dirty, dusty, trash behind beds, under tables, sofa etc. Towels had hairs!! Dishes had to be washed because they were super dirty. Seems like after every stay they just surface clean. The place needs a deep clean!
