- talliah (1/5): Scared - Pretty place with awful people running it. Manager has called other girls prostitute right infront of us for showing pda. In their reviews another girl as come forward about it as well. He approached me screaming about my “dirty pussy” infront of the whole hotel. It made me extremely uncomfortable. You should’ve use the word pussy to a young girl it’s gross and dehumanising. I had a small nose bleed which didn’t go on the mattress and i apologised and offer to pay. He wouldn’t stop shouting about it. I think he has a hatred for women. He’s extremely sexist and i don’t think he should be allowed to run a business. Please look at other reviews i am not the first person to say this. They are creepy and weird.

Close to the airport We didn't get a key to our room, the person checking us in said we didn't need one? So we couldn't go anywhere even if we wanted. Service at the restaurant was nonexistent. The road to the hotel feel like you are being taken to the middle of nowhere.

The staff is really nice, you feel like home at a peaceful place :) You can hear the airplanes quite loud and frequently but that’s no real con, since it’s super close to the airport. So it can be seen as a pro too.

Wir wollten einen Roller mieten für 2-3 Stunden um zum Abendessen zu fahren, da es drumherum nichts gibt und wir nicht im Hotel essen wollten, und man wollte uns trotzdem einen Tagespreis geben, man hatte leider keine Möglichkeit, sich zu einigen. Pool war viel zu viel gechlort, selbst nach dem Duschen roch man abends noch nach Chlor.

- Mages (9/5): - Emplacement idéal à deux pas de l aéroport. Piscine à disposition, douche/toilettes privatives avec distributeurs de gel et savon plus linges propres à disposition. Très tranquille et paisible. Très beau décor et propre. Restaurant ouvert jusqu'à 21h30. Personnel aimable et serviable. Il faut demander les choses en général sinon on peut ne pas avoir les informations nécessaires. Donc ne pas hésiter à poser des questions sinon il y a le minimum d' explication du fonctionnement de manière générale de l' établissement.

- Siobhan (6/5): Fab location, beautiful outdoor surrounds, needs TLC on rooms - The pool area was great, it felt like a literal oasis and a very calming atmosphere with beautiful flowers and I especially loved being able to buy fish food for the fish for 20 baht. We ate tea ordered via Grab out on the poolside and it made for a lovely evening. It seems the room we were given was very outdated. It needed LOTS of TLC. There was a water shortage in the area which meant we were left without water so unable to clean, brush teeth or shower or even flush the toilet for the whole evening we were there. There were an ant infestation. We were told that it weren’t too bad because there weren’t that many however I would say there were enough to make me sleep uneasy. Staff were quick to try to help bringing in bug spray and letting us know they were there on hand if we saw anymore. However, the other rooms weren’t available to move to. It felt unclean and the bed was very uncomfortable. Overall I’d say just plenty of TLC needed.

Le mobilier est simple, propre et la literie très confortable. Le cadre est juste magnifique, très apaisant et reposant conformeaux photos. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et disponible. Idéal pour se ressourcer après un long voyage. Nous recommandons vivement. Prévoir l'anti moustiques il y en a pas mal le soir malgré le traitement passé régulièrement par le personnel.

The rooms were clean but very small but what do you need in that amount of time anyway. They had very good food in the little restaurant connected to the hotel. The pool was refreshing on a very hot day. They made checkout time easy and check in was easy. They arranged a ride to the airport for us at a very early time which we appreciated. Perfect for a quick night stay, the price is right. The bed wasn't very comfortable but that was the only thing and it outweighs all the positives.

- Dylan (1/5): Would have loved to if given the opportunity. Never experienced anything lik this. - It seemed like it would have been a nice property. I booked the Oasis Phuket Airport a month prior to arriving as I knew we needed a place to stay after our late arrival into Phuket. The check-in time was agreed between 00:00 and 01:00 and we arrived at 00:15 with no one there to check us in. There was another group who were in the same situation as us and ended up luckily finding a room next door to the Oasis. We searched for hours for another Hotel but unfortunately all were booked or no check in staff at that time. This resulted in us having to journey back to Phuket airport and sit there for hours until we could check into our next place at 14:00. When messaging the property they were not helpful at all, told me I should have cancelled the booking but why would that be viable when we were holding on to the trust that we would have been able to check in as previously agreed.
