• msacco1368 (8/5): - Le camere sono molto belle e confortevoli, anche se questa volta ero in una stanza un po' più rumorosa. La struttura è molto bella ed elegante con un ottimo ristorante (anche se un po' caro) e un bar bello e ben frequentato. Sicuramente ci tornerò. La posizione è perfetta proprio nel centro di Chiaia. Comodissima anche per raggiungere metropolitana e stazioni varie.

• maria (6/5): Peccato - La struttura molto particolare, molto bella Personale improvvisato, stanza buia con finestra su cortile interno. Durante le feste nel ristorante, dormire difficile. Colazione, nonostante la signora gentilissima e cordiale, inesistente.
• Carola (8/5): - L'hotel si trova in una posizione ottimale per poter visitare al meglio la città a piedi, è a circa 10 minuti dalla stazione di Piazza Amedeo e di Piazza del Plebiscito. La zona nei dintorni dell'hotel è piena di locali e ristoranti dove poter cenare o bere un aperitivo. Le camere sono grandi e moderne. Una menzione speciale alla signora della colazione, sempre molto gentile. In caso di un altro viaggio a Napoli tornerei qui di sicuro.

• Carlo (10/5): - Il luogo con la sua atmosfera era unico. La stanza super curata, pulizia e cura da 5 stelle. Camere molto silenziose. Il personale attento a tutto e pronto ad accogliere qualsiasi esigenza. ottime anche le colazioni.
• msacco1368 (8/5): - Prima volta che frequentavo la struttura che conoscevo per ristorante (ottimo anche se forse un po' caro) e per il bar. Mi sono trovato bene. Belle stanze, nuove molto confortevoli e silenziose. Posizione ottima. Una piccola critica solo alla colazione. L'inizio alle 8.00 è un po' problematico per chi deve iniziare presto a lavorare. Mi sarei aspettato una colazione un po' più ricca; con l'opportunità di scegliere tra dolce e salato.

Struttura molto accogliente così come lo staff. Colazione qualitativamente buona. La colazione, con maggiore offerta. Il costo da sostenre per il parcheggio. Niente altro da aggiungere in negativo

• Ορφανού (10/5): - Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ όμορφα, καθαρά και άνετα. Υπήρχε ένα αίθριο εξωτερικό με άνετους καναπέδες και τέντα που μας μάγεψε!!!! Το πρωινό είναι ανύπαρκτο!!! Μόνο κρουασάν με καφέ ή τσάι ( όσο θες) αλλά τα κρουασάν στα φέρνουν ανάλογα με την διάθεση του σερβιτόρου!!! Το πρωινό!!!

• Veronika (6/5): Na par dni asi OK ale chovani k cizincum otresne. - Pokoj byl pekny, cisty ale bohuzel v prizemi s vyhledem do zdi. Personal katastrofa, arogantni, neprijemny a snidane o te ani snad nemluvim.

Činjenica da nema opcije da se online bookira spa i nema nikakve naznake online da je to uopce potrebno uciniti, pa kada smo došli naravno da su svi termini bili zauzeti, a nedjeljom ne radi. A spa centar je bio razlog našeg odabira ovog smjestaja. Također, porcije za doručak su iznimno male.

• Jurgen (8/5): A little gem, hidden near the center of Napels core - This is a lounch bar with additional these few bedrooms. Nicely separated, Gym was not available, as they were renovating this. Looks promising as I saw the works ongoing. No breakfast buffet format, ordering format, limits the choice freedom, but quality was good.

• Wayne (10/5): Sorprendente Magnolia - Fantastic location and friendly staff. The place oozes style and the decor is amazing. The rooms are spacious with really good showers and plenty of hanging space. Not a thing.

• Miłosz (9/5): This is a perfect clean, quiet place located in the middle of Napoli for your city break - The hotel staff was really accomodating and welcoming. Always making sure that we had the best stay was it by packing our lunch to go, when we needed to leave before the breakfast was served or letting us leave our bags after our stay was over the last time so we could go sightseeing without extra baggage. Room was really clean and spacious. The bed (king size bed) was pretty big and comfy. The whole place is also really quiet and private since there aren't many rooms in the whole complex. If you wanted to stay up late in the hotel you could go to a terrace place or enjoy a drink in the lounge without any disturbances. When it comes to breakfast, which were included in the price, you could choose between Italian breakfast (several small croissants with different fillings and jam/nutella/honey spreads) or toast/scrambled eggs breakfast. Each were served really fast with a cappucino and a water bottle on the side. The croissants were delivered fresh each day by a nearby bakery from what we've been told. One extra thing that made all the difference for us, was the staff always suplying us with water bottles. The fridge was being refilled with water on daily basis and you can get more by just asking at the bar which was a great little bonus. A bit nitpicky but the the variety of breakfast options was getting to us after several days. There wasn't an open buffet which was nice since you're being supplied with a ready meal, but there weren't that many options. You could ask for something else à la carte but we never did and I didn't see anyone doing so.

• Jennifer (9/5): Great visit, great property - The location is in the middle of a very busy part of the city. We arrived on a bustling Friday night (Napoli just won the Scudetto the night prior). The club was full of patrons. You would never know there are rooms in the back. And once you get to the room, you would never know there is a club out front. The property is very quiet and peaceful. Guests pass through a courtyard before entering the room section. It was a great place to do a little kickboxing one morning before heading out sightseeing. Mini fridge and breakfast included. The waterfall shower was life changing :) Would definitely return to this property. Standard continental breakfast was just ok. Cappuccino was great though.

• Triin (7/5): Good - bed was nice and good, room was clean, location was super. staff was friendly Hotell arranged us taxi when leaving that was well on time. and had no issues the concept was not for me, getting to the room had to go through the busy lobby. but perfect for someone who wants to enjoy the nightlife in Napoli. shower, water temperature and pressure was unstable, so it wasnt pleasant to wash breakfast, they offered but the when we arrive at 8.30 for breakfast they were still cleaning the lobby, the server dint speak english and didnt understand what we want. you had option to have scrambled eggs, sandwich or fried egg, that was all good but if you stay longer its not enough options.

Breakfast and cleaning need improvement. - The rooms are located in the center of Chiaia, an area full of nightlife, and inside the Magnolia complex of restaurants, rooms to stay and spa. I also loved Magnolia's pop art design and the politeness of the staff. The breakfast was poor, with the only choice of a sweet basket OR limited salty choice of omelet. Don't expect a buffet, and also, the guy taking orders hardly gives details about what ingredients we could add to the omelet or what is the sweets basket about. I suggest you avoid breakfast as 5 minutes away from Magnolia, you can find Birdy bakery with plenty of choices for breakfast. The room could be more cleaned up. The floor was full of long hair, which defenetely didn't belong to me as I have short hair.

Not your usual hotel as the rooms are an add on to a popluar restaurant and bar so some may find this odd but we liked the slightly quirky set up. Wifi not great. Rooms dont have any view as within a courtyard.

• Tim (9/5): A special place in Naples! - This is a beautiful place in a lovely location. The room is comfortable and very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Great ambiance! The area felt very safe. There are lots of designer shops close by . it would have been nice to have tea and coffee provided in the room.

• Karim (3/5): Would not stay here ever again. - location The hotel is behind a restaurant/bar… there is no front reception so if you need anything for example water or an iron you have to go to the bar and ask bar staff. The rooms are dingy and claustrophobic. The staff don’t seem pleased to be doing extra work of maintaining this hotel like service. Really wouldn’t recommend.
