• James_is_me (1/5): Location but old hotel with poor management - Location, rooms size, are all amazing old property, less staff than the property actually needs, old furniture and bad smell in the rooms, dirty beach and furniture!
• Ameya (5/5): - Convenient location. The beach is lovely! Some staff members were nice, but others were quite rude. Our room was ready very late. No warning was given. We missed some reservations on our first night because of this. The room was not cleaned to a high standard - we found used toiletries from a previous guest in our bathroom. 1 day they forgot to clean our room - we came back after a long day at 11PM and had to ask staff to change our sheets and clean the room. Our AC broke and the sink got blocked. The staff said it was our fault. When the repair person came out to fix it, the sink was actually blocked because a staff member had accidentally dropped a teaspoon down the drain and not reported it. Overall, a nice hotel but a disappointing stay.

• Sitora (5/5): - The territory is very green and beautifully maintained, with a lovely garden that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The location is great, and the beach is calm and perfect for a rest. Considering the price and the facilities provided, it offers very good value for money. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience. We were given a room facing the entrance, and since it was Saturday night, there was a lot of noise coming from the nightclub until around 5 AM. It honestly felt like we were sleeping outside and it was extremely loud and impossible to rest. Because of this, I couldn’t sleep at all and ended up missing breakfast. At the beginning I asked the reception for a room upgrade, but were told that no rooms were available. However, when I checked online, there were multiple rooms still available, which was quite confusing. On a positive note, I appreciate that the reception extended our check-out by 3 hours, which helped a bit after the sleepless night. Additionally, the overall service and maintenance were not up to standard. As shown in the photos, dirty dishes were left on the staircase landing for two days, and they were still there when we checked out. There were also mattresses left in the corridors, making the area feel more like a storage space than part of a hotel.

• Josef (8/5): - The location is fine, because it is really close to DXB airport. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. We had a rich, varied, and delicious breakfast at the restaurant. The hotel beach was nice and clean. I’d like to thank the front desk staff, especially Zeeshan, who was a great help to us during our very early morning departure. Thanks to him, we arrived at the airport on time and flew home without a hitch.

• Sannaliina (10/5): A garden paradise <3 - I had a fantastic stay in this gargen paradise hotel! Birds were chirping in the trees... the atmosphere is unreal, concidering you are just a short ride from Downtown! If you want to combine sightseeing and total relaxation, this is a great choise with 3 swimming pools, private sandy beach, free sunbeds and umbrellas and a staff to accomodate all your wishes with a smile. I extended my stay and brought with me my son and his fiance as I knew they would love their time there, as they did. The Gulf war started unfortunately during our stay, but we were very lucky to be staying at this resort with all their operations fully functioning. We had all we needed while waiting to get a flight out. The breakfast was actually a brunch buffet, fabulous <3 I will surely return, whenever in Dubai! All was perfect <3

• Luiz (8/5): A great hotel in Jumeirah 1. - i"ve was a member of the Spa for 15 years, so I knew it well. It continues to be a nice hotel in a nice part of town. There was an incident with the room staff who opened my pocket knife and, trying to close it, broke it, insted of leaving it open. But that is it. Not a replaceble peace. When confronted, the staff denied touching it. The beach used to have an open view. Now, withh the island constructiions, there is only a narrow sea view. I would go back there, anyway.

Some of the staff were quite miserable, bordering on rude. We visited during extraordinary circumstances with the Iran war going on so can understand if some staff were not themselves, but we always tried to be friendly.

• Abd (7/5): Great locations and comfortable resort layout, yet breakfast and facilities need attention. - It has a nice calm beach area in a good location. There are multiple pools and open areas. The hotel is in a good location and the staff were very friendly. The hotel needs some upgrades and maintenance, the bathrooms have plumbing problems, there was no hot water at all, the televisions did not work at all and they need some pest control of mosquitoes.

• Elena (10/5): Спасибо за замечательный отдых - Отдыхала в этом отеле и раньше в 2007 и 2009. Отдыхали и в Мадинате и на пальме. В этот раз друзьям важно было бюджетнее. Переживала что «старенький» по меркам Дубая. Но персонал очень внимательный, по-прежнему прекрасный сад и хороший завтрак. Все понравилось и вернемся вновь. Не МГУ сказать что прям не пониавилось- но сантехника в е-таки уставшая, как впрочем и декор вилл. Но если не придераться- отдыхать комфортно
