• Jakub (7/5): - Spa was nice although it is limited for 1 hour a day! Room looks nice and TV has and option to add your streaming services. Personal was always trying to be helpful. The biggest issue was, that there was no AC. We were told that, there is one central unit for thw whole hotel- which creates same air temperature for everyone as well as pool. In order to keep pool place warm, once we turned on the 'AC' and set it to 23°C, it started blowing hot air into the room. The only solition to have reasonably cold air was to have the window open almost all the time (we were lucky that day temperatures were quite low (up to 22°C) so it could compensate the sun induced heat. It might be that in summer months it will work, but I would not risk it again. Also, because it is next to the road - once you open the window it is very noisi. Last: be aware that spa entrance is limited, and if you are the first for who they turn it on, you might have cold sauna waiting for you. Hair dryer was not working.

• Dirk (8/5): Zeer goede afsluiter van een rondreis - Super mooie geluidsdichte kamers. Mooie zwembaden. Het restaurant is zeer goed. We hebben om een ontbijt om mee te nemen gevraagd en zonder problemen gekregen.

De lunch en het diner waren van goede kwaliteit! Personeel zeer vriendelijk! Voor kinderen een binnen- en buitenspeeltuin Ontbijt is wat karig. Muziek staat luid bij het zwembad

• Shpend (8/5): Nice for a (very) short stay - We stayed two nights. The first day breakfast was minimal as there were not a lot of guests. The second day, breakfast was served in buffet style (better) as the number of guests increased. Location is not the best: the hotel is on the main road between Lezhe and Shkodra. Both towns are located at approx 15 minutes from the hotel. The building was being renovated and there was no safety barriers around the stairs - pretty dangerous for little kids.

Only cold water in shower (even after complaining no action was taken). Because of payment by creditcard a very high exchange rate (+10%!) was mandatory (felt almost like being scammed) The indoor restaurant was closed because of construction activities. This also caused a lot of noise disturbance (especially early in the morning). We were not informed about this in advance).

• Yanieke (6/5): Are stay was okay. - We liked the number of different swimming pools. Also the rooms are okay with shutters canceling noise from the road. The food in the restaurant is good! Not able to pay in euros. Hotel uses conversion rate € to leke of 110 so we needed to pay 10% extra. That together with fee of using card made the room rate way higher than advertised at booking.com. A large number of tiles in swimming pool are broken and sharp. There was loud music all day at the swimming pool.

• Paulina (2/5): The dirtiest place we stayed in during our trip to Albania - Modern room interior. This is the most expensive and at the same time the dirtiest place we stayed in during our trip to Albania. Bathroom looked like it hasn't been cleaned for weeks and we even got last guests snots on the mirror. Breakfast was definitely not fresh. The hotel has 4*, so you might be thinking that maybe the staff was helpful or the spa was worth it, but no. Leave your expectations behind, as "spa" includes ONLY swimming pool which is occupied by not related to hotel swimming classes and the receptionist was awful. There are so many other places you can stay in Shkoder, so do yourself a favour and choose something else.

• Willemke (3/5): Loud music in the night. - Nice pools. The ground floor of the hotel is a party center. During our stay, there was a big party till 2AM with very loud music. The rooms were definitely not sound-proof, as stated by the hotel. The staff didn't care about it.

When I asked for an early breakfast I was assured that we will receive it before the trip but ended up going for a trip hungry and nobody cared. The breakfast was of poor quality as well.
