- RAHAMIM RAMI (4/5): - ארוחת בוקר רגילה ולא מגוונת ,כל יום אותו הדבר,מרוחק מהעיר , המלון יקר לא מצדיק את המחיר ששולם
- Klodjan (8/5): -
- Alba (8/5): Amazing resort but not 5* Quality - The resort was amazing and very spacious so plenty of room to move around enjoy the beaches. The breakfast is not 5* so for a hotel that is supposed to be providing 5* services the breakfast is not as there were not many options for foods and to me I have been in 4* hotels that had bigger breakfast options so this for me I did not enjoy and one of the days I did not even come down for breakfast.

- Ardiana (10/5): Excellent - Excellent service, restaurant, reception, clean, beach club.
- Ahmed (10/5): Awesomee - Best place i stayed in in sarande the locationthe staff were super nice nd helpful highly recommend None
- Ferdinand (7/5): Good - The rooms are all clean and beds comfortable and good food The outside property was not finished and was not being taken care off . The drainage part of the pool was falling apart and concerns safety for everyone especially children. On the stairs that leads to the beach should have a railing because it was not safe for anyone.
- Jess (1/5): Bad - I am very disappointed with our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected, especially given the rate of €355 per night.
Firstly, we were surprised to find that the whole family had been accommodated in one room, without an en-suite as we anticipated. Additionally, the shower was a major issue—after just 10 seconds of hot water, it would turn cold for several minutes before becoming hot again. Despite raising this issue with the reception daily over our six-night stay, no effort was made to move us to another room or to fix the problem.
Moreover, the breakfast offered was very plain and lacking in variety, leaving us with limited options to eat each morning.
Having spent the past 10 years vacationing in Saranda, I’ve experienced much better accommodations, and I am genuinely disappointed by this stay. I hope that you will take these concerns seriously and consider making improvements for future guests.
- Alyssia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hans (3/5): Not recommendable. - For what the hotel is offering it is much too pricy. Many facilities are lack of maintenance and need repair. Also the cleanliness in open areas are very questionable.
For breakfast facilities: no toaster for bread; limited choice of breads; no on spot fresh fired eggs.
All in all definitely far below a 5 star standard.
- Gaye (5/5): unfortunately we had booked 2 weeks and would have left early had we been aware of the problems. - Breakfast did not contain granola or porridge, fresh fruit was lovely, too much fried and fatty foods.
The views were outstanding and the food I. The dinning room was outstanding along with the lovely staff there and at breakfast. Although they state that there are lifts to the upper floors, the lift does not go the reception and there are about 5 floors below this including a couple of levels of rooms, pool level, beach and beach restaurant level are accessed by stairs or down the very steep hill. No good for disabled. Pushing a wheelchair up and down would be extremely difficult. The Doof Doof Music at the pool and beach starts in the morning and goes to late at night and it is so loud it keeps you awake and drives you nuts.
- Ylber (10/5): The location is wonderful the staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean except some amenities that don’t work - The pool area the beach the deck and everything outside The rooms are very outdated
- Kristina (8/5): Very good -
- Arian (7/5): Beautiful views, comfortable and very clean rooms - We had a room where the shower temperature would shift from cold to extreme hot. It wasn't safe because you could burn yourself. Lastly, my records showed we paid on booking.com. When we checked out, they needed to charge us. The receptionist kept validating how the hotel needs to ensure customers don't say they didn't stay at the hotel so there's another verification. I didn't fully understand because from my perspective, I paid on booking.com (same rate when I booked as booking directly via your hotel), and was concerned we were paying twice. While the hotel openly protects themselves, I need to protect myself in getting charged twice. I've booked in 7 continents bc I've traveled the world. I'm quite certain your receptionist hasn't so don't teach me, a 54 year old, about how things work. I paid a while ago with a visa. There's no refund but the question was being charged twice. Now we will need to sort out charges when we return to see if we were double charged. Regarding the food, it was terrible, especially compared to 7 years ago. Changed drastically. Eggs looked like plastic, the only meat were hot dogs. Stop calling that "sausage" because it's a hot dog, which I would only serve my dog. Unsure if we would stay again. Maybe, but I'm certainly not going to be schooled by your front desk again. We had a room where the shower temperature would shift from cold to extreme hot. - Gary (10/5): Great Hotel & Staff, excellent breakfasts very poor spa area. - The hotel was excellent with the staff extremely helpful especial praise to the guys parking the car - their service and great helpful manner was outstanding. The breakfast's were the best I have come across and on the day we were leaving early on a trip we had an amazing picinc breakfast made up for us. The spar let the hotel down, very tired looking with lots of tiles missing from the Jacuzzi, there were very few jets working and the switch to switch them on was behind a towel bin and impossible to find unless you knew. A real shame.
- Alessandra (10/5): Amazing! T - Paradiseeeee Everything was amazing! Wish I could leave there :)
- Ardian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vogli (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mills (7/5): Good - Tricky as we were the only guests and the last before the hotel closed.
Breakfast was nice, rooms OK, views lovely.
Restaurants a short walk away, though a cute little garden area on the main road. Not 5*. Maybe 3?
Pool had been emptied, getting to the beach area was difficult.
- Jay (8/5): Very good -
- Odeta (10/5): Exceptional - everything was great
- Ilse (9/5): Fantastic stay! - Beautiful resort with great location.
Lovely helpful staff that went out of their way to make my daughter's 30 th birthday special. Thank you. Breakfast needs a cappucino machine and butter- not margarine.
Bottled water needed in rooms.
- Pajtim (1/5): I ask the staff to put the tv on the lobby they refuse to turned on - Property beautiful Service 🤮🤮🤮
- Christer (9/5): One of the best location in Saranda. - Beautiful building. The first guy we met at the desk. A very arrogant individual. Other members of the crew quite ok.
- Boneva (10/5): Exceptional -
- Betim (9/5): Superb -
- Ilirian (8/5): Very good -
- Mihaela-cornelia (8/5): Very good -
- Gordon (8/5): Wonderful experience - Excellent services
- Chloe (7/5): Pleasant Stay in Sarande - Deluxe room had great views of the ocean, really enjoyed watching the sunsets most evenings. The rooms were a little dated but kept very clean. The lounges on the deck beyond the pool were very comfortable and a relaxing place to sit. There is a bus stop not too far from hotel that goes to Ksamil. Mid-June stay and the vip beach lounges and bar was not open yet. Would have been nice if this was mentioned in the description before booking, still some construction work going on. The sandy beach areas are very dirty in comparison to the rest of the hotel. The hotel is not quite 5-star in comparison to the rest of Europe but was clean and comfortable. Noting too that the main town and promenade is about a 30min walk from the hotel.
- Marin (2/5): Very poor -
- Erold (5/5): Passable -
- Roisin (6/5): Nothing great, nothing bad - Service was good, it made for a simple stay I can certainly see it was once a 5 star hotel, however now it is quite outdated. The decor, furniture, pool etc could do with an update (our shower leaked quite badly)
- Pamela (8/5): Splendid wedding, well catered, pleasant staff - Didn't have breakfast. Heard coffee wasn't good
- Lorena (7/5): It was a nice, relaxing visit - Beautiful views, lovely staff. The shower head in the room was sprinkling water everywhere. The shower door would not close. They need to pay more attention to the details of each of the room amenities. Also, it's standard practice to have an iron and board in each room, which they didn't have.
The room was small, but comfy.
- Emin (6/5): Pleasant - The location Lift
- Berat (4/5): Overall, great location but lacks few things for a 5*. I would give this hotel between 3 and 3.5* - Location and the available parking was great. The beach built out wooded platform looked great. Restaurant terrace also had an amazing view. Very please with the building set up. First of all, the hotel is not a 5*...I'd say more like 3*. Bedding was clean, but the room carpet was not. Furniture was not 5* either. We stayed at the top floor, but the elevator (that was to small and to slow) stopped one floor below. You have to walk one extra flight of stairs with carrying your luggage. Breakfast food selection was very limited.
- Stephanie (5/5): Disappointed - The staff were polite and friendly.
The breakfast. The facilities were not open, or even presentable, despite booking.com saying they were.
Loud music was played from 8am and building works on the hotel began earlier. No peace and quiet, very loud hotel despite the low number of guests.
The rooms were very small and basic.
Not a 5 star for sure, more of a 3 star charging higher prices. It does not look like the pictures.
Shunted between the hotel and booking.com for a resolve, still did not get one as they just palm you off on each other.
- Eralda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alice (3/5): Poor -
- Barbara (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable bed, dinner was very nice, amazing views around the resort, private beach Big pool was only deep, no more shallow area, some wood around pool moving and eventually accident will happen, didn't feel safe walking around the pool
Breakfast was ok only fried eggs were fried all at the same time and if someone came later to breakfast they were gone very dry, not covered and dried out plus cold, I wouldn't call it 5* hotel breakfast
- Neritan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Agron (9/5): Superb - The breakfast selection was good with many options. The staff was extremely helpful at all times. Nice hotel with a great vibe. Not as family friendly as expected, the kids section in the pool was small and the pool was 7-8ft throughout. The beach area was not as expected due to it being public but still the hotel was a great place overall.
- Artan (2/5): Very poor -
- Seferi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lekocaj (8/5): overall great time - location beach view needed to be updated some areas had water damage
- Mike (10/5): Exceptional -
