• Florentia (3/5): I do not recommend - Location Only one bathroom for 5 rooms. Fridge was not cold enough (unsafe). No bin for feminine sanitary products in the loo. No soap to wash hands in the bathroom, they could have installed one on the wall. Not enough cutlery in the kitchen.

• Taza (1/5): Very bad stay - There is nothing There is nothing matching. For photos of the room you chose. She was so beautiful. But the room I found wasn't beautiful. And not comfortable. And we don't add enough. By cover. The bed is neither washed nor ironed, and also the room is small and not like pictures there. Deception. And I'm asking for a refund, or I'll delete the program, I don't have it. And go to a program. Another. I am. • Rosie (1/5): Wouldn’t recommend, book a hostel instead - Kitchen, bathroom and room were clean Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. Guests in the room next to mine were arguing/playing music until 3am. The advertised pictures are a catfish, blind doesn’t cover the window in the double room downstairs

• Bolzicco (1/5): I very disappointed with my stay yr cleaning is not up to standard. I don't think you care about cl - My bed was comfortable but mattress very didn't when I first stripped the bed I found a sml spider and sml areas had sand The kitchen was very dirty: oven sink microwave rusty and had holes in it, bin was always dirty. A very unhinged not inviting for cooking, fridge dirty & freezer over frozen with thick ice. Door if oven oily inside note cleaned.

• Simon (6/5): Average quality stay in a good area - House was good for access, easy to find. Outdoor area is a plus. Other guests at the same time were nice. Kitchen was quite dirty, garden was completely overgrown. Desk in the bedroom was very worn. Fridge needed a deep clean. Stains on the bedroom walls. Windows (on ground floor bedroom) didn’t lock. Generally needs more regular cleaning especially with 5 rooms sharing one bathroom and kitchen.

• Jeseničnik (5/5): Passable - The price is quite cheap but still expected more. Owner was nice and good to communicate with. There is 5 rooms and only one bathroom, which is quite discomfortable. Also, the bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived, it was actually pretty disgusting. Maybe it is because of the other people who lived in the house at that time, but still. The bedroom was okay, not really clean. Towels had stains on it. We didn't use the kitchen because it didn't seem clean.
• Anas (7/5): Great location, spacious room, good facilities, affordable and responsive staff. - It’s location is fantastic. Close to shops, restaurants and even banks. The fact that I had to share toilets, which can get dirty depending on other roommates which is not the fault of the owner.

Great responses from Pedro when I needed anythi - Really handy location close to both Tooting stations so easy to get around London. Nice and quiet neighbourhood and close to tesco express. Good wifi and comfy spacious bedroom. Bedroom had hairdryer and large desk. Outdated decor eg mildew in bathroom and kitchen. Small fridge so no space for my stuff as there were other guests staying in other rooms.

• Anthony (10/5): Was perfect for what I wanted - Was very clean and comfortable. And the other occupants were nice. Was very quiet. Very close to the high street with a tescos within a few minutes walk. The kitchen had plenty of supplies of herbs and spices etc so could cook a meal if you wanted. Probably could use a tv in the room. But Wi-Fi was good. So I could use my iPad to watch a movie.

• Michael (2/5): Extremely noisy house. - Seems nice and basic at first, doesn't look recently renovated but I felt the room was clean. A very noisy property with many noises echoing through the walls, floorboards creaking throughout the house especially the stairs. At 2am there was an argument upstairs then loud shouts with expletives, then again around 30 minutes later which then quietened down. However doors slamming and creaking footstomps continued through the night. The noises sounded like they were inside the room or very close to the window so I looked outside to see if anyone was standing right outside the house arguing but there wasn't, the argument was definately upstairs. Noise travels freely through the walls and completely audible in other rooms, I barely had 2 hours sleep and I used earplugs but some noises, like arguing, you just cannot keep out. It appears theres only 1 bath/showeroom serving the whole house. The groundfloor room at the front didnt have net curtains so youre visible from the street if you open the curtains. Was told to contact a mobile number for checkin details 30 mins before arrival, so I texted it when I was at the train station, no response upon arrival so I waited. I then opened Whatsapp to speak to my partner and found the hotel had Whatsapped me there instead of replying to my text so i replied by Whatsapp and received a response straight away. I dont have alerts on Whatsapp for anyone I dont know, so please reply to texts rather than using apps. I'm seriously contemplating asking for a full refund as the properly is just far too noisy for multiple tenants and expect everyone to not make any noise.

• Pedro (5/5): Good value for money, considering London prices. However, could be quite dirty sometimes. - Staff was responsive, room was big and had a working desk, a wardrobe, and hangers. Internet was good so you could have video calls with no issue. Cleaner would vacuum the room from time to time, upon request. Kitchen had a dirty look, bathrooms always missing toilet paper and sometimes the bath was dirty. Probably needs the cleaner more often when the house is busier. The house didn't have table and chairs in the kitchen, which made quite uncomfortable for the meals.

• Janice (5/5): You get what you pay for - definitely applies here. - Well insulated from other guest noise. Large sized room. 1. Broken door lock on arrival - wasted a whole day the next day for someone to attend as I could not leave the room without it locking me out. 2. Lack of instruction on how heating worked after requesting information. 3. Lack of instruction for any appliances. 4. Request for globe in lamp in room ignored. 5. No toilet paper in house - bought myself for use & shared with other guests. 6. Hand wash soap in bathroom ran out & not replaced. Not sure if this was supposed to be supplied anyway - again lack of information. 7. Month stay so had to wash own towels and bedding which wasn’t a huge drama but would have been nice if we didn’t have to purchase our own detergents to do so. We all (from talking to other guests) assumed this was the case as no other instructions provided. 8. No dishwashing detergent- again, I purchased so we could all share. No information whether this was our responsibility or not. Despite all the issues, I was under no illusion at the beginning of my stay that this was going to be bare basic accommodation due to the budget rate - so not surprised. But… Communication - replying to txt messages - could have quickly solved any issues. Constructive criticism to improve this accommodation would be basic signage and instructions on how appliances work and perhaps a list in each room as to what is provided and what isn’t. Perhaps with basic shared things like toilet paper, dishwashing detergent etc., a spare supply could be kept in a cupboard to access when needed.

• Lea (7/5): It was good for the time i stayed - My room was big and they provided me everything i needed like a hairdryer, some towels... Sometimes the house wasn't clean, the bin was full for several days and one time the cleaner took the freedom to put my food in the bin..
