• Zoltán (9/5): Tiszta, barátságos, hangulatos. - Nagyon hangulatos, csöndes, zárt lakópark a külvárosban. Kellemes kis olaszos reggelik, príma kávé. Ízlésesen berendezett tiszta lakás, a szállásadó pedig barátságos és segítőkész Tömegközlekedéssel nem a legoptimálisabb a megközelíthetőség, az egyik metróvonal végállomásától még 10-15 perc séta az apartmanig.

A acomodação é simplesmente perfeita, você se sente em casa. Quando voltar à Roma, me hospedarei novamente no mesmo lugar. Indico para todos que querem ter uma verdadeira experiência italiana. • XIZHI (10/5): NICE - If you're visiting Rome and looking for cost-effective short-term (3~30 days) accommodation, why not stay at ROMA METRO JONIO (Franco Bersani's building) for a while? I can confidently say it’s an absolutely fantastic guesthouse. The host is Uncle Franco, who is nearly 70 years old. His English is sufficient for daily communication, and he’s warm and approachable – perfect for tenants who only speak English and not much Italian. The room is extremely clean and tidy; you can lock your own door, as personal privacy is highly respected, and regular housekeeping is provided. The free WIFI is fast, ideal for working at night. Hot water in the bathroom is available 24/7, and towels(free) are provided in the bedroom and at the bathroom door. Breakfast is varied – sometimes croissants, sometimes other Italian specialties like ravioli or pasta, and he even cooks the other two meals for you on occasion. Additionally, on weekends, he will drive you to his friend’s restaurant to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine and explore street attractions in downtown Rome. He’s only a few years older than my father, so I call him "Uncle". There’s a supermarket nearby, so you can buy ingredients to cook your own meals. If you need to do laundry, please inform the landlord in advance – personally, I prefer hand-washing, and the radiator in the bedroom can dry the clothes overnight. Uncle Franco needs to build a good body to enjoy life. Since he stays up late often(Not disturbed me, because I sleep quite soundly.), I hope the guests who come later can persuade him to go to bed early and maintain a good physical condition.

• Szabó (10/5): - Egy kis szoba volt, de a célnak tökéletesen megfelelt. Franco végtelenül kedves, barátságos. Olaszul mutatkoztunk be és onnantól gyakorlatilag félig barátok lettünk. Elvitt minket egy igazi olasz étterembe, olasz séf készítette az ételt. Mondott tippeket, hogy hova lenne érdemes elmenni és mit nézzünk meg. Az egyik legjobb élményünk volt külföldön, vele igazán megélhettük, hogy milyen az olasz közvetlen kapcsolat.
• Letícia (8/5): Hospedagem acolhedora. - Do Anfitrião Franco é uma pessoa totalmente simpática e generosa. Se hospedar em sua casa é se sentir em casa. Já o tenho como um amigo. Banheiro limpo e espaçoso, sempre tinha um croissant na mesa nos esperando. E teve alguns de sabores espetacular. Muito tranquilo a caminhada até o metrô. Próximo tem restaurantes e lanchonetes. Me hospedaria novamente sem dúvida. A única que não gostei foi por não ter ar condicionado, mas isso já está informado. Porém estava uma temperatura confortável que o ventilador supriu.

• Muhamed (10/5): - Franco is an amazing host and you will feel like you are at your home. He has provided some tips to us for the sightseeing in Rome, and of course the little talk we had was so interesting to exchange our thoughts. The apartment is very clean and you will find everything what you need during the stay. There is also a terrace with is quite big and you have a beautiful view of the neighbourhood, which is quiet and there is also a security guard/ office there. The metro station (Jonio - B1) is just approximately 500-600 metres away, which makes it very convenient to reach the centre (Termini/ Colosseo - approx. 15 minutes). Within the neighbourhood, there are also few restaurants and cozy little cafeterias. At the end, I hope that one day we will go back again at Franco's nice and cozy apartment.

• Androsca (9/5): - Posto molto accogliente, pulito e in una zona tranquilla. Franco, il proprietario, è una persona deliziosa e davvero disponibile soprattutto per la sua gran conoscenza della città, può farti vivere una Roma che non vedresti mai da semplice turista, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la sua conoscenza nei ristoranti, consiglierà i migliori posti in cui mangiare. Consiglio vivamente la camera.
• Emiliia (10/5): - Проживание в этой квартире оставило только положительные впечатления. Всё было уютно. Был отдельный душ — просторный и в хорошем состоянии, с предоставленным гелем для душа. Хозяин — очень приветливый и приятный человек. С ним было легко и приятно общаться, он всегда был готов помочь или просто поддержать беседу. Также посоветовал места, которые нужно обязательно посмотреть в Риме. Каждое утро нас ждал круассан, а также была возможность приготовить себе чай или кофе — это создавало особенно тёплую и домашнюю атмосферу Большое спасибо за гостеприимство!
• Derek (10/5): Franco was a great host and we enjoyed our stay. - Short walking distance to Metro. Nice neighbourhood. Plenty of options for local dining. It’s on the opposite side of the city from FCO airport, but train travel was cheap and efficient, so no worries.
• Maximilian (10/5): Great value stay with simple and reliable transport connections - Wonderful value stay in Rome. Franco was a great host, very knowledgeable about Rome and his "16 most beautiful churches" guide is at least 2 days (if not more) of fun exploring this amazing city. Easy location just a short walk from the Metro station Jonio (reliable, every 10 minute service) and Franco will accommodate you any way possible during your stay. Can only recommend, I will certainly try to be back when I am in Rome next.

It takes 15 minutes to walk to the nearest transport, then about 30 minutes to reach Termini station, making the location inconvenient. The value for money is disappointing. The room is very warm, and the provided cooler is quite loud. Additionally, the neighborhood dogs bark continuously, even at night

The room was described as "non smoking" but unfortunately the host was smoking a lot inside. Even though there was some incense sticks inside the property you could still smell something you didn't want to.

The apartment is a little outside Rome, but not that bad with public transportation it only takes 40-60 min. You get the feeling that he really wants to help with everything that he can. He gives good tips and tricks for where to eat and what to see. We had some good times and especially the dinner at Franco's freind's restaurant was particularly good! • Sare (10/5): If you want to stay with a hospitable host, this is the place for you. - Actually we could not have a breakfast for the timing but Franco always give us a croisssant while we are going out. He also offered to us for having a dinner. The location of the place was good. It was 10 minutes to metro by walking but also you have a chance to take a bus and it's just 5 minutes from home. The home was also inside of the site and it has a security. Franco was very kind and helpful. When we are going back to centrale he drove us to the subway with his car. If the room could be a little bit big it could be better but if you just use the room just for sleeping it is ok. Just there can be a pier glass in the room for preparing.

He was not someone who just rents out a room, but a real host who tries to make the stay as pleasant as possible. A night tour of Rome on a scooter is something I will definitely remember. An honest recommendation, if I come to Rome again I will definitely come to Franco's place.

• Anita (10/5): Perfect stay with an unforgettable Rome experience - Everything was perfect. The room was spacious enough with a window toward the balcony in a calm residential area away from the center's noise with easy access to the city center by metro or bus. The private bathroom was super clean. The breakfast was good enough for us to start the day however you could ask Franco for anything more. In addition to our stay, we had the best car tour with Franco, he showed us around Rome and explained a bit which was super interesting. We also had lunch with Franco at a restaurant he suggested and the food was very unique. Franco made our Rome trip very special and we would definitely suggest this place to everyone. Easier to walk from jonio station to house less than 3 minutes away Friendly host Franco. Gates community makes it even more secure In the address it would be ideal to indicate jonio station as the nearest station
