• Gloria (8/5): - Das Apartment war für unseren Aufenthalt völlig in Ordnung. Der Mechanismus, dass geklingelt werden soll. So wurden wir durch andere Gäste mehrfach mitten in der Nacht oder in der Früh aus dem Schlaf geklingelt. Wir würden uns wünschen, dass man als Gast einfach seinen Schlüssel mitnehmen soll.

(10/5): A friendly and safe residential neighborhood, away from the tourists, perfect for family. - In a residential neighborhood, safe, friendly, away from the tourists, with Condad and EuroSpin supermarkets at 10 minutes' walking, the apartment is located on the 1st floor, it has 4 rooms, one with a bathroom inside, the other 3 outside the rooms, in the hall, each room has a window, all with windows. My room was clean, with a big window and lots of natural light, and a wonderful balcony, AC - in case you need it. Perfectly ok to accommodate a family. It is great that the accommodation provides a handy ironing setup for your stay! It saves me! The customer clients were 10+! They've helped me with my backpack before check-in and after check-out, The excellent WiFi connection helped me with my homework. The customers were nice and polite. None of them was smoking. I've felt safe and welcomed. Nothing to dislike.

Camere poco isolate. Siamo stati svegliati la notte dai vicini di camera. Bagno esterno alla camera.

Jobb lenne,ha a fürdőszoba a szobából nyílna...és nem a folyosón lenne külön.

Se encuentra cerca del Vaticano y está bien comunicado, especialmente con el aeropuerto, con un bus directo. Al centro de la ciudad hay que coger 2 buses y tardas unos 45 minutos. No es demasiado cómodo tener el lavabo fuera de la habitación, pero ya sabiá lo que habia reservado. Por lo menos era privado.

Sono stata costretta a lasciare la struttura e non ho ricevuto ad oggi nessun rimborso per la notte in cui ho dovuto rinunciare alla camera.

• Valerio (4/5): - Tra gli aspetti positivo metto sicuramente la stanza, non troppo moderna ma spaziosa, e la posizione. Nota di merito anche per lo staff di Rooma che gestisce le prenotazioni, in particolare grazie a Giulio che mi ha aiutato col check-in e non ha avuto problemi nonostante fossimo arrivati un giorno più tardi rispetto a quanto prenotato. Mi spiace molto lasciare recensioni negative ma il giudizio non sufficiente dipende essenzialmente da due cose. 1) bagno privato ma fuori dalla camera che è di una scomodità unica, durante la notte bisognava accendere le luci, cercare le chiavi, rivestirsi e andare in bagno col rischio di incrociare altre persone. Stesso problema per la doccia, troppo troppo scomodo. 2) le stanze non sono assolutamente insonorizzate e si sente davvero tutto. Impossibile avere intimità e la mattina siamo stati svegliati entrambe le volte dagli ospiti delle altre stanze a causa dei rumori delle varie porte. Anche con la massima attenzione, TUTTE le porte fanno rumore quando si aprono e si chiudono, rendendo quasi impossibile il riposo
• dana (9/5): Muy bien pero... - Es un lugar muy lindo y funcional para descansar. Todo está muy limpio y está cómodo. Se debe tomar en cuenta que los baños son compartidos y eso no está muy cómodo ya que algunos huéspedes son un poco sucios y no es cómodo estar compartiendo baño con personas así. De ahí en fuera todo bien.

Public transport to central Rome on doorstep by way of busses - very good regular service and I to early hours of the morning. Small kitchen available to use and a small fridge in room which is big bonus. Main issue - hosts request a €250 deposit which is more than we paid for our stay . The deposit was returned fairly to be clear - but it is a questionably steep deposit. Toilet is “private” but not en-suite so be aware you will share a corridor with all other guests to each access our respective private toilets. Toilet didn’t flush correctly when we were there but these things can happen - hosts dealt with it in responsive manner.

The location is ok, you always have buses so you are in the city centre in 15 min. You also have an espresso machine in the kitchen so you can enjoy it whenever you like. When I arrived at the property the staff sent me the room number, when I tried to enter in the room they said to me, the room was occupied, and they sent me to another room that doesn’t have private bathroom and I had to use a shared bathroom. I complained about my room , and the staff asked me to lead the key in the room , and my luggage and personal belongings will be moved to the correct room on the other day, but wasn’t done, and my luggage stayed in the room unlocked for an entire day. The day I arrived I asked about pay the city tax in cash, but I haven’t received a answer, and they asked me about this payments before I left the property, and then send me a link for payment, that’s I’m not able to use.

• Cameron (5/5): If you’re familiar with the neighborhood or you’re a local, I’m sure you will not have most of the problems we had as vi - The layout of the room, the cleanliness of the room and restroom, also the building overall was very clean. The front door key did not work. We tried every key and none of them fit the keyhole. So, we were locked out of the building when we returned after eating. Thankfully a building tenant was leaving the building and let us in. To assure my suspicions, I asked the resident to size their building key with mine and they didn’t match. When I brought this issue to the attention of the rental property owner they were combative, not helpful. Even after telling him this issue caused me to be late for an appointment and that we also had a flight to catch, it was more important for him to be right than resolving the issue. Owners need to be more personable and more available for communication with renters. Lastly, the location made parking and catching a public taxi a nightmare.

We had a problem to find and get inside, because almost nobody speaks English when you call given numbers. But they directed him to us. TV, pretty fine sized wardrobe, iron, toileteries everything was there. Bed was comfy. Additionally, we left our luggage there after our stay for almost 2 days, and Gustavo actually helped us a lot here. Found our luggage safe. Location isn't the greatest but close to metro station so if you don't mind to walk 10-15 mins, it's okay.

Metro station is also near, 2 bus stops. We were there from 6th to 9th december when outside temperature was about 10-15 at day or arround 5 at night and there was no heating in the appartment!! Our room had air conditioner, and it was ok, but bathroom (which is separated from room) had nothing. When I asked about heating they said ok it has schedule. And our heating schedule was - NO HEATING. I also asked for some heater, or something to heat the bathroom, and we got nothing.

• Rezan (2/5): Very poor - Nothing. I am surprised that it has even a few stars. I first read a few negative reviews and ignored them. Unfortunately, I shouldn't have done it. The owner doesn't care about the accommodation at all. It's dirty. We had to wait outside for hours till someone opened the door. The owner doesn't even take a bit of time to come and show us around. He sent you to the location with hope that someone else who is sharing the other rooms opens the door for you. This is unacceptable after coming from far to face such unpleasant behaviour. The worst part is the house it doesn't get cleaned at all during our 5 night stay. The shower is a disaster, is the old amateur handyman made it, is dirty, is broken, and is 70cmx70cm, so anyone who is a bit bigger will have an extremely unpleasant shower moment. The bed sheet didn't even get cleaned during these 5 days. What, for me, is really unacceptable. The owner uses only cheap broken stuff in the house, what is really hard to use. The location is still far from the centre. I have nothing good to say about this accommodation, then stay away don't choose this because it might be slightly cheaper than others, big mistake.

The common kitchen where you can find the strictly necessary. In front of the building is a cafe with a terrace where you can find snacks for breakfast and an extraordinary coffee. I do not recommend American coffee, better a double expresso! The location of the bathroom, you meet the neighbors only in a towel or underwear. Inconvenient for sensitive people :))
• Bianca (4/5): Good location, the room itself was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom could have some improvements. - It's easy to explore the city as the bus stations are right in front of the property. You arrive quite quickly to most of the places in the Vatican area. The shared dining area was useful if you wanted to make breakfast. They didn't clearly state in the description that the bathroom is outside of the room. The rooms are basically part of an apartment and you have to pass through a hall to get to your bathroom. Every room has its own private bathroom on the hall, you hava a key to lock it, but it is quite uncomfortable to have to carry all of your stuff there and maybe meet with the other guests on the hall too on your way to the bathroom. It can be annoying during the night if you need to wake up and use the bathroom. Also, the bathroom isn't the cleanest, it has mold on the ceiling. There are definitely things that could be renovated and deeply cleaned. We had a very small shower cabin and we were lucky to be slim and fit through the doors, but it could be a problem for sure for larger people or with disabilities. The walls were thin and you could hear the other guests around the property.

• Hristo (9/5): Superb - The apartment was fine and clean, the host was very friendly even though we never saw him live. There were troubles with the hot water and it was very noisy because of the nearby boulevard. And finally - we had to pay an additional tourist tax (city tax 3,2È per person) for which we were informed the last day of our stay. It would be much better to let the guest know for that at the moment of the reservation and the payment.
