• Nasir (1/5): Not recommending for couple stay - Nothing a dirty place to stay , only a private security person over the counter to any on there to assist you upon arrival very noisy , two black girls one boy enter the apartment lobby start fighting at midnight around 2am no one there to handle the situation zero security not a secure place for family or couple Not clean, insecure no safety no privacy any once roam in apartment take care during booking they have mentioned some where in a corner the bathroom is shared while on main page you will not see such thing , no bed sheet changes no room service dirty bathroom full of soaps and napkins used wiping no one to come and clean . No kitchen in working it is mentioned tea kettle there damaged not working gas stove not work a very dirty fridge inside . Only cooking oven work Lots of bugs cockroaches you can see on photos

• Beh (3/5): Poor - The location was easy to access, that's the only good thing about the place. The room was not clean. The washroom all smelling pipi. The guy that took me to my room was not friendly at all. The whole thing was a mess. The housekeeping girl keep on knocking at my door that we should leave the room she want to clean it🤨. Please they staffs need to treat guests with little professionalism because we are not living there for free.

• Debasish (3/5): Very disappointed. - Location is good. But there no arrangement for fooding or breakfast. No one even bothered to call and ask for about any requirements. Room is quiet savvy. Provided used towel. Room has not proper lighting. Not recommend any one to stay there. It is my request you please survey the property before providing anyone. Quite dissatisfied with Booking.com. In future I will think thrice before Booking your property.

• Asad (2/5): Bad experience - Honestly nothing much to like apart from clean sheets and room. It is basically a 3 bedroom apartment and they are renting different room to different people same time. Too much crowded, no parking space, you have to wait for the guard to put his access card in the lift, zero customer service. List is too big.....better some extra bucks n go for proper hotel rather than sharing bed space. I was allotted another room on arrival, after assembling all the clothes n stuff they changed my room n forcing me to shift. Highly not recommend for families n suphusticated ppl.

When I booked the room,it was not mentioned that room has sharing bath,when I checked in I was shocked that booking.com charge me hotel fares and here room is partition room in 1 BHK with one sharing bath and used bed sheets as well.Room was made with gypsum board and even you can hear sound from other tenants inside appartment.There was no complimentary soap provided shower cubical was broken and floor was very slippary.

• Zahid (1/5): smelly and bad condition - I like Nothing it was not clean if the bedsheets were changed and was clean. The bedsheet and Pillow and every thing was not even washed. Not recommended to anyone.
• Jovan (1/5): how do we have such places in Dubai, - nothing, dirty bed sheets, dirty rooms no privacy I didn’t even stay. Toilets never cleaned in weeks. This place has to be closed before they keep taking peoples money.

• Omar (10/5): Suggest a paid parking service - It was very quiet and clean environment.. thank you so much It was not easy for me to find parking in the area, especially I was coming late from travel Would appreciate if you had a paid parking service for customers who like to not seek for parking outside .. Another comment I noticed, there were no tissue in the room or in the toilet
