• Adriana (8/5): - Pekny apartman v dobrej dostupnosti mhd,lahko sa dostanete do centra mesta, hned oproti je Holesovicka trznice s roznymi prevadzkami. Velmi dobre usporiadany priestor, kupelna s wc su priestorovo mensie, pohodlne postele, dcere sa obzvlast pacila poschodova postel, vybavenie apartmanu je velmi dobre,mali sme vsetko co sme potrebovali. Odporucam domacu obuv, je tu chladnejsie od podlahy, co vsak v lete moze byt vyhodou. Dakujeme aj za moznost odlozenia batoziny este pred check-inom Jedine minus je k uterakom,pravdepodobne zle vysusene, nemali prijemnu vonu,inak vsetko v poriadku

• Ene (4/5): it was what we expected in the end but when we arrived there was no electricity and they knew about the problem in adven - it was clean and same as pictures it didnt have electricity at first and we stayed in a different location. they fixed it but it was uncomfortable with all the moving
• Ramírez (8/5): - Buena comunicación para acceder al centro y a los servicios básicos (tienda de comestible..la zona era buena. Un poco alejado del centro, para ir caminando. Pero nosotros nos movimos con transporte público y Uber de maravilla. Recomendable

• Pavel Kajnar (10/5): Super ubytování na skvěle dostupném místě. - Ubytování ve výborně dostupné lokalitě asi 2 min od zastávky tramvaje Holešovická tržnice (1 zastávka ze stanice Vltavská) - výborná dostupnost v každou denní i noční dobu. V ubytování k dispozici vše nezbytně potřebné pro krátkodobý (ale vlastně i dlouhodobější pobyt - vč. pračky). Dvě samostatné postele + rozkládací pohovka + ze zvýšení nástavbě dvojpostel se zatahovacím závěsem (dcera byla v "bunkru" nadšená :) Skvělá domluva s paní majitelkou a při příští cestě do Prahy se bude jednat o první vyhledávanou variantu ubytování. Děkujeme za super pobyt! :)

• MARIA (9/5): - We were very comfortable at the flat and we had everything we needed. It was also very clean ! It was close to the center and the neighborhood had some really nice and cheap restaurand and cafe.

• Eje131516 (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable apartment for a stay with kids. It's one room, but large enough to be comfortable with 4. It has all amenities you can think of: kitchen fully equipped, bathroom with towels, soap etc, washing machine incl. Soap. Location is close to shops, restaurants, and tram. We would definately stay again.
• Giacomo (8/5): Very good - You can tell the host is a professional one, precise and concise but also available for questions related to our stay. She was kind to let us check-in an hour later than what usually envisaged (because of public transportation Austria- Czech Republic ). The apartment was clean and had everything we could ask for and even more (for a 2 days stay), so a really good quality/price ratio. I'd definetly recommend the apartment, especially for a few days-stay with your friends. It's well connected to the subway (a 5 minute walk to the nearest stop "Vltavskà"). A few things that, in our opinion, could be improved (always take it as a suggestion, at the end of the day everything is subjective): we didn't find the pillows comfortable, they were to big and high for our necks to fully rest. Concerning the laundry space, the instructions were written only in Czech (we used google translate but, as you can imagine, not everything was clear). At the end of the day It worked, but we couldn't understand how much time it would have taken for a complete wash. Maybe it would be great to have a small paper with the essential information (type of clothes, washing time) written in english. There were a few webs (made by a small harmless spider) between the clothes line wires, over the washing machine, that we had to remove, nothing that serious. Everything else was really good and up to the standards we were expecting from the previous reviews. Props to the owner

• Mikhail (5/5): Passable - Room is good organized. Kitchen is enough good equipped. Table and chairs as well as pillows are quite conformable. The bed linen smelled of laundry detergent. The bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Waste water in the bathroom does not drain well. Parking around is quite expensive. One have to wait to get a key for about 30 min.

• Zoia (8/5): I liked the apartment because of its location, the nice owner and value for money. - The apartment met my expectations. It has everything one might need in a short trip: kitchen, bathroom with hot water, wi-fi, clean and comfortable beds. When you are there, you feel that the owner put her love in this place. The owner lady was very nice and helpful, she met me at the apartment and showed everything. It was easy to check out as well as I just shut the door with the keys inside. I think it might be a little bit cold in late autumn and winter in the apartment as it is on the ground floor. But since I stayed there in the beginning of September, it was ok. And sometimes it was a little noisy when I opened the window as the apartment overlooks the street. However, it's not a problem as Praguers are law-obedient and don't throw parties at nighttime :)
• Alexandru (2/5): Very poor - The lady that welcomed us took photos of our passports (including the children’s),🤯 even though the property was already paid and she had all my info from Booking. The room was nice, but we found hair between the sheets (might been her’s when changing the sheets, but there was plenty of it) and we found lots of ants 🐜 walking on the carpet.
• Paczolay (9/5): Superb - The room was exactly like in the pictures, clean and well equipped. It was easy to contact the host, who was very nice and helpful. Great value for the price! The parking situation was quite complicated and relatively expensive, be prepared for that before staying at this apartment!
