• Katerina (10/5): value for money! sweet and freindly host! worm hospitality - Υπέροχος ο οικοδεσπότης φιλικός και ταυτόχρονα διακριτικός , ήταν όλα όπως περιγράφονται! το δωμάτιο που μεναμε ήταν πολύ καθαρό ήσυχο μοντέρνο με όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν επίσης το μπάνιο μέσα στο δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό και σύγχρονο, είχαμε ιδιωτικότητα και η διαμορφωση του διαμερίσματος είναι τέτοια που ήταν σαν δωμάτιο ξενοδοχείου. Η περιοχή πολύ ήσυχη και ασφαλής και σε 15 λεπτά περπάτημα είμαστα κοντά στη πόλη. Στο συγκρότημα των πολυκατοικιών υπάρχει SPAR. για όλα τα απαραίτητα αλλα και για καφέ η οικονομικό φαγητό. Σε επόμενη φορα που θα παμε Δουβλίνο θα το επιλέξουμε ξανα σίγουρα!

• Leandro Martin Higueras (10/5): Todo super "lovely" - El apartamento es inmenso. El dueño de casa, es un muchacho irlandés de mucho mundo, que ha recorrido bastante por Latinoamérica; es muy atento cuando le hablas, irradia bondad y es incluso capaz de interactuar en un español claro. Él, junto a sus michis (gatitos) es lo que marca la diferencia! El dormitorio es amplio, con buena luz natural y con el baño en-suite. Todo excelente. La zona es segura, tiene bares, supermercados y se encuentra bien conectada al centro de la ciudad.

• Roberto (10/5): - Molto accogliente e ordinata. Il titolare della casa, Ross, è stato un host magnifico: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. Fin dal primo momento si è dimostrato molto attento, consigliandoci con entusiasmo posti da visitare, locali e angoli meno turistici per vivere la vera Dublino. La casa era perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista: pulita, curata nei dettagli e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Gli spazi sono accoglienti e ben organizzati, ideali per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in città. In casa vivono anche tre gatti: non sono un grande amante dei gatti, ma loro sono stati davvero bravissimi, tranquilli e affettuosi al punto da farmi cambiare idea e farmeli accarezzare senza problemi. L’esperienza complessiva è stata eccellente e torneremmo senza alcun dubbio. Consigliatissimo!

• bruno (10/5): Excellent séjour - Nous avons aimé: l'accueil et les échanges avec notre hébergeur. La proximité et la multiplicité des bus a proximité. Un supermarché aussi très proche et bien achalandé.
• Walter (7/5): - Ross is friendly and easy-going. The apartment is spacious and bright. Parking was in a garage directly under the apartment and cost 1 Euro per day. The apartment is not far from the City Centre. The room I got was not the one in the pictures. The condition of the room was worse than in the pictures. Furniture was overall ok, a bit worn. The carpet was cleaned, but had obvious (apparently impossible to clean) stains.

• Filipa (10/5): Adorável estadia - Boa localização, perto do centro com várias paragens de autocarro por perto. Quarto limpo e arrumado com WC privativo. Acesso gratuito a ginásio. A surpresa da estadia foram os adoráveis gatos e a simpatia do nosso anfitrião, fizeram valer ainda mais toda a experiência. O espaço preencheu todos os requisitos e os gatos preencheram-nos o coração. Sem dúvida que deixamos o nosso voto de confiança nesta estadia.

• Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional - We had such a lovely stay in this cosy apartment. Jonathan was really friendly to chat with and gave us lots of helpful tips on what to see and do. He also kindly accommodated us when our flight arrived late. I enjoyed having his 3 cats around! The apartment itself is quiet and private and we had our own en suite bathroom. Everything was good!

• Jorge (9/5): Excellent stay close to city center. - Excellent location and great host, the property is quite close to city center and has a spar nearby. The room has its own bathroom and you can even park in the visitor spot in the basement parking lot. The owner has 2 cats, so if you are a little bit allergic like me you are going to be sneezing. One of the cats is quite curious so it will be always near you hehehe.
• Ruben (8/5): A fine stay near Phoenix Park - The location is great, just next to Phoenix Park, Kilmainham Gaol down the road and close to several bus stops to take you to the center of Dublin in about 20 minutes. Jonathan is a welcoming and nice host! The room was good and clean. It would have been nice to have a TV in the room. The extraction system (afzuigsysteem) of the bathroom makes considerable noise, even for a few minutes after the light has been turned off. It would be nice if this could be separately turned on/off.

I'd love to stay there again. - Jonathan gave me a warm welcome, showed me round his apartment and to my room, gave me a key and also - very kindly - gave me a public transport pass. Everything ran smoothly. Possibly consider how to fit a small desk and fold-up chair in the room. I worked on the bed which was fine, but other people might be fussy.
