• Stephen (5/5): Conclusion: The hotel was extremely clean but is not the type of place we can be comfortable in. - The breakfast was very good and the hotel was in a nice location 1) I was unable to pay my bill with a credit card without paying extra charges. 2) There was too many notices about threatening that if you did this or that you would incur a fine. 3) There was no carpets on the floor anywhere thus it was sometimes very noisy. 4) The place felt like it was an institution rather than a hotel.

• Janaka (6/5): - Closer to Shopping Areas We had booked double rooms for each individual. However, the staff initially requested an additional payment for a guest. Once we explained that the payment for double rooms had already been made, they accepted our explanation.

• Amparo (7/5): I will recommend to my friend. - All the staff are friendly and courteous especially Okam...The location is near to central world , big C etc. The breakfast so tasty. The cleanliness of the room need to improve because they only change the beddings everyday but they didn't clean the toilet that's why there is a small cockroach. Our room is the last room in the 3rd floor where near to their storage of rug , we can get the rug smell.

• Harindra (5/5): It's not a great welcome - It wasn't a friendly welcome. They told us not to make any marks on linen. Otherwise, they have to charge. The next morning, we noticed a male staff member who was middle-aged working in the restaurant and raised his voice to one old lady guest, not to take too much food. It's shame. Breakfast is limited. Housekeeping is great. The boys at the front gate are helpful. The location is great for shopping and accessible.

• 543nazig (2/5): Worst experience ever - It shouldn't be called a hotel. The room we stayed in was a nightmare. It was infested with cockroaches. The door to the bathroom was so short that I bumped my head a few times. None of the staff could speak english and when we asked them to change our room they said they couldn't and they even didn't apologize for the bug incident.

• Devendra (7/5): in short, stay was good. - breakfast was good. but the hotel couldn't receive the room charge by dollar card and we had paid in cash form but letter on it was done. this made us uncomfortable on managing cash. Taxi service wasn't arranged by hotel, we had to made it ourself so it is expected in the future.

• Lorraine (1/5): Bad - The staff are nice , especially the bellboy and Ms. Zeny except the lesbian in the housekeeping. She was so arrogant when i gave her 160 bath for changing our bedsheet. We stayed for 7 days , two rooms in the 3 rd floors. The views on the left side rooms are so gross. Cockroaches crawling and rooms are unmaintained and stinky. odor emanating from the drainage. The old man in the lobby , presumably the owner is so arrogant.

• David (7/5): Good - Decent location close to the Aiport Rail Link at Ratchaprarop and the River Boat service at Pratanum Pier. Some of the rooms lacked a view or decent daylight. But if you're using it as a bed for the night and that's all, it doesn't really matter.
• Lavenn (4/5): Made unpleasant by the attitude of the staff. - Location was good. We had the suite on the 3 floor. Had children staying in room alone but could not lock the main door to the suite. Very unsafe particularly at night. Staff were very unhelpful and miserable. Particularly at breakfast. No greeting good morning no smile. I asked for small packet of sugar for the room coffee but was told no. Only if a bought a coffee from room service I could get 1 packet. I wanted a knife and spoon to take to my suite to feed children fruit. I was told no

• Peter (8/5): - Excellent place to stay for a few days. It's less than a 10 minute walk from the train station to/from the airport (40 baht v 350 for a taxi). No need to ibckude the breakfast plan as there are endless eating opportunities within a minutes walk. Comfortable rooms, serviced daily, although tv has only thai channels. Internet excellent throughout the building.
• Saw (4/5): The rooms definitely need a makeover - Location was excellent, close to Platinum and a few shopping centres. Easy access to street food, massages, shops etc. Part of our hotel booking included an airport pickup which was excellent. The hallway and lift is heavily perfumed with an unwelcoming unpleasant diffuser. Rooms are old and smell mouldy, do not give good impression although it's reasonably clean. I guess it's okay for those looking for a cheap place to just sleep and would otherwise be going out all day. However the smell of the room is unbearable for me, so I would opt to stay elsewhere when I visit BKK again.

The sad part is they no longer serve bacon in the breakfast. Will always recommend this hotel for budget travelers like me

• 999mainm (2/5): They gave us a prison bed to sleep - Terrible hotel. Old small rooms with old bathrooms. They advertise they have triple rooms. And our tourist agent has booked a room for us three. And when we went there they have put an extra bed to the room squishing yhe other beds together. And room phone is has no place and it was put on the bed! With the extra bed room was so cramped you can barely walk and no place to put your luggaes. But none of those were the worst part. The extra bed was a metal bed with a tiny matress and looked like something they give in a prison! Imagine paying to stay in a 3 star hotel only to sleep in a prison bed.when inquired they say thats the satndard extra bed hotel is giving. Then ask about family room they said it will cost extra 500 bath but bed is the same! Why say you have triple rooms if you don't have triple rooms? When complained the old guy at the reception rudely said then go to a five star hotel. We checked out right there and went hotel hunting not wanting to stay another minute in that terrible dump. Imagine after a tired journey walking around in a totally new country at night looking for a place to stay. Luckily we found a great deal at a nearby hotel with nice spacious rooms with good beds and very nice friendly staff

• Phengchee (8/5): Good rooms, close to centre mall, limited parking. - Nice clean rooms. The hotel is near a mall and many shopping outlets. Once you get a room it isn't too difficult to walk to different spots. In a crowded area, limited parking. You'll have to be early or find parking somewhere else.
• Elefteria (7/5): Good - Good location. Just nearby the night market. Easy to get direct to BTS station and airport express. The room is big enough and comfortable. The lift is too far from the entrance. It's located at the end of the corridor but my room is at the opposite side. Only shower in room but not "bath and shower" that's mentioned in facilities.

• Jeff (10/5): PERFECT location for shopping. - The location is perfect for shopping and I tell all my friends world wide to stay here when they visit BKK. Two of my friends did just that and met me here from the Philippines to shop too. Noisy very rude people in the hallway with their doors open talking loud in their rooms and hallway. It's like their at home and the hallway is their living room to meet.

• Tan (5/5): Good location. - Hotel is conveniently located near to Centralworld and big C. Staff are very helpful beside the one we feedback the purifier is not working. He tried to push us away, keep telling us without purifier is ok, but the smell in the room is intolerable without the purifier. Facilities of this hotel left a lot to be desired. The air purifier, TV and lights were faulty. The tap by the sink is shaky and water pressure of the shower head is extremely bad, room is ants infested. There is also a stinky smell coming from the toilet drain.

The room size is fair enough. water flow at the bathing space is too slow during a stay. should provide more variety of foods in breakfast. rooms are not soundproof proof as can be heard from outside if someone is playing on a phone or speaking inside a room.
