• Holgino (9/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft. - Das Vorzeitige Einchecken war ein großes Plus für unseren Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett. Kaffeemaschine am Gang ist toll. Im Zimmer alles vorhanden. Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Ecke. Bushaltestelle um die Ecke. Eine gute Alternative zu Hotels.

• Daniel (9/5): - The complimentary breakfast oatmeal, coffee, tea, and snacks were a great touch. We also got one free drink for our stay, with the option of donating money for further drinks. The room had good lighting with a nice large window. Cute decorations. Very clean bedroom and nice spacious bathroom. Easy free street parking. The bed was a little bit sunken. The breakfast area with a coffee machine and mini-fridge is in the hallway area right in front of one of the guest rooms which could be a source of noise/disturbance to the other guests.

We mentioned we were going to an attraction which was closed that day, they immediately researched and told us that it was closed so we could make other plans. Difficult to time laundry with quiet hours when out the whole day. However, host was very kind to help out:)

• Emily (10/5): Lovely stay in a quiet, peaceful area of Munich - We had a lovely stay! Irene and Max were very kind, helpful, and responsive hosts. The rooms were very clean, spacious, quiet, and nicely decorated. The bedroom was very quiet and the beds were surprisingly comfortable (I slept even better than I usually sleep at home). I appreciated the free snacks, coffee, and tea that were set out for guests. the bathroom was very clean and had everything we needed. They also let us do laundry in the laundry room and even changed our clothes for us from the washer/dryer while we were out, which was very appreciated. The home is a ~10 min walk to buses / S-bahn that we used to get around the city easily (~20-30 min to get to city center). The one con was that the bathroom was shared with the other room and we happened to start/end our days at similar times -- so we sometimes had to wait a bit to shower, brush our teeth, etc. This was clearly communicated beforehand so I expected it, though, and it wasn't a big deal.

• Ali (10/5): Good quiet place - Personal care and attention. All fine, shared bathroom was ok, not a problem. Were not able to cook, but the owner let us to use her kitchen, very nice people.
• Mubashar (8/5): Very good - The apartment is fantastic. The only bad thing was that the owner stays in the lower portion of the same house. This makes it a little bit more controlled environment. You have to take care of other too much and the enjoyment, you would like to do during your vacation cannot be made and the feelings come like you are not at vacations.
• Leslie (8/5): Understand the term “Homestay” when booking - Max, our host, was very nice and helpful. The private parking space was very useful since the streets were crowded with cars. The laundry facilities were excellent (two washers and two dryers) and the hostess kindly provided detergent. One drawback is that according to the rules, the laundry room is only available from 8-10pm. We were grateful that Max made an exception and allowed us to use the facilities once we arrived in the afternoon. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the coffee facilities When booking, I didn’t understand the term “Homestay” and instead focused on apartment. Be aware that this is not an apartment in the traditional sense where you have a private entrance to the property. You are renting bedrooms and a bathroom in someone’s house and there is no privacy outside of the bedroom/bathroom. That was a surprise to us. While Max was very nice and the rooms were comfortable, we are private people and will use a more traditional hotel when next in town.

• Anonymous (8/5): Friendly and helpful host - The host was very nice and friendly. The place is very clean and comfortable, we booked two rooms. The one with the balcony was very nice and cozy. The second room we booked for the kids was extremely hot and haven’t had an AC nor ceiling fan.
• Aire (10/5): Very cozy homestay - Very cozy and nice homestay. The owners were very caring. When they saw that our son loves apple juice, they brought him a big juice for free. The price includes coffee and tea, nuts, juices and smoothies. We left very early in the morning, but they would have offered a light breakfast in the morning. We took the smoothies that were in the fridge and they tasted very good! Nearby is a very good Italian restaurant Locando Busento! Since we were the only ones staying, we were able to park our car safely in their yard. You can get to the city center by bus and metro. We bought day tickets for the family online and everything was actually very simple

The property was very clean and very quiet. Great for a family of 4 to sleep comfortably and then continue sightseeing the following day.

Tea, coffee, and snacks were provided for free. Car parking was available directly on the property. The washing machine and dryer were excellent, and the washing detergent was provided. There is no kitchenette and microwave, but good coffee and tea makers are there.

Not too far from a brilliant restaurant (Johannes) Don't mind sharing a bathroom and that's clear when you book but a back up loo would be good.
