• Yuliia (6/5): Insgesamt war das Zimmer und das Badezimmer sehr gut, allerdings gäbe es vor allem bei der Sauberkeit und Organisation d - Die gemietete Zimmer in München war sauber, ordentlich und gut gepflegt. Die Einrichtung war modern und angenehm, man hat sich im Zimmer sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch das Badezimmer war wirklich top – sehr sauber, komfortabel und modern ausgestattet. Leider hat die Gemeinschaftsküche einen deutlich schlechteren Eindruck hinterlassen. Sie war nicht besonders sauber, und es war unklar, welcher Kühlschrank für mich vorgesehen war – ich musste erst selbst nachfragen bzw. suchen. Auch bei den Küchenutensilien und dem Besteck war nicht ersichtlich, was man benutzen darf und wo sich alles befindet, was den Aufenthalt unnötig kompliziert gemacht hat. Zusätzlich erhielten wir nach der Buchung eine sehr lange Nachricht mit zahlreichen Hausregeln. Der Ton dieser Nachricht wirkte leider sehr streng und wenig freundlich, eher wie eine Liste von Verboten als eine nette Begrüßung, was keinen guten ersten Eindruck hinterlassen hat.

• Ian (9/5): Quiet location, nice hosts and good facilities - Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Gave us lots of advice and information about Munich. Homely, relaxed atmosphere. Nice house with good facilities and good outdoor space in the garden. Located in quiet street next to South Park. Close to shops and public transport. Stayed only a few days and wish we could have stayed for longer. Everything was cool!

• Alexander (5/5): Passable - 15min walk to U6 Westpark, the hosts are friendly and offer shower gel and tooth paste, quiet and clean room, we had a good sleep, there was a separate bathroom. Some negative feedback below rather aims to bring positive - almost everything is rather easy to achieve. No lock at the door to the room - this is really bad. Please install it. House rules sent to us by e-mail could be written in a more friendly manner - and better to put them at a table in the room. It was written "don't use too much hot water so that everyone has enough". This is hypocritic - when we came back at night, all hot water had been used by the hosts. For check-in the host was inside our room filling out some papers. This felt awkward and we were not sure if the host will knock at the door in 15min to collect some more papers (didn't happen). This was suboptimal especially given that the door had no lock. Better to do everything eg. in the kitchen. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridor the whole time - they should improve the ventilation. It was also not clear how to ventilate the bathroom: you can open the window, but if you forget to close it the rules were stating 250 euro fine...
