Alissa (2/5): - The communication was quick and the price was good - these are 2 only things that are positive about the place The flat was extremely dirty and tacky, uneven floor boars (trip hazard), stained mattress, hair on the floor, cigarette butts all over the balcony, cigarette and weed smell in the flat (despite a clear sign saying NO SMOKiNG). Even the WIFI code wasn't provided. It was a very unpleasant and not hygienic experience. I felt like I was staying at some kind of student accommodation. If you're considering staying there - keep away. The pictures are not showing the reality of the state of the flat!

Fay (1/5): Horrific - The only good thing about the apartment is it had toilet roll and heating. The apartment was absolutely disgusting. So dirty. I wouldn’t take my animals to stay in there. Kitchen was filthy there’s no way I could prepare or store food in there. The bath was disgusting, I wouldn’t even attempt to use it. We couldn’t use the pillows, they looked like they’d been dragged around the streets and had stains and blood on them. The whole place stunk of cannabis and smoke, and someone had clearly been doing drugs on the balcony.

Bissett (4/5): Cheap for a reason - For a lack of better words the place was kind of falling apart half of the shower wasn't hooked and when you tried adjusting the temperature good luck avoiding being fried or frozen, I was sleeping on a blow up mattress on the floor there were no spare blankets so I got in contact with the owner who said he'd bring one round the next day. He never showed up...

Jazmine (5/5): It was passable for the amount paid, I think - The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, we were provided with WiFi, and there was food available in the kitchen if we needed/wanted it. The communication was perfect throughout our stay as well. The walls were super thin, so we could hear the people in the adjoining room all night, until 3/4am. The other people staying in the property were loud and cooked awful smelling food which stayed the whole time we were there. The bathroom and kitchen were dirty, but I think this was down to the other people there, which seemed like they actually lived on the property for a long period of time.

Uneven walls that have been painted, now paint is scratched off/scuffed all over above the bed in the bedroom in many places, smear on wall looked dubious. Unclean window cills. Bathroom and toilet just abput ok but did not shower, the bath tap/shower looked broken anyway. The bedsheets are old, pillowcases have fabric bobbles. Feels like an Air BnB not a Booking.com accommodation. I understand it's cheap as it does not have all of the facilities and it's a shared bathroom, but that's no excuse for cleaning not being done properly.

The floorboards were very creaky (I don't like the thought of disturbing other guests) and the facilities had a 'flimsy' feel about them.

Onyinye (5/5): I didn’t enjoy my stay xx - There was a big Tv and Netflix in the room, I stayed in Room 2. The bed was comfy, although I saw some hairs on the bedsheet, so I used my own White bedsheet that I do travel with, which I left behind when I checked out as i forgot to remove it when I was leaving. I hardly write reviews, but am gonna write this one sorry. The room was ok, although the floor was dirty. I don’t like the inconvenience in the bathroom because the bath up 🛀 was strictly covered and all wrapped round with a double shower curtain which I find very difficult on how to get inside and come out from the bath . The kitchen Bin was full when I arrived and the kitchen was dirty. I tried to reach out to the Host but the phone number for the property in Booking. Com was not going through. The line keep going to voice Mail, saying (Welcome to Lyca Mobile, your call has been forwarded to automated voice message system). I stayed for 2 nights in this property but didn’t hear from the host and I couldn’t get in touch with them. I only received the check in instruction from booking. Com the day I arrived. The guest in Room 1 (White lady), made some cooking and left the pot unwashed before she checked out, leaving the kitchen messy. I will attach the pictures below. I think the property need some maintenance on the wooden floor as well, as it looks bad and makes noise when you match on it. The house just need a professional cleaner. Is dirty. Thank you

Julie (1/5): It was traumatising! Absolute disgrace avoid like the plague! - Absolutely nothing! Poor condition overnight and unsafe my door handle wasn’t secure or even have all its screws! It had a bad smell with poor sanitation nothing was clean literally NOTHING I will be forwarding the pictures and requesting a refund in full my whole experience on this trip was ruined they left signs saying keep clean! I left it cleaner than when I arrived! The crisp white bedding gave me a sense of cleanliness until I saw the duvet inside! The bed was covered in cigarette burns, no safety equipment like fire blankets etc the cutlery in the room was dirty, the bin in the room was filthy,the hob has a corner missing with wires showing the lights flicker when the kettle is boiling I had to clean anything I needed to touch and I’m surprised I didn’t get ill, quotes like “we’re better than a hotel” tells me this landlord is delusional I did happen to meet the cleaners while I waited for my car and let them know exactly how I felt about their work or lack of how they can get away with these poor standards is beyond me and I will be reluctant to use booking.com for future travel so my advice to anyone thinking of staying here I would highly recommend you don’t!
