• Harriet (5/5): This worked for me as the last night, that I had to catch an airplane in the morning. - Around the corner from the metro that goes to airport, and very safe. And very clean. the little balcony is lovely to sit on and relax. I only stayed one night. Did I say, very clean. It is not a situation that. you would want to hang out in. For me it was only to sleep. The lighting is very poor in the bedroom, so it made reading there at night difficult. It is located on a busy street, which is nice for the day, but makes for a noisy street at night until the wee-hours. It's not people noise, but a very busy car through-traffic street.

• Georgia (7/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία ,δίπλα σε μετρό και συγκοινωνίες και κοντά σε όλα .επισης ο ιδιοκτήτης (Γιάννης)πολύ ευγενικός ,μάλιστα μπήκα πιο νωρίς από το check in μέσα. Δεν ήταν καθαρό ,η κουζίνα όταν μπήκα δεν ήταν καθαρή(κάτω σκουπίδια κ στον πάγκο της κουζίνας στάμπες με καφέ)-το μπαλκόνι πολύ βρώμικο και τα έπιπλα στο μπαλκόνι χαλασμένα.επιπλεον το μπαλκόνι ήταν κοινό με το δίπλα διαμέρισμα οπότε ούτε άνοιγα την μπαλκονόπορτα και ούτε την κουρτίνα γιατί φαίνονται όλα .

• IOANNIS (8/5): Για 24 ώρες που το ήθελα ήταν μια χαρά, θα μπορούσε να είναι και πιο οικονομικό λόγω παλαιότητας. - Ήταν πολύ κοντά για τη δουλειά που είχα να κάνω Το μπαλκόνι δεν είχε χώρισμα με το διπλανό διαμέρισμα και δεν άνοιξα το παράθυρο.

• Marie-josée (8/5): Very good - The place is near a metro station and really easy to reach. The only problem is that there is a bit of traffic on the road and it starts only in the morning (in the evening, it is quiet). In winter it’s okay with the window closed, but not sure in summer. The host was very friendly and available.

• Dimitris (9/5): Superb - Excellent and safe location. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a strange smell in the bathroom but it was not a problem.
• Zong (6/5): Not bad but could be better. - I liked the location of the apartment for being rather away from the bustling central area. I initially thought it was quite a hassle for being a bit far but I'm very happy with my decision! There isn't much around the apartment except for a handful of pharmacies. However, once you venture a bit to the east, there are a number of great bakeries being offered. I personally didn't expect the neighbours to pop into the kitchen of the apartment I was staying at. Joanna did mention a key to lock the sleeping room but at that point, I didn't think too much of it. So, lock your door if you're uncomfortable about it. Also, the WIFI was probably the worst I've come across. It failed to connect to the network and would only connect if there's one device (I had a laptop and phone). It constantly dropped out and when it worked, the speed was excruciatingly slow.

• Olesya (9/5): Excellent location - Excellent location! Very fast and simple to travel from/to the airport and also all the attractions close to it. Property was very very clean. Host extremely supportive. I really liked ❤️ very much the place. So, the noise from the outside was unexpectedly loud , even earplugs didn’t help against motorcyclists and car signals. It was more or less survivable on the weekdays but on weekends it was difficult, at least for me.
• Andrea (9/5): Superb - Joanna is a very kind landlady; she allowed me to check in late and gave me several precious tips during my stay. The room is located in a safe neighbourhood, very close to the bus stop and to the metro station, and also within walking distance to the central Syntagma square. Nothing to complain about the property.

• Tom (8/5): Very good for a budget-friendly trip to Athens - The room is in a residential building in a neighborhood that's really close to the Megaro Moussikis conference center and metro station, which was the main reason for me to be in Athens for work. Check-in was arranged well ahead of time, and I was received very friendly. The room and adjacent kitchen are not new, but it was very clean and you have everything you need as a solo traveller. The street below is very busy and noisy pretty much all day and even at night. It's single glass, so when the bus stops at the stop below the building, it's as if it's standing right next to you. So if you are a light sleeper, definitely bring earplugs.
• Talia (5/5): Good amenities but for heavy sleepers only! - Very clean and quite spacious, bed was comfortable. Previous reviews mentioned a busy road nearby; so I was expecting some traffic noise, but let me tell you it was LOUD. Like through noise blocking earphones with volume turned up, still really, really loud. The noise made by motorbikes accelerating up the street was incredible, and did not stop throughout the night. For this level of noise I would expect double glazing at least, but nope. Also, it was hot and the air conditioner was ancient and not very effective, so between street noise and sweating I can't say I slept more than a few hours the entire stay.
• Ali̇ (10/5): Next time again here! - The place is located at a Very good area, just nearby a metro. Transportation from/to AirPort and city center is soooo easy. A little bit noisy from the street but i did not complain. 4th floor with a balcony for two persons, which you can see beautiful Acropolis. Very clean house, has many features like a refridgerator (with freezer), coffee maschine and etc. Bed and linen were really good. Owner is so nice and gives you every intructions you need. You can talk to her before travel by whats up. Check out was so easy and there was not any deposit payment Just nearby the main avenue so can be a little bit noisy (i did not complain)

• Brett (9/5): Friendly convenient place for short stay in Athens. - Joanna is a wonderful host who speaks excellent English and does everything to make your stay comfortable. The property is locate very close to the metro and bus so transport to the airport or centre of Athens is no problem. Comfortable bed and handy kitchen facilities. Shower is a bit of a squeeze for bigger people but otherwise no complaints whatsoever.

It was also close to the city centre, we had to take 3 stops with the metro to get there. The AC was working. It had a nice balcony too. We didnt really use the kitchen, but it was well equipped. The owner was really nice. Everything was clean also. Nothing, everything was perfect.

There is everything you need in the kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, dishes...), the bed is really comfortable and even though it was really hot outside, the appartment stayed quite cool. It is literally 2 minutes from the metro and very close to the city centre. Joanna was also amazing, she helped us fix the wifi very quickly. If you have a chance, for sure book this place. Nothing

• Gillian (10/5): Comfy Katzen Stay - I came into Athens later than the check-in time and was told that it would not be a problem at all, and it wasn't. I was greeted at the front door, by the host, who led me to my room and who showed me around. She was very kind. The place was very clean and perfect for my short stay. The location is great, as it's right in the centre of town. I left fully rested and, I hope, as clean as my host had left it for me. Very nice place, for long or short term. Nothing.
