• Amy (9/5): One night between bus and morning plane in condo that seems to be out in nowhereclosetoairport weird - Nice clean room near airport. I knew going in that there are no restaurants or stores walkable.
• Coralie (7/5): Juste pour la nuit, donc ça c’est bien passé ! - Il était super proche de l’aéroport donc bien pratique quand on arrive en pleine nuit et possible de self check in donc parfait. Puis il y a la Clim donc c’est un gros avantage car il faisait super chaud dans la chambre quand je suis arrivé. Rien à dire

Muss man wissen damit man sich vorher was zu essen organisieren kann. Oder Taxi Zum Flughafen ca 10€

• Michelle (8/5): Perfekt vor Abflug - Perfekt für die erste oder letzte Nacht auf Yuctan, 10min mit dem Auto zum Flughafen. Überraschend großes Bad, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber. Im Haus waren mehrere nummerierten Zimmern mit Bädern, uns war nicht klar ob die Küche und Pool ggf geteilt werden. Wir waren (denken wir) alleine. Ein Kaugummi lag auf dem Nachtisch. Ansonsten sehr sauber.

• Vanasse (9/5): Accueil d'exception par une fantastique propriétaire. - Accueil formidable de la propriétaire qui m'a reçu sans problème plus tôt que prévu. Très grande chambre dans un endroit très calme. La chambre et l'habitation sont vraiment propre. Je recommande pour un cours séjour. Le lit king size n'est pas moelleux à mon goût. La situation géographique: quoique l'établissement est vraiment près de l'aéroport, les services (restaurant, ATM et autres) sont à bonne distance si on n'a pas de véhicule, ce qui était mon cas.

• Norbert (4/5): Faudrait prenir exacrement ou on arrive, les chauffeurs de taxis n'avaient aucune idée de l'adresse - N/A Primo, ce n'est pas un hotel!, secundo c'est plus un genre de motel sans aucune personne pour t'acceuillir, plutot désemparant, surtout quand tu arrives à 11h du soir en taxi. Tu dois appeler, on te donne un code pour ouvrir la porte , et là tu t'appercois, qu,il ya deja quelqu,un dans LA MAISON!!!!!!!,
• Roberto (8/5): Gracias Yadira. - La atención de Yadira, que incluso me trasladó al aeropuerto en la madrugada. Amplitud y limpieza de las habitaciones, decoración minimalista pero cálida con evidente toque femenino. Espacios comunes acogedores como una casa. La ubicación es aislada, pero como su nombre lo indica está muy cerca del aeropuerto y es ideal para quienes se alojan en hoteles lejanos, a Cancún y deben tomar vuelos tempranos en ese aeropuerto..

• Annick (9/5): - Hôtel situé à 15 mn de l'aéroport. Chambre propre. On n'a pas vu notre hôte, on a echangé par WhatsApp. On ne savait pas trop si nous avions le droit d'utiliser la cuisine en bas. Manque une bouilloire Piscine non utilisable: eau sale non filtrée et endroit qui sert à étendre le linge.
• Florie (10/5): Idéal pour rapide séjour - Ce commentaire rejoint mon précèdent car c'était la seconde fois que nous séjournions dans cet hotel. En effet nous avons réservé cet hotel en début et en fin de séjour. À notre arrivée à Cancun, l'hote est venu nous récupérer à l'aéroport ce qui a été très pratique. Elle nous a ensuite déposé le lendemain matin à notre agence de location de voiture. ( service qui nous a paru moins cher qu'un taxi ) L'hotel est très pratique car proche de l'aeroport. Il est relativement confortable: literie très bonne, salle de bain un peu plus ancienne mais parfaite pour un rapide séjour. Il y a une piscine mais nous n'avons pas eut le temps d'en profiter. Il n'y a pas grand chose aux alentours. C'est un quartier résidenciel qui peut impressionner lorsque l'on arrive de nuit mais nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité surtout après notre séjour dans la région qui s'est très bien déroulé. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir et à recommander ! Tout était parfait
• Florie (10/5): Pratique, confortable, excellent rapport qualité prix. - Nous avons été accueillis par l'hôte qui est venue nous chercher directement à l'aéroport. Malgré le fait qu'il était 22h passé et que nous aillons eut des problèmes de receptions de bagages. L'hôte nous a attendu très gentillement sur le parking et nous a proposé de nous déposer dans une superette pour acheter de quoi manger. Service très appréciable après 15h de vol ! L'hôtel se situe très proche de l'aéroport et a un très bon rapport qualité prix. Les lits sont très confortables. L'hotel est en fait un ensemble de residences qui disposent de plusieurs chambres avec piscine à chaque dépendance. Nous avons réservé le même hotel pour le retour car nous partions tôt le matin cette fois. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir et à recommander !! Tout était parfait
• Julia (10/5): - Superbe hébergement assez proche de l’aéroport. Le logement est très confortable et agréable on s’y sent bien lit XXL pour le cas de nombre chambre, climatisé avec douche privée. Je remercie encore la propriétaire qui est venue nous récupérer à l’aéroport après un vol de nuit assez fatiguant. Le rapport qualité prix est superbe !

• CAMILLE (9/5): Prix abordable par rapport à son emplacement à l’aéroport - Emplacement par rapport à l’aéroport, la réactivité de l’hôte, le café mis à disposition L’humidité. La route d’accès est effectivement un peu chaotique mais comparer à ce que je vois actuellement à Tulum. Croyez moi ce n’est rien du tout.

• Talya (8/5): - חדר מרווח, קרוב לשדה התעופה. בעלת הדירה הציעה להסיע אותנו לשדה התעופה מוקדם בבקר במחיר סביר ביותר, שירות טוב! היינו בקומה עליונה כך שיש מדרגות לעלות עם המזודות. המיקום הרגיש לא נעים בלילה, ולא קרוב לתחבורה ציבורית ולכן נסענו רק עם מונית או Uber.

• Dominic (9/5): I would rent again - Best place if you have to rent for a night on arrival or departure. Coded door so no check in hazzle. Therr is a full kitchen. Very hot water and good pressure. Communication is good and quick. I would rent again. There is a pool if the weather is hot. AC works perfectly. Recluded in a residential. Some people may not like it. Shower was clean, but could use a deep clean.

The hosts didn’t reply anymore to my questions how to get to the venue which is quite difficult without a car. The close to the airport is not a benefit…

• Andrea (9/5): - El cuarto amplio y lindo. Instalaciones que se ven nuevas. La anfitriona fue muy amable Fue rápido el acceso, nos dejaron agua para tomar y aun que no la usamos fue un gran detalle. La casa es linda y queda muy cerca del aeropuerto . En general fue una buena experiencia La cama estaba un poco dura y me gustaría qué el baño tuviera alguna puerta qué divida el cuarto
• Sara (6/5): Non adatto a chi atterra la sera tardi a Cancun - Silenzioso e camera spaziosa La vicinanza all’aeroporto si trasforma in uno svantaggio la sera tardi perché nessun taxi che parte dall’aeroporto risulta disposto a lasciarti perché fuori dalla zona hotel, se non a prezzi folli (40€ per 5km, lo stesso prezzo che ci è costato il soggiorno!). Uber in aeroporto non funziona. Il collettivo ci ha lasciato a più di 2km dalla casa su una strada ad alto scorrimento. Abbiamo dovuto richiedere un passaggio ad un tuk tuk guidato da persone poco raccomandabili. In più, la zona la sera risulta abbastanza inquietante, completamente buio e disabitato.

• Noll (10/5): - It was so clean and peaceful to stay here. I was transitioning to get ready for a flight today and needed somewhere to collect myself, and this was the perfect spot. There was everything I needed, even netflix on the TV, a beautiful view of the sunset and sunrise from my window, very comfortable bed, and a complimentary coffee set up. Yadita was so welcoming and kind. I was having trouble with the taxi app this morning and contacted her for help, she was there in 10 min to give me a ride to the airport! She really helped me conclude my trip and get to the airport stress free. Muchos gracias Yadita!! Nada

• Emilia Erica (8/5): - Abbiamo pernottato a Cancun solo per la notte di arrivo, vicino all' aeroporto, buone indicazioni dalla proprietaria circa all' arrivo e all' ingresso, cucina in comune, bagno e camera spaziosi. Nei dintorni non c'è un granché se si volesse uscire a cena, consiglio di portarsi del cibo o altrimenti chiamare un taxi per spostarsi in centro
• Rachele (7/5): - It was close to the airport and very quiet, which was what we needed. The bedroom was big and comfortable. A lot of products were provided (sunscreen, aloe, deodorant,...). They provided us precise indications on how to reach the location and the door code The soap in the bathroom was finished. The sheets had some red stains, even though they had been washed.

El colchón aunque se sentía en buenas condiciones era un poco duro para nuestro gusto personal. A pesar de estar cerca del aeropuerto no es una zona muy concurrida y si se llega tarde se percibe muy solo el sector

Very strange room concept, there are no doors between room and bathroom, no window in the room, only very small window in the bathroom, difficult to get fresh air to the room

• Jenny (10/5): Comfortable Stay Near Airport and great host. - Had a great stay. Host was very kind. I was picked up and dropped off at the Airport in a safe environment. Room spacious with AC. Had everything I needed. Property really close to the airport 15min drive over. Very convenient.
• Mai (7/5): Strong stale smell but could be ok for just one night near the airport - Location near the airport but quiet, so very convenient if you have a car and just crash in for late arrival or early flight. Parking is convenient. The room was spacious and clean. Self check-in was easy Stale (bad) smell in the whole apartment and room, which made it very hard to breath. Not recommend for people with sensitive nose. The curtain was thin and the glass door to the balcony in room 2 could not be closed, which felt a bit insecure but nothing happened to us.

• Silvia (10/5): Very comfortable stay before/after travelling - Very close to the airport, it’s just 10’ ride by car. It is very convenient if you’re just arriving/leaving Mexico. The house and room is spacious, with kitchen facilities and pool. Perfect for preparing your meal and relax before/after flying. The host was also very helpful and lovely.

• Cindy (2/5): Filthy - Cheap, easy to access, quiet. Disgustingly dirty. Bed sheets had not been changed and were full of hair from previous guests, they smelled so bad that our clothes and hair also stank next day. Towels were dirty and stained. Shower had dirty walls and corners. Toilet is not separated from the bedroom by doors or walls.
• Maya (9/5): Superb - The owner was super friendly and helpful. She assisted me with getting to the airport very early in the morning and answered any question I had. It's not that I didn't like it, but it is important to note that: 1. It is not a hotel. It is a home and you only rent one master bedroom. 2. The neighborhood isn't nice. The big advantage is the proximity to the airport.

• Gurealcantara (10/5): Indeed Close to the Airport - Conveniently located near the airport. The room was spacious and clean. Since our departure was very early in the morning (2:40 am), we kept our rental car and drove to the airport. Free parking pace and early checkout were convenient.
