• Felipe (10/5): Melhor hotel de cancun e regiao - Hotel extremamente organizado, os quartos bem novos, confortaveis, espacosos e completos, equipados com itens de cozinha, fogao, frigobar, smartv, cabides. A piscina perfeita para uma relaxada pós passeios e praia. Localizacao excelente, muito proxima a mercados e restaurantes, proxima da rodoviaria, com facil acesso a zona hotelera e ao porto que leva às outras ilhas. Mas o ponto alto é o cuidado e recepcao do Octavio, dono do hotel, que esteve sempre nos ajudando com informacoes, oferecendo servico de transporte, servico de passeios e transformando nossa experiencia em algo muito especial. • Luciane Aparecida (6/5): Razoável. - Próximo a mercados. Bom chuveiro, tinha ar condicionado. As fotos dão a entender que a cozinha é acoplada ao quarto. No nosso caso, não havia cozinha, apenas compartilhada. O quarto era menor do que imaginei que seria. Não há isolamento acústico, havia muito barulho dos outros quartos e do portão.

• Marta (1/5): - możliwość zaparkowania brak ciepłej wody skutecznie uprzykrzył pobyt. właściciel próbował rozwiązać sytuację, ale finalną odpowiedzią było, że "jest ciepła woda tylko o małym ciśnieniu wody" - ciśnienie było tak małe, że nie dawało możliwości umycia się. bramka z kodem do budynku dziwnie działała i czasami musieliśmy kilka razy wpisywać kod, żeby wejść.

• Saima (7/5): Just okey place, but I believe you can find a way better value for money - The location is good. Also, they had a safe place to leave the car overnight. The photos looked much better than the reality. The bed was quite uncomfortable — it seemed to have some kind of double-layer mattress, which felt unusual and not very comfortable for sleeping. There was also no proper place to store our belongings or even hang towels, which made the stay less convenient. Another downside was that no free drinking water was provided. Everything available in the room had a price list attached. In many other places in Mexico, at least a small bottle or several liters of drinking water are provided free of charge, so this was surprising. There was also no kettle in the room, so we had to boil water in a pot. In addition, the pool area did not look as nice as it does in the photos and would benefit from a thorough cleaning.

Brudna kuchnia, brudne przybory, zużyta patelnia, bardzo słabe wyposażenie - jeden nóż, dwa widelce, poplamiona pościel, niewygodne - wyleżane materace, wejście do pokoju na pinpad który wydaje tak głośne dźwięki, że budzi w nocy innych gości. Nie wspomnę o głośnej okolicy bo na to zarządca nie ma wpływu.

Seria como sugestão. USB para carregar celular e portão elétrico para guardar o carro porém deixei o carro na rua e foi bem tranquilo, todo mundo deixa na rua.

Room was ok, but… Communication with the hosts was exhausting; I even had to search for other contacts just to ask how to pay for the snacks in the room. The neighbors were loud and drinking alcohol by the pool. Be careful with the hair dryer as it tends to overheat. The environment felt very unsafe at night - there were people driving loudly, blasting music, and sounds that resembled explosions right outside. It was terrifying, and the atmosphere felt very unstable. To make things worse, the automatic lock on the main door broke in the morning - it kept noise and wouldn't lock. I had asked the hosts about safety specifically before booking, and their lack of honesty is disappointing. I strongly recommend avoiding this place, especially if you are a solo traveler. It is not worth the risk.

• Maria (6/5): Loud Rooms on a Quiet Street - Good location if you wanted to stay away from the main roads of Cancun. Nice to have a small kitchen and good amenities. Didn’t get to try out the pool. Lots of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Well connected to public transport. Was impossible to get a decent night sleep as it’s not exactly soundproof. You could hear the water pressure going every single time someone on the level used the water - it was so so loud. I did message the property and I believe they tried to do their best. We also had some young children on our level who were unhappy and the sound reverberated into our room. I guess this is all dependent on how many other people are staying. Water pressure was lacking.

• Donna (7/5): Fijne kamer - Fijne kamer met een keukentje, waardoor we ook een paar keer zelf konden koken. Er is duidelijk aandacht besteed aan de ruimte om het zo prettig mogelijk voor je te maken. Ook fijn dat er een zwembad aanwezig is, ook al hebben wij er zelf geen gebruik van gemaakt omdat het weer niet helemaal meewerkte ;). De ruimte zit in een rustige buurt met een leuk restaurantje en een Oxxo (supermarktje) op loopafstand. Een grote supermarkt zit iets verderop, ca. 15 minuten lopen. Het wel wat aan de krappe kant met alle bagage en dit staat verder los van deze ruimte, maar wij vonden Cancun niet veel aan.

• Eliot (10/5): - The place was good value for money. It is quite close to nearby restaurants, the bus to the airport, locations for tours etc. It was about a £5-£10 uber or Didi ride to the Hotel Zone beach areas if you want to go there. The pool was good although it was absolutely freezing.
• Yvonne (8/5): Prima! - Wij verbleven hier voor 1 nacht als tussenstop na onze landing op cancun. Daarvoor prima accomodatie. Locatie naar ADO station is goed te doen. Kamer is basic maar schoon en het bed ligt goed. Communicatie met eigenaar ook goed. Enige minpunt is dat het wat gehorig is dus je moet geluk hebben met je buren.

• Mayra (10/5): Excelente lugar - Me encantó el lugar, gran ubicación, muchas cosas cerca y el autobús a la playa también se tomaba cerca. La habitación estaba muy limpia cuando llegamos, tenia todo lo necesario. La alberca estaba muy fría
• Nick (8/5): Emplacement de choix dans un quartier sécuritaire. Porte avant sécurisée par un code. À proximité des pleins de restaura - Bien situé, quartier sécuritaire. Seulement 1 rouleau de papier de toilette en 3-4 jours. Seulement 2 serviettes de disponible et aucun tapis de douche. L’eau de la douche coulait sur le plancher de la salle de bain et la petite serviette en guise de tapis de douche s’imbibait d’eau rapidement. Nous devions l’accrocher pour que la petite serviette sèche.. Conséquence, énorme odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain. Porte de la chambre presque en carton. Donc, ne laisser aucun objet de valeur dans la chambre, car facile de si introduire si des voleurs passent par là. Je dois relancer l’hôte à plusieurs reprises pour qu’il réponde à mes questions et parfois il ne répond même pas à mes questions. Chambre légèrement petite pour 2.
• Broutier (8/5): Grand, propre, agréable - La chambre était vraiment très propre, grande et bien équipée 😀 Personne n'était là à notre arrivée, nous avions réservé une place de parking mais sans indication de la part de l'hôte impossible de connaître l'emplacement. Nous n'avons pas eu de petit-déjeuner et pas de personnel non plus le matin. Le fait que nous soyons venu le 24-25 décembre y est sûrement pour quelque chose.
• Florent (9/5): Simply enjoyable and close to some good places - Efficient with everything you may require for your stay. Some of the best hosts I have met so far in my travelling experience. My spanish is far from perfect they would take time to translate and exchange when required and did exchange by message in a very good English. Reachable anytime through WhatsApp. They were also open to adapt to our needs for the breakfast without second thoughts or questions. I would definitely recommend this address and would enjoy to stay here again in the futur.

• Matthew (10/5): Lovely stay here - Lovely stay here. Clean rooms and so spacious. Didn’t use the pool but it looked great. They very kindly let us check in early. Would recommend staying here! Plenty of shops and amenities nearby (within walking distance) and in a safe neighbourhood. We didn’t dislike anything!

• Cancun (10/5): Excelente ubicacion. - Primera vez que nos hospedamos en Alce y en realidad muy agradable. Excelente ubicacion muy centrica y con acceso a la zona hotelera asi como a lugares de interes, tambien nos quedo cerca la terminal del ADO. Lo recomendamos mucho y estaremos volviendo.

• Perez (10/5): Excelente calidad precio de primera. - Alce, creo que es de lo mejores alojamiento que hemos estado, una excelente piscina, habitaciones de lujo con camas muy cómodas y espaciosas, cocinas internas en la habitación, buen clima , estacionamiento. Quiero agradecer a los administradores por su atención en verdad se merecen nuestro aporte. Todo de lujo por el precio mejor no hay.

• martinez (10/5): Supero cada detalle - El alojamiento, se encuentra en una zona centrica y tranquila. La piscina nos impresiono mucho limpia e iluminada de noche. La limpieza es algo que hay que resaltar asi como la atencion de los administradores para cualquier problema en el horario que sea siempre estan tratando de solucionarlo y es algo que valoramos mucho.
