• Aleksandar (10/5): Excellent. Best value for money! - The host was absolutely fantastic, very kind, helpful and genuinely attentive. The apartment is clean, tidy and perfectly decent for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from bus and tram stops, and very close to Trastevere train station, which made getting around the city really convenient. The host provided useful tips and recommendations that helped me a lot. He also kindly allowed a late check-out with no problems and without any extra charge. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again. Thank you! N/A

• Ádám (8/5): A quiet room with good transport - perfect for a short stay - The host was kind and helpful, handling all aspects of our stay with great flexibility and providing us with useful tips on local attractions. The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood with excellent transport links, about half an hour from both the airport and the city center. The room was clean and cozy. The room is quite compact, and even for two people, it can be a bit challenging to sit down comfortably for breakfast. While there is a small kitchenette, it might be helpful to provide a few additional basics - such as one cup, a spoon, etc. per person, some sugar for tea, and soap in the bathroom for showering. But these are only minor issues - overall, it offers good value for money and comes highly recommended.

• Angheluță (10/5): - Me and my group really liked the space, it was just perfect for 5 persons. Silvio was a great host and answered quickly to all our questions and needs. The place is a little too far from any metro station, but it is well connected to the busses. If you plan to leave in the morning there is going to be a challenge, but in rest it is pretty accessible.

• Nattrass (9/5): Really enjoyed our time at Rome Trastevere station. Silvio was an extremely accomodating host and the apartment felt saf - Very well equipped property for the price, lovely to have a small kitchenette. Close to Trastevere main station which is helpful. Silvio was extremely responsive and ensured we were comfortable. He was accomodating in receiving the city tax as well as a flexible check out. Walls of apartment are reasonably thin, only a notable issue if neighbours are loud which they were infrequently.

• Ruth (7/5): - It is close to some great spots, the bus is near, and the supermarket. Not bad for just a short time. Silvio gave some great spots to try and great suggestion. The room was good not bad. Also, if you want to visit the beach, you can go to the station close to the pyramid, download the app Moovit, and enter your destination (1.50€ for the trip). The bed was a bit too soft for us but it can be changed later

La habitación monoambiente que nos tocó tenía baño privado y una cocinita con todo para dos personas excepto microondas y horno (pero sí tenía hornalla electrica). Excelente relación precio calidad. Buena calefacción y agua caliente para invierno. La zona segura y con muchos comercios y supermercado. Volveríamos. Lo único a destacar es que está a 20 minutos en bus para ir al entro (piazza venecia). En la zona de trastevere. Para nosotros no fue un impedimento pero a tenerlo en cuenta. La parada del bus esta a media cuadra asi que está perfecto también. Para ir al vaticano hay que hacer transbordo y queda a 40 minutos en total en transporte publico.

• Guest (10/5): Buena calidad-precio y anfitrión muy atento - Silvio es un gran anfitrión, estuvo disponible en todo momento, nos dio recomendaciones, indicaciones de transporte, etc, y ninguna pega incluso llegando de madrugada. Super amable y atento. La ubicación no es muy céntrica, pero hay una parada de autobús justo debajo de casa, por la cual pasan bastantes líneas y en menos de media hora puedes estar en el centro histórico. Incluso si te apetece dar un paseo puedes ir o volver andando en 40 mins aprox. La habitación estaba limpia y tenía lo necesario para la estancia. Además hay un supermercado bastante grande justo debajo de casa.

• Jacinta (9/5): Muy buen alojamiento, buena ubicación y conectividad - Estuvimos en una pieza para 4 personas, solo para nosotras, lo cual se nos hizo bastante cómodo. Estaba limpio y era espacioso. Silvio fue súper atento y preocupado de nuestra estadía. Considerar que el baño está fuera de la pieza, que si bien es privado, está en un pasillo pequeño donde están las entradas a otras habitaciones. También considerar que el agua caliente no dura mucho, y para nosotras que éramos 4, al menos 2 se duchaban con agua fría.

• Kamila (8/5): Kitnet Estação Trastevere - Localizada muito próximo a estação Trastevere. Silvio nos recebeu muito bem e deu várias dicas de locais pra conhecermos. A kitnet tem tudo que precisávamos pra passar o final de semana. Cama de casal de molas não é tão confortável, sorte que tinha uma cama adicional com um bom colchão. O apartamento é dividido em 3 kitnets e quando as demais estão ocupadas pode faltar água quente pra quem tomar banho por último. Não é comum microondas nas instalações italianas, o que sentimos um pouco de falta.

It's also right next to a huge grocery store so it was easy picking up some water and necessities upon arrival. Also not a long walk to the train station that goes to FCO. Overall very happy with this spot and would be happy to stay again. Cold AC. We were told we would be able to drop off our luggage earlier than our check in time, but our messages went unread and we had to wait about an hour before the host showed up to let us in, which ended up being the check in time anyway. Not a huge deal but terribly inconvenient after a 12 hour flight. Shower runs out of hot water pretty fast if you have 4 people staying in the room unfortunately.

• Il (8/5): Good for 2 people - The apartment was suitable for two people, but it felt a bit inadequate for a family of four. The apartment was close to the Trastvere station, some restaurants and big mart. Little bit far from Center of the city. The distance to the market made it convenient to buy food, but the dining table was small, and there were not enough utensils.
• Amirhossein (2/5): Very poor - First of all, the owner was not friendly and not responsive to my call and message at a proper time. The facilities were not enough, for example there were two chairs on the table, three spoons and forks while we were four. There was a bad smell at first we entered the room. The flat was shared with two other groups of people while it wasn't mentioned in the advertisement however the rooms were separated with the same entrance. There was a camera looking at the entrance and I didn't expect a camera inside the flat. There was dirty here and there. The city tax was excluded from the final price while almost all other advertisements include the city tax in the final price (however it was mentioned in the advertisement (with a small font)).

Excellent value for money if you are going to Rome for sightseeing and want a place just for sleeping. We were staying in a flat that our bedroom and bathroom were not directly connected. There are another 2 rooms in a flat with their own bathrooms, but we had to use common corridor so we could go to our bathroom. Kids were not very comfortable about tat.

• Priyan (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment for the price and location. The host Silvio is very friendly and helpful. It's about a 30-40 minute walk from the bridge that takes you into the center of Rome which was very achievable. The walk goes past some nice coffee shops that we stopped in for breakfast. The bathroom is within the apartment (just outside of the bedroom door). We had the bathroom to ourselves the entire time and had no issues with it being just outside the bedroom. Getting to the place is tricky from Ciampino airport as it involves multiple connections via public transport. The easiest way is via Roma Termini and then going to Roma Trastevere. We didn't figure this out late at night when we arrived but managed it for the return journey.

• Spela (10/5): Awesome location, room and host - Cosy apartment with all the amenities. Super friendly and helpful host Mr. Silvio. Just a train ride from the FCO airport and a bus ride away from the city center. You can also use the rent a bike. Some nice and good value for money restaurants in the vicinity, as well as very good gelato.

• Yuliya (9/5): Everything was good, we had only positive experience staying at this place. - Clean, has everything you may need and if you need something else Silvio is always ready to help - we needed a pot and pen and he brought it to us within a couple of hours. Boiler for heating water.

• Anna (4/5): If this room, housewares and the toilet/shower was really cleaned then I would have been satisfied - The area was okej. The buss stop was around the corner. A supermarket was around the corner. Those who rented out the room was nice. I wish the room was clean. We had to start to wipe the table, clean the cutlery, plates and glass. We thought of using the hangers for our jackets but it was a fat layer (old dirt) on them so didn’t use them. We booked for a family of four, but it was only two plates, two plastic spones, two forks. Sheets and towels were clean, but no one came and asked to change it in those 8 days we rented.

Supermarket, shops and restaurants are nearby. Of course i have some dislikes but I would stay there again. Was there 4 nights, but nobody came in my room to clean a little up. It is not a big deal, but this service should be included. My room with private bathroom was nice but felt like one of these students apartment. Try to make it comfortable with all kind of furniture. I didn’t really like the apartment hallway. It’s nothing to worry about, but they could make it more nicer. Clean it up, paint it, find some better storage…

The neighbourhood was close to amenities ( grocery store steps away ) and felt safe . It was easy access into the heart of Rome and good restaurants were accessible on foot.
