Vu (8/5): Acceptable. - The room is enormous. The location is good. The first floor is a little messy and dark. The bathroom is outside, which can be quite gloomy.

Katarina (7/5): Good - first thinghs first: price was quite fair for this stay rooms are renovated, pretty well furnished and decorated, and i can say clean - in compare to another my accomodations at this trip owners are nice, but they dont speak (but they can use phone translator, or their grandson speaks for them really well english) bed - it is horible ! HORIBLE HORIBLE - hard as FCK. it is like to sleep on concrete ground - i dont know how it is possible to give something like to guests for rent to sleep towels are unnecessary - it is like not soaking water, little blankets it is something like students dorm? There was constant noise - it was not able to sleep AC didnt work correctly door lock was quite unconvinient there is not possible to pay by card - so wrong information it is really not so close to center - another wrong information no lift

Room could be cleaner, hosts are not speeking English so accomodation process was bit difficult. Room cleaning was not working, no towel change, not enough toilet paper, full rubbish bins. Be prepared that location is in really tiny street.

Its proximity to the city center and the abundance of great dining options nearby made my stay even more convenient. I'll come back!
Henry (10/5): Friendly homestay! - The host are extremely friendly, welcoming and warm-hearted, and even the host's daughter is very amiable. The house is clean, airy, and beautifully decorated with convenient amentities. Moreover, there is a spacious balcony adorned with lush plants, providing a refreshing atnosphere. The facilities including washing machines refrigerators, and air conditioning units, all impeccably maintained. It's definitely worth staying here.
Samuel (6/5): Done the Job - Good value for money. Very friendly owners who speak very little English but use a translator app. Area had good food places and shop opposite Bed was a little hard. Location was 30/40 minute walk to centre of old quarter, which we didn’t mind walking in the morning. Caught a grab/taxi back

Seabird (7/5): Awkwardly comfortable - The bed was a typical Vietnamese mattress, firm and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. The room is suitable if you have only a little luggage. Steep stair access to the room making it difficult to bring your stuff up.

Very kind old couple with a nice and funny grandson, who could speak english (for old couple - they dont speak english, but it is not a problem, because they are good at using phone applications to translate). Very hard, uncomfortable bed

Dinh (8/5): Very good - Room decoration is nice. It is suitable for teens. Staircase is small. It is inconvenient if you have huge luggage and need to carry them into your room at high floors.
Angeli (6/5): Pleasant - The owner of the house is friendly and motherly. It is a bit difficult to understand each other, but she uses Google Translate. Don't expect a 5 star hotel, the room is quite simple and very common with Vietnamese houses. But it is good enough for the price you pay. You have to go through a dark alley to find the place. It is safe but it is hard to see at night, and very inconvenient esp when it rains. The towel is a bit too small for me. No elevators.

My room was not clean and had worms and cockroaches in the bathroom and lots of hair as well really disgusting
Phạm (1/5): The mother’s owner is very very unfriendly and I feel unfriendly. - On my last day she called to urge me to clean up continuously even though I had to pay for that room and she moved me to a room next door which was very dirty and she called repeatedly urging me to check out even though I told her daughter I checked out late and didn't charge.

I should have given 3 out of 10 for this stay but for that reason I had to think again.
Marcin (4/5): Cheap. Acceptable for short stay if you have earplugs - Old couple which was managing the facility was kind and very helpful. Tried to make everything they could to make this stay more bearable. But that's about it. Internet was good enough to work remotely. NOISE all the time. It is actually a student dorm situated in university area. Everyday at 6am you will be woken up by student's motorbikes as they rush to the lectures or barking dogs nearby. Moreover on 4th day of my stay the landlord decided to renovate the rooms above me. So at 7am students noise was acompanied by labours driling and shouting till around 7pm. Bed was so hard that it was one level above sleeping on a wooden desk. There was mold in the toilet and on the ceiling.

Emilia (7/5): Nice terrace - Beautiful terrace on the top floor, which I could use (I had a room with a terrace, on the 5th floor, no lift). There was a small fridge in the room which convenient, and a kettle, some cups/plates/cuttlery on the terrace. The homestay is very close to the University of Science and Technology. Bicycles for free. Motorbikes for rent. Friendly hosts. The fridge was not unclean, the bathroom was dirty. I had to buy washing liquid and a cloth, and wash the bathroom myself before I could use it.

Maria (7/5): Good - Great location in a local neighbourhood with not so many tourists, but with a lot of supermarkets and restaurants around. Communicating with the owners was good, even though they don't speak English, but are good with using a translation app. It could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom which had stains on the appliances and toilet seat, and there were used toothbrushes from other guests. Also there was a bad smell coming from the pipes and you could always smell it in the bedroom too. We used the laundry service but it seems the washing machine is old, and our laundry came back with more stains on it then before, so maybe better use a laundry outside. And the the bed was the hardest we had in all southeast Asia.
Rynelle (9/5): Superb - Very cosy homestay run by a sweet old couple. It's about 10 mins from all main attractions, but in a very quiet location which was a bonus! Beautifully decorated with a warm vibe. The bathroom could have been cleaner & toiletries weren't provided, as stated. Apart from this, we had a wonderful stay!

Robinson (10/5): Nice Homestay - Lovely homestay with friendly staff who are cheerful and happy to help. The homestay is located in the alley but they have taken care to put up signs to guide you to the correct location. There's also a minibar in the room with prices comparable to the convinience store. The location is a student area so there is a lot of cheap delicious food very close by. Would definitely reccomend and would stay again.
