• Consolas (1/5): worst place I have ever been to in my life - nothing They are unreachable by phone at any time. When I complained about this and eventually got in, I had not sent my passport info yet. They changed the access codes and threatened to call the police and to charge me with tresppassing.

• Lina (6/5): Comfortable room in central Athens - Right in the center and very close to the Acropolis. Was able to walk most places or get the tram or metro to sightsee. There was no TV and it can get very loud by the traffic outside and other guests staying in the house, waking up very early.

• Amalie (5/5): Nice room, but toilet is worn-down, took long time to answer messages, and noisy/polluted street - It was central - 18 mintues walking to Syntagma square. The room was nice, the beds were comfy, and the air condition worked too. The kitchen was also well-equipped. I didn't realize in the booking that we didn't have a private bathroom. Also, the bathroom was falling apart - you should fix the toilet seat. The communication was difficult since the place didn't answer - the phone number did not work. You could not open the balcony door because there was so much traffic.

• Gjorgji (3/5): OK but would not book again. - Good central location only. Good-sized room for 1 person. Relatively clean - clean sheets and towels and staff cleaned the common space when someone was checking out (almost every day). As much as I would like to give a good review, I have to be honest and share my view: 1. Very old facilities and equipment. The toilet requires full refurbishment - it is functional but everything has ‘make up’ on to look OK, when in fact it is really in not a good condition. I had an incident with using the washing machine - the staff once asked allowed me to use it. The machine drum was stuck and I could not open it for the whole night and half a day. The owner said they do not allow guests to use the machine, but their staff allowed me to. They told me they will bring a handy man and will charge me for the repair. The machine’s sound is very old. The cleaning staff the next day opened the drum for me and indicated this is a recurrent issue. In fact, when they used it to clean towels, it was again stuck - I found it very frustrating to have my comfort overcompensated and being asked to pay for something that is not my fault. In the end the issue was resolved but was very unpleasant. Also, all other equipment looks good on first sight and can be dysfunctional soon - requires really full renovation/refurbishing. Without AC , the room would be very hot - luckily AC was operating but it looked like it is soon to see its last day. 2. Communication with the host - they are good unless you have an issue and will blame you and put you in uncomfortable situation. Someone arrived on the same day as me and was stressed as they had issues with check in instructions - no phone response to them. To me , they were responsive via booking, so that is OK. 3. Bed: it was OK but very soft. Yet, for a short stay is OK and is not a 5* hotel - so if you look for more comfort, you can look elsewhere. 4. Stay: i would not stay there more than 1 or 2 nights max; the apartment is not fit for a longer stay. Be careful not to use other equipment because you might be blamed for paying.
• Kull (8/5): It’s a great value for money place to go to specifically because of it’s location and security. - Location was just perfect, I could walk to the main spots in Athens and then take a tram/metro nearby the apartment. The apartment itself is also modest and comfortable enough and didn’t really encounter any negative aspects. My room was private enough and I couldn’t really hear other visitors during late/early hours. The motorcycles driving past the street were quite noisy so it might affect the quality of sleep a little bit. The apartment floors could have been more clean. Also, kindly fix the toilet seat which was quite annoying.

In amazing central location, acropolis by foot less than 10min, nice restaurants, really good private space- your room is big and rest of the shared small apartment is kept neat and practical. kitchen has everything to cook, but of course in this location all delicious greek food options are so near that i didnt bother to... I really loved my stay You REALLY need to read your messages, it is self check in self service property so if you do not read, you may stay behind the door. i know its stated in info before, but if your mind is already too much on your vacation you may miss it. and as its really central location- not place for a light sleeper- bit of traffic noise comes in, doesnt bother me.
• Rainbow (5/5): You get what you pay for. A mediocre place to stay for a low price. - It was centrally located and an affordable price. The entrance instructions were complex and when I had difficulty following them the host did not help me. The curtain was coming off it’s track, there was some plaster or caulking crumbled on the floor below the window. And the nuki door lock was making sounds every hour or so even when no one was using it.

• Lopes (4/5): We didn’t feel welcome - Location The staff and the fact that we didn’t feel welcome. When we arrived we asked to leave our luggage and they didn’t let us, unlike any other place that we had stay in. The person we talked to was not nice and she lied to us saying that there was someone still in the room. Also the apartment has a hall, that we could have used to leave our 2 backpacks. We had to wait 5 hours in a caffe. The apartment also had so many warnings signs that was awkward. In my door it was written that if I enter any room by mistake, she would charge me 50 euros, i never saw that in my life. Inside the toilet there were at least 7 warning signs about noisy, to keep things tidy and these kind of things, it seemed like we were in a prision. The toilet lid was heavy and always felt in my back because it was broken and the shower curtain was disgusting. The room’s air conditioner was really noise. every 5 minutes it seemed that there was someone with a hammer.

• Wini (9/5): Great stay in Central Athens! - It was very centrally located to Syntagama square, and walking distance from the bus station/public transport. The check in process was very smooth and we were allowed to self check in. The bathroom and kitchen were both clean, and the host provided some tourist information as well. The wifi worked and the rooms were cozy. We had a great stay here!

• Vicente (1/5): Host doesnt answer to the emails. - Was close for the hotel we have the meeting and the room is quite big. We send three emails on booking to the host to request a modification, there was no answer. We called them are they very very rude and the answer was to contact booking.

I asked staff where’s new battery but no answer given. outside traffic is very heavy and super noisy until 2300, and without aircon, situation is like hell. toilet is always very dirty and floor is wet. staff started cleaning other rooms from 0900 which was also noisy. here’s the worst Airbnb like place I stayed amongst more than 30 places.

• Michael2006 (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located at a very busy and loud avenue nearby Akropolis. There is a weird smell in the apartment. I don't think it's coming from the motorcycle store downstairs but is rather due to maybe detergents used for cleaning and doing the laundry, more like cigarette smell covered with air refresher or sth. I stayed for a week during which time I was on my own for 5 nights so not a bad deal to have the entire apartment for myself. Wifi was fast so convenient for HO. Kitchen is well equipped. The cleaning lady was very friendly and chatty. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

The staff i met was very friendly and helpful, communication was excellent, an all was explained very well with kind reminders on little notes everywhere. The apartment building is a little bit old, it shows here and there, but it didn't bother me to much.

The apartment is located above a row of motorcycle shops. There’s an odor of petrol as you enter. The bedroom also had a strange odor. Would have been nice to get some clean towels mid week.

Separate kitchen fully equipped. The shop was just outside the building, open also during the night. Noisy street outside. Humidity inside, little unpleasant smell.

For longer time it is a bit too loud. - Great location- main tourist spots are reachable by foot, public transport is near by, the building is cute, feels safe and independent. we even got balcony. • Daniel (8/5): Perfectly located and very affordable - ideal for a few days long city trip - Great location, the room was comfortable and clean. Also it was easy to find and access thanks to the detailed instructions. There is only one bathroom (which also includes the toilet) for three rooms, so there were some queueing sometimes.
