• Ismael (10/5): - Room was on the 2nd floor and was cute and was a good size for a family to share. We loved the view from our window. They always had coffee in the lobby and food and drinks to purchase if needed. Good spot to watch the sun set. It was a bit far from all our tours. Which was fine because the hostess was able to direct us to the Waterbus which was nearby and we were able to get around Venice. And hotel was only 12 minutes from the train station. I would stay here again. Only that it rained during our stay here and we weren't able to walk around like he'd hoped.

• Jasmin (9/5): We had a very pleasant stay! I recommend this hotel for a nice and cozy stay. - I took my parents to Venice for a couple of days and stayed in the large ground family room! The place was very spacious and the owners were very kind! They spoke Spanish which was even better! The location was away from the busy areas which was perfect and it’s right in front of a water bus station incase we didn’t want to walk to the popular spots! It’s right by a beautiful canal with nice restaurants spots. I definitely recommend staying here if you wanna stay close to the train station and away from the busy areas!

The location was in a quieter area which we appreciated. There is very little sound proofing between rooms and there was a VERY noisy family with kids next door to us who woke us up two days in a row at 4 am. The owner said she was aware but there was really nothing she could do about it. She apologized but that’s about it.

• Rosemarie (10/5): Wonderful small hotel, great hosts and location - We loved pretty much everything about our stay at Venezia Canal View. It's in a great location in Canareggio, just along the canal with a nice wide walkway to enjoy strolling to nearby restaurants. We enjoyed being out of the central San Marco area to stroll the streets and canals, and there are a couple of water taxi stops nearby to get to other areas. It was about a 12 minute walk from the train station. Jennifer greeted us when we arrived and was very friendly and helpful. The lobby has complimentary coffee as well as bottles of water available for purchase. The hotel is very clean and we loved the nice staircase to our room. We had a quadruple room overlooking the canal. It was as pictured in their listing. Spacious enough for 4 people to move around, and plenty of closet space for accessing & organizing our things. The view from the room is very nice. The bathroom is large and spacious. The shower was standard and fine. Being a tall family, we really appreciated the large bath towels. We didn't need to contact Jennifer & Claudio much as everything was very good, but when we did have a question, they were quick to respond. A very enjoyable stay! It was all good!

A pousada é uma graça e fica às margens do grande canal em Veneza… Está bem localizado próximo a bons restaurantes, próximo a ferroviária e também a plataforma que leva para o aeroporto Marco Polo. • Christin (10/5): Venice is breathtaking, unique, and so special. The Venezia Canal View absolutely does it justice! - Wow! What an incredible experience in Venice! It was our third time there, and the best yet. Cannaregio is such a lovely neighborhood. Full of restaurants, cafes, views of the Gulf of Venice, and without the intense hustle and bustle of neighborhoods nearer St Mark’s, Rialto, and the train station And yet everything was easily walkable. The only time we took a Vaporetto was on a morning trip to Burano (at our host’s recommendation). We visited all of her favorite gelato places and restaurants and agreed with the rave reviews. Especially Grom gelato right in the train station who would’ve thought that would be the best?! The room was lovely. Well appointed and clean. And an insane view of the canal from our balcony. It’s a teeny balcony but just perfect for an early morning reading nook or late night people watching. Noises and nightlife in this neighborhood are minimal. We felt more like locals than tourists. I can’t think of a thing! Our room was on the top floor by design. If you can’t do stairs you’ll need to request one of the ground floor rooms of course.

• rita (10/5): Ancora una volta a Venezia, nel sestiere che amo! - Mi piace molto la posizione lungo il canale, è una zona autentica, con possibilità di mangiare nei tanti localini vicini. Davanti alla struttura c'è la fermata del vaporetto. La struttura è accogliente, la stanza molto ampia con tre letti comodi e tutte le necessità. L'host molto gentile ha accolto delle nostre richieste. Davanti alla camere c'è un piccolo disimpegno con un tavolino e delle sedie in cui ci si può fermare per mangiare qualcosa, si può usufruire anche di un frigorifero. Mi è piaciuto tutto e ci tornerei molto volentieri, amo Cannaregio.
• Joanna (10/5): Najlepiej trafiony nocleg w Wenecji!!! - Apartament w idealnej lokalizacji jako baza wypadowa do kilkudniowego zwiedzania Wenecji. Okolica urokliwa i spokojna, a nieopodal sklepy, restauracje, kawiarnie i tętniące życiem uliczki. Tuż obok hotelu przystanek Vaporetto, dodatkowo hotel jest zaledwie 10 minut spacerem od dworca kolejowego. Widok z balkonu: na szeroki kanał, most Tre Arche oraz Zatokę Wenecką - po prostu zachwycający! Apartament bardzo czysty i pachnący, dobrze zaopatrzony (wygodne łóżka, żelazko, suszarka, zapas papieru i ręczników), a Właściciele bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni. Na plus także bezpłatne WiFi w obiekcie. Miłym dodatkiem jest możliwość korzystania bez ograniczeń z ekspresu do kawy przy recepcji. Dodatkowo: na przywitanie syn otrzymał piękny magnes jako pamiątkę z pobytu w Venezia Canal View. Gorąco polecamy!

• Maria (10/5): - One of the most beautiful accommodations we have stayed in in Italy. Everything was spotless and the location was excellent. The host was exceptional and helped us with absolutely everything we needed. We were able to check in earlier and also had a place to leave our luggage, which made everything very convenient for us. As a lovely extra, we had coffee and biscuits available, essential toiletries were provided, and we even received a small magnet as a gift. Everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I would suggest selecting the room that is not on the canal side. The canal view is amazing but it is a busy canal for transporting goods which started early if someone wanted to sleep in. Otherwise no issues at all.

• Bo (10/5): Wonderful view and Fantastic apartment! - 威尼斯水城位置很好的公寓，窗外就是运河迷人的景色，虽处在运河边上，但是夜晚很安静，早上的依稀有教堂钟声传来，更显静谧。距离餐馆和圣马可广场不算选，步行可至，早上有小鱼市，极具生活气息。路上有一座意大利剧院改造的超市，可以购买水，法棍以及各色面包，肉制品，水果，价格非常便宜实惠。 房东非常好，乐于助人！ 来威尼斯水城游玩，推荐这家公寓。

Bardzo miła pani, okolica extra i całkiem blisko do placu św. Marka. Spacer tam to czysta przyjemność pomiędzy knajpami a cukierniami i mostami.
• Christian (1/5): Mort de froid la nuit pas de chauffage - Pas de positif Pas d isolation sonore, pas de chauffage la nuit, signalisation défaillante ce est pas un hôtel mais des chambres dans un immeuble sans accueil après 19h on parles à une camera. Référencèrent en premier sur booking alors que les hôtels à proximité sont meilleurs, photos mensongère nappe posée sur la « terrasse «  par terre pour faire croire qu on peut être sur le balcon lamentable. J ai demandé du chauffage insulte du gardien de jour très agressif lamentable jamais été aussi déçu sur booking il faut revoir ce référencèment comme auberge de jeunesse. Table et micro ho de sur le palier devant la porte de la chambre jamais vu ca pour le prix d un hôtel séjour gâché à Venise trops froid dans la chambre réveil en pleine nuit à cause du froid.

• Anna (8/5): Almost perfect! Would stay here again! - The location of the guest house was fantastic! Super easy to get to and the staff was wonderful. The room was perfect for the 3 of us, we had a queen bed and one twin. The heater worked great and we had everything we needed. It was spotless and we had a perfect stay. Other amazing things was the shower pressure and water temperature was nice and hot, and we also liked the mattress! The only reason I didn’t give it all 5 stars is that the walls are thin and you can hear the guests around you and anyone moving between floors. That said, all guests were quiet by 10pm and the entire place was dead silent! Keep in mind, we were here during low season, so very minimal guests and very little movement outside. During high season, I can see this being an issue for some people. Personally, I would return here as it was fantastic, but if you are sensitive to noise, I would not recommend it. Thin walls so it can be noisy.

• VERONICA (10/5): Best location possible, hidden gem with amazing view - I loved everything about this property. The best part was the location - just wow. So close to the train station and literally steps away from the where the water taxi takes you (all over Venice you see people carrying their luggage a long way but the fact this hotel is right off of a water taxi station makes it premium). Besides the ease of getting there, the view is breathtaking. The neighborhood is also quiet and quaint with many great restaurants around and countless spots for amazing pics without all the crowds. We will be staying there when we go back for sure. I am adding a picture showing the view FROM our room! Other great points: - very pleasant staff, insisted on taking our luggage the entire time for us. So helpful - room is very clean and comfortable with space to store luggage. Absolutely nothing negative to say.
