Guest Reviews
- Marcin (2/5): Not worth to stay there at all - specious bathroom The Rats, mould, unlocked room and entrance gate , dirty pool
- Charlie (10/5): Exceptional - Self-check in at any time, box is to the left of the door. Good aircon

- Nelson (8/5): Very good - Nice location. They turned off AC in the morning and put it back by 7pm

- Ondřej (9/5): Superb -
- Trang (8/5): Very good - We arrived around midnight, almost 2 hours later than the time we confirmed because Priceless rental car cancelled on us at the last minute. The host was helpful and guided us to the room without any issues. It was quiet at night. The room was simplistic, but we had everything we needed. The money exchange store nearby offered the best rate in that area. A nice breakfast place was also just around the corner (Chila y Quil) The hot water pressure was really low, so we had to keep the cold water off on the first night. The second night, there was no hot water, so cold shower. Only a sheet was provided for the bed, no other cover/blanket. We would have slept more comfortably with some kind of blanket.
- Zdravko (6/5): Pleasant - Good value for money, singing inspired construction workers :-) The place was under renovation during my stay so there were some workers at the place, consequently noise was present.
- Mireia (7/5): Ok for a cheap budget - Quiet, good location and good AC The pool was dirty :( and there was not anyone when we arrived. We had to contact via phone for someone to come and open. There was not hot water in the shower
- Samuel (8/5): Very good -
- Tatiana (6/5): Pleasant -
- Hugo (8/5): good place - Good bedroom size the plugs to connect our EEUU adapter had only 2 holes and we had to charge the mobile outside
- Tasha (4/5): Check your room for bed bugs - Good location On the last morning of our stay, we saw a bed bug on the bed, then checked the mattress and found a second. We had to inform management through booking.com due to having to leave before the manager started work - it took two days for them to reply. They stated that they had checked the room and concluded that we must have brought the bugs with us. This seems very suspicious to us as we have not seen bed bugs anywhere else on our travels, and saw the two rooms next door to us being very thoroughly cleaned (mattress up against the wall, paintings on the wall being taken off and cleaned), so we think it is more likely that there was an infestation next door that made its way to our room.
Also there was generally no social atmosphere.
- Sylvia (8/5): Excellent value for money. -
- Martina (9/5): Superb -
- Storm (4/5): Bad smell - Location The room stank, the microwave didn't work
- Daisy (10/5): Exceptional - A great value for money stay. We didn’t explore Cancun and just did a day tour on our way through.. it’s a great place if this is what you are needing - the tour for Chichen Itza picks up early morning from the end of the road Shower had no power and was cold
- Emilie (7/5): Good -
- Aurore123 (4/5): Strong solvant odor in the room - Fridge Very strong solvant - white spirit odor, i had nausea and had to sleep with the door and window open, lot of mostiquo also. The house looks like in construction
- Magdalena (8/5): Recommend for a short stay! - very good location also possible to get from ADO bus station on foot - safe by night! close to supermarket and ATM, bars very very small swimming pool like for child, not clear water..
- Caulie (5/5): Passable - Great location with nice vaccilities. You could cook outside. But it's not a private property there is also a tour company office and other guests so you have to be lucky. Cleaning person came into our room when we didn't check out yet. Check out was at 11am and she entered at 9am while we where laying in bed almost naked. So that was very awkward.
- Stephan (7/5): Good -
- Max (8/5): Central and good value with a small pool and a kitchen - Central, good kitchen, small pool. Nice room and bathroom
- Marti (7/5): Good -

- Liuba (9/5): Superb - The location is good, the room was clean, stuff was very nice. Its a pretty good deal for this price Water pressure in shower was kinda weak
- Marko (5/5): Passable -
- Tyler (10/5): Exceptional - Good location and good price. I enjoyed my stay.
- Andrés (6/5): Pleasant -
- Joyce (7/5): Economical and comfortable. - The location is excellent: close to supermarket and ADO plus many little shops and restaurants. A shared outdoor kitchen is messy but has a microwave and hot plate. No one was there at checkin time but from a previous stay we knew to go around the back to the hostel and they’ll let you in.
- Ellie (6/5): Fine for a one night stay - - Comfortable bed
- Good AC
- Close to the bus station
- Good nearby restaurants
- Hot shower - Very old and dark rooms
- Bathroom was so old fashioned, not very nice
- No toilet seat on the toilet!
- Outside space was cluttered with building stuff
- Joyce (6/5): I’d stay there again because of great location and affordability. - Great location, close to ADO, Plaza, restaurants. room was clean. nice outside sitting area in backyard. microwave. no staff at late check in but fortunately they sent a message of alternate place to go for key. great for a few days. for longer stays would need more kitchen pots, pans, etc. the 2nd room had no toilet seat but has a bidet. lots of rubbish and clutter in front yard give one a sense that the property is not well tended. pool is just a tiny soaker pool, cold, not all that clean.
- Oleg (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shirley (8/5): a little run down but a cheap and well-located place to stay - well located in downtown Cancun, has many great restaurants, bank, grocery shop, hotel bus stop to touristic cancun located nearby. air conditioner worked fine, room was clean and had a fridge to use. there wasn’t a toilet seat and the owner said it would be installed soon as previous guest broke it, the pool is dirty and slimy (we didn’t use it), the front of the house has a lot of rubbish/rubble and isn’t nice to look at, hot water was a small trickle - but you get what you pay for and we were fine to put up with these things.
- Madame (8/5): Cozy and good value - The room was very clean. It was a bit dated. But tidy and fresh
The location was very good and easy check on and lots of parking.
The outdoor space was nice There was no blanket. Only a sheet. I was very cold and had to sleep with some clothes on. There was also a little tear on the screen and some mosquitos came in and bit me.
The outlet plugs were 2 prong and I could not plug my 3 prong phone chargers in and had to buy new ones
A bottle of water should be included in the fridge would be very nice.
