• Macdonald (8/5): - I was there for less than a day, had to fly out in the middle of the night/ very early morning and I was able to get a ride from my host. I also loved the pig (Dolce) and made friends with a few dogs, too. The neighbourhood is real, not touristy and is comfortable. I was very pleased to make this my 20 hour stop!
• Landeros (1/5): Inconforme y mucha espectativa - Nada, no me gustó nada. La estancia no tiene nada que ver con la publicación, excepto lo de un cochinito que si coincidía. Ofrece un edificio y me hizo entrar por otro y no hay mucha seguridad, mucho polvo y lo que me hizo retirarme fue que había dos perros pitbull sueltos, por muy amistoso que sean supuestamente la anfitriona pues somos desconocidos para ellos y no sabemos cómo puedan reaccionar. No quede contenta y obvio no le doy calificación favorable por qué ni me regreso la cantidad que la plataforma indica por qué cancele después de ver la situación.

• Julien (1/5): A fuir pour un voyage touristique - Emplacement, piscine sur le toit et chambre climatisé qui n'était pas prévu à la base dans la location, donc nous avons été gentillement surclassé par le propriétaire 😊 A notre arrivé quelqu'un de présent dans l'appartement, nous avons appris que la cuisine était commune à plusieurs personnes car 3 chambres différentes dans cette maison. La maison d'à côté appartient au même propriétaire et donc les gens de la maison d'à côté vienne utiliser la cuisine qui était dans un état lamantable (gras et sale) ainsi que le frigo dans le même état. Des personnes de l'autre maison venaient également utiliser les WC, étendent leur linge dans la court. Surpris par un cochon dans la court, sans jugement, mais celui-ci sur une dalle en béton, sans herbe..... Cafards mort sûrement depuis quelques jours car 3 étaient morts écrasés et sec et toujours présent à notre départ. Douche dans un état de vétusté et propreté indéfinissable que je qualifierais d'insalubre. Chambre pleine de poussière et pas entrentenu avant notre arrivée avec pleins de cheveux par terre...... Incompréhension d'un hébergement de ce type sur Booking. Nous avions déjà payé, c'était la fin des vacances et la fin du budget prévu pour celui-ci donc impossibilité de changer d'hôtel et même en ayant été peut présent dans celui-ci cet environnement était invivable.

• Lisa (6/5): Pleasant - Room was clean but a little bit hot and a lot of mosquitoes. - First of all: we didn't know that this was an AirBnB and were very confused when suddenly standing inside a private street. No signs where to find our stay. - In the morning I contacted the host, that we will be little late but got no answer the whole day. Communication was not good. - Location is in my opinion not so good. Very far away from everything.
• Radoslaw (2/5): Dramatic conditions - This is not what we have signed up for. The place is small and crawded. There is one small bathroom occupied all the time. There is no hot water, no toilet paper and no toiletries. In the common area there is no flat screen as it should be according to the description. The whole place is dirty. The room is tiny, much smaller than the area given in the advertisement. Within there is barely a place for one bed, small fabric wardrobe and a nightstand with a fan on it. If the bed was slightly bigger the door would not open. The atmosphere within the room is unbearable stuffy even with a fan on. There is only one electrical outlet in the room but iworks so hard you have to use a lot of force to plug anything in so it's impossible for us to insert the adapter as we would breaker it. Thus we can not even charge our phones. There is no privacy as the walls are thin. The room is bugs infested and the bugs literally crawl on you at night!!! The biggest one we killed was 4cm long! We used to sleep in a bungalows in the middle of the jungle and had better conditions. We were so dissatisfied we did not even check out the jacuzzi. We managed to withstand here for one night and run away early in the morning despite the fact we payed for 3 nights. We have found another accommodation for the better price. Also the owner stopped responding to the conversation, and we lost our money. On the bright side, there is a pig pet in the backyard. I'm giving 2 stars only because of the pig.
• Cristian (10/5): Great location, helpful owner, nice jacuzzi - It is conveniently located, the owner was amazing, shea was always glad to help us to make our stay the best possible.
• Justjulie (8/5): Over night in downtown Cancun - Handy for a night's stay after a long flight, although you have to get a bus to downtown and taxi to accommodation..it was a cheap ride 😀 Wasn't clear on the details it was a hostel type place.We don't normally book this, but it was pleasant enough, and we would stay again ..

• Liina (8/5): Very good - The host Deyanira is super nice and accommodating and Alex the dog is really well behaved and friendly. My daughter loved the pig Dolce. There's two houses with a joint back yard. It's like staying at a friend's place. You can use the kitchen. The bathroom is shared, water pressure is good, there's hot water. Bed is not too wide for two but adequate. Vent in the room. WiFi works. Didn't go to the roof to see the jacuzzi. The area is nice and safe, guarded entry to the street, quiet, free parking. A Seven just a couple minutes walk away. In our original room there was no a/c, but fortunately we could change rooms. Only one bathroom per house.
• Shalom (10/5): Exceptional - Deyanira is great, her personality makes you feel comfortable. Alex the dog, is very calm and nice! Everything was really clean and the Bed is comfortable as well. Location is fine. There is a 7eleven next to it and an oxxo pretty close. Make sure you ask Deyanira for all of the benefits from the room.

• Jonathan (9/5): Home away from home - The host was lovely and accommodating. The atmosphere of the place promoted a nice social feel - the bedroom was comfortable with plenty of light. The dog, Alex, made us feel safe and as if we were in someone's home! The rooftop jacuzzi was difficult to get up to - once there we noticed the jacuzzi itself was quite dirty so we didn't go in. The view up there was nice though.
