• Vitaliy (10/5): Exceptional - The name of the apartment fully corresponds to the comfort and coziness created by the owner. The room has everything you need, including a desk, you can work online. Cleanliness at the highest level: kitchen, WC, rooms. Within walking distance of transport interchange: all types. Restaurants, cafes, and shops are also nearby. I stayed here for dental treatment at a nearby clinic. All OK!

Nihat picked me up at our meet-up spot and helped me with my luggage, he’s so kind to help me get the red transportation card. He also recommended few restaurants with delicious home-made meals with reasonable price. The apartment is super clean and my room is spotless. People who I shared bathroom with are nice and friendly. Anyway I had a great time staying in this place and I’m sure I’ll revisit again!

• Angsumita (9/5): Great neighborhood and host. - The location was near to metro and bus stop. The host was really helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was equipped. Internet is really good, I worked from there for 3 days and had no issue. The location is little far from the tourist attractions, takes almost 40 mins to reach the main center and 2 hours from saibha-gocken airport. So if you plan to stay in Istanbul for less days than find another place. It worked for me as I stayed for 6 nights. At night after 12 its hard to find proper night public location.

The flat has everything you need, also there was a balcony and a working table in my room. • Indira (10/5): I loved the location, the apartment was spotless and very comfortable and Nihat was absolutely wonderful and very accomm - The property is perfectly located within walking distance to the metro station where you can catch the bus or the metro that takes you to the tram or the ferries. You can find anything you need just around the corner. the restaurants were so delicious and affordable, that I would wait until my return from downtown before I ate There is nothing I can complain about. there is no elevator which is very common so no complaints. The community felt safe and the people were friendly. If you have any questions, Nihat has the answers and will gladly help in anyway he can.
