• Emmanuel (8/5): Très belle découverte de la Venise du nord. - La localisation, la chambre est calme. Il manque une place chauffante. J’ai bien lu que la plaque de cuisson a été retirée suite à une décision de la mairie (pour “obliger “ les touristes à consommer dans les restaurants). Mais nous sommes restés 4 nuits et nous aurions préféré se faire un petit repas dans l’appartement.

• Monsieur Normand (9/5): - Grande fenestration, canapé-lit confortable et confortable aussi pour dormir, très propre, a literie était très bien et propre ainsi que les serviettes L'insonorisation des fenêtres, même au troisième étage, n'est pas très bonne (les fenêtres sont probablement trop mince).
• Luisa (10/5): - Esperienza di check-in molto semplice e intuitiva. La posizione dell'appartamento è stupenda. L'appartamento si presenta come in foto, molto bello, le vetrate regalano una luce stupenda. Il bagno è piuttosto piccolo, non finestrato e non ben ventilato a mio avviso.

• Jessica (10/5): Was easy to book in and out the property owners helped us with an early book in every thing was perfect would definitely - The property was lovely quite clean and a good location for us as a little out the city centre Stairs are a lot but not as steep as some Amsterdam places
• Laura (10/5): Beyond expectations! - The location was fantastic, within walking distance of the activities in the city we had planned. The area was quiet at night and within striking distance of some wonderful vintage and independent shops, alongside some cool brands (and I’m not a shopper!). Besides which there are many and varied cafes, bars and restaurants a few minutes from the doorstep. We really enjoyed the wonderful Algerian restaurant on the corner. We had a lovely break. The hosts were great with communications over WhatsApp and left clear instructions in the apartment. Everything worked perfectly and the apartment was really clean. N/a

I really liked the back-up system for the key to the building when there was a power failure. Clear instructions on the entire process. • Claudia (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole e casetta accogliente - La camera era calda e accogliente. C erano anche tutti gli utensili necessari in cucina. Lo staff cordiale e pronto a rispondere per ogni tua esigenza. C’è un po’ di strada da fare dalla struttura al centro, é piacevole però sono sempre 20 minuti ad andare e altri 20 per tornare. La pulizia, soprattutto del bagno poteva essere migliore. Peccato che manca un piano cottura per cucinare, ci siamo arrangiati con il microonde

• Sandra (8/5): Wenn man eine einfache sehr zentrale Unterkunft sucht, dann ist das genau das Richtige - Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Haus ist typisch holländisch mit schmaler, steiler Treppe. Süßes Wohnzimmer mit Sitzmöglichkeit am Fenster. Sehr einfacher Check-In und Check-Out Geschirr war sehr gemischt und unvollständig. Keine Kochplatte. Nicht 100% sauber.

• Hryniewicz dos Santos Cruz (10/5): Apto moderno e bem localizado em Amsterdam - Apartamento moderno e completo. Muito bem localizado o que nos permitiu fazer muita coisa a pé, inclusive mercado. Tivemos um contratempo com a entrada e fomos prontamente atendidos pela equipe de relacionamento que logo resolveu nosso problema. Nos recepcionaram com Stropwaffle, já apresentando a culinária local. Apartamento muito bem equipado, decorado e confortável. Fomos recepcionados com kit de shampoo e sabonete o que fez com que a experiência se parecesse muito com a hospedagem de um hotel. Nada a declarar. Tudo nos agradou.

• Gonçalo (7/5): Gostámos muito de rever a cidade e arredores, desde a nossa primeira vez, há mais de vinte anos. - Localização e sossego Sendo um apartamento, estava à espera de ter um fogão para podermos fazer comida, sendo que apenas quando chegámos é que ficámos a saber que não tínhamos hipótese de fazer comida. Alguns móveis (do wc e quarto) estão a precisar de serem substituídos e a casa podia estar um pouco mais limpa.

• Yuping (10/5): Enjoyable Stay in Amsterdam - The apartment is clean, modern and has sufficient supplies that fit our needs. I really appreciated having laundry detergent available with washing machine and dryer to do some greatly-needed laundry. The location is nice and convenient. The bed was comfortable and the shower was strong. On Saturday night, there were some noises from the customers from a nearby bar for a while but they did stop after 11 pm.

• Izzy (2/5): Loved Amsterdam and the apartment which was in a great location is not ready to be let out. - The key was behind a wall plaque which was not known to me. The instructions require me to pick up the key at an address which is over a km away. And the address led me to a residential building and the occupant told me he knows nothing and that others have also come to that address asking about a key. We eventually were shown where the key was, behind the plaque on the wall. The bathroom is along the bathroom which is essentially unventilated. Needed to leave all the windows open if someone used the bathroom. The cutlery is blunt and didn’t even have a bottle opener. There are no wineglasses. Still the location is perfect.

Not too far to walk from Amsterdam Centraal station. Good email and text communication with the staff. Good shower! The apartment is up two flights of very narrow steps. Carrying suitcases up/down was very difficult. There are no cooking facilities other than a microwave. There is a small fridge.

Location was amazing, easy to walk/bike to all of the popular areas. Very clean apartment. When booking, amenities stated there was a washing machine, however on arrive it was a shared washer/dryer for the building and were told we were unable to use the machines.

• Russell (3/5): very disappointing - worst place I have stayed. no communication post payment. location wise fairly good - not a lot, other than location 1. bad communications 2. directed to pick up key from an address that had no knowledge or connection to the property. 3. the duvet / duvet cover for the sofa bed was unclean and covered in blood 4. the linen in the main bedroom area was dirty and the bed felt as if there were bed bugs…. I have bites too… 5. there was no induction hub as advertised. 6. the shower in the bathroom leaked and there was no working extractor fan 7. the Wi-Fi disappeared after the first day…. 8. lack of towels / linen etc despite clearly booking for 3 people.

• Beth (9/5): Perfect location for long weekend - Perfect location for us, 10 minute walk to the centre. Very comfortable bed. Quiet street at night. The bagel shop downstairs was amazing. No full length mirror. Steep staircase might not be suitable for everyone.
