Real London Experience 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 - The property was very clean and cozy, with an authentic English Cottage atmosphere 😊 Teresa is a lovely tenant and she hosted me in her lovely place with her cat Coco. My room was amazing😊 and the bed very comfortable. Unfortunately the property is very close to the train, so a little noisy, but with earplugs I managed to sleep.

• Eric (10/5): Cute, small room in a Victorian house, nearby the Putney Brudge tube station. - The location was excellent. There was no breakfast offered,but there were tons of cute coffee shops around the corner. Sadly, I got up at 5 am and back at 11 pm on both nights to watch the Wimbledon matches. So we never got a chance to really talk about London with the owner Terezsa. The District line train does go by the window, but I am a sound sleeper and there were earplugs provided. It was very quaint and well-done.

I met the daughter of the host and she was very easy to communicate with and super friendly, letting me check-in my luggage early so I didn't have to drag it all over town. Very convenient location in West London with nice restaurants, supermarkets and cafes close by.

• Ellie (9/5): Homey stay in a quiet neighbourhood - Victoria Villa is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood near the Putnam Tube station. My double room was comfortable and the shared bathroom was clean. Tereza was very friendly and guests can use the kitchen. Overall it is a homey place and I enjoyed my stay! There is seemingly no supermarkets nearby.

• Ekaterina (7/5): Good - The location was very good, only few minutes from Putney Bridge station by foot. The bed was comfortable and large. I really liked complementary water, tea, and coffee. The shower was very good, too, and there was also shampoo and conditioner provided. The trains would wake me up at night, even with ear plugs, because the whole building was vibrating.
• Angella (8/5): Good place for short trip - The location, hygiene, and overall appearance of the room were excellent. Tereza was a good host. For a short trip, I'd stay again! The room is located just behind the metro, so I could hear the trains passing by. There is no security for the room, allowing anyone to enter.

• Ognjen (8/5): Nice - Good location (nice area and closer to the centre than I thought), reactive host. Everything was as mentioned on booking. Friendly cat :) Would stay here again. Nothing special, gets a bit noisy from the trains and planes in the morning but I was getting up early so wasn’t an issue.

• Christian (10/5): Cozy Rooms in Fulham - The place was very cozy, clean and pretty. I contacted the owner because I was going to arrive a bit late and she and her daughter were very friendly and understanding. Nothing.
• Christina (8/5): beautiful and homely - really comfy place to stay. i traveled for study and needed a place to stay before and after, so i was here twice. theresa was really kind and hospitable. her place smelt so good too!! bed was so lush and soft, wifi was ace, bathroom and shower was very very nice. i used her kitchen which was well stocked with utensils and plates that i needed to make my breakfast and whatnot. what a lovely place. i really enjoyed this it and i will miss it for sure. only downside is that it can get a bit warm in the summer, but thats to be expected. they supply a good fan :)

• Ben (8/5): Perfect overnight stay for a business event in the area. - Very clean room and shared bathroom. No issues in finding the location. Everything was as explained. Appreciated the free water that was in the room and the fan for the warm temperatures. I did mention this to the home owner; as a single female, I would have liked to have a lock on my bedroom door and a more secure lock on the bathroom door. That said, there were two other tenants staying and I never saw them or had any issues with them.
• Cammimit (10/5): Welcoming, comfortable, nice original art that individualized the experience - It was welcoming, comfortable, and I received everything that was explained as being available. It's pretty close to the station if you take the CORRECT branch line (my error hahaha) and the recommended restaurant was also pretty great - two blocks away. I prefer to watch streaming tv on my own account and the wifi was up to this - which is a pleasant experience.

• Mina (6/5): Fair - It was clean and comfort. I felt comfortable and safe when I was there. The room was small and no way for changing the air. The place was close to tube but the train sound made it a bit noisy.

Good location when visiting sights in London or when needing an overnight place to stay during the train strikes! Though it was a shared bathroom, I didn't met anyone or see the other person in the other room. Powerful shower. Tereza provided a bottle of drinking water with a glass in the room which was very handy for me. Tea and coffee making facilities in a specific area Tereza is a very responsive host, though I didn't see her. Tereza communicated clearly with me on how to get into the property as she was not able to greet me. Nothing
• Hk (10/5): I‘ll be back! - I am very often in England, especially in London. I have never felt as comfortable as I do in Tereza's accommodation. As I was the only guest at the time, I was able to move freely between the room and the bathroom, just like at home. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. I was also able to leave my luggage in the accommodation free of charge after check-out until the evening. Tereza responded very quickly to my messages. She is a very pleasant and friendly host. Initially, I was concerned about the noise from the train that passes by the house not far away. But thanks to my earplugs, I was able to sleep quite relaxed. I will definitely come back, provided the room is free for my next stay. nothing

• Natalia (9/5): Superb - It's a really nice accomodation! It feels like a real home! A beautiful house made with such a taste - there's everything you need+ very nice neighborhood close to metro stations and 20min from city center. I really liked it and I would recommend to all my friends.
• Angel (9/5): A nice non-tourist London experience - It's a good place, a bed and breakfast, in a typical London residential area. We booked two rooms and we're quite happy with them. The only thing that slightly surprised us was the shared bathroom but it was probably our mistake that we hadn't seen that detail. However, since we stayed one night only, this was not a big issue. By and large we were glad with our stay.

The neighborhood is quite and beautiful. I did not meet Tereza, the owner, but she was always very responsive to my messages

Quality furniture and bedding. Many restaurants and coffee shops in close distance. Tereza very friendly and helpful. No negatives at all. Even the shared bathroom wasn't an issue at any point.

Started at 5.10 am and every 15 mins I am from a small town not used to this noise and was aware from 5.10 am Land lady should advise guests in advance .

Tea/coffee facilities next to the room in the corridor. It is very closed to the Putney Bridge underground but the aria around is very still. However train traffic was a bit disturbing. Good and strong Wi-Fi connection.

• Lima (10/5): Highly recomendable place - I stayed at 4 Victoria Villas for more than a month and I thank the hostess Tereza for taking care of the place, keeping it comfortable and very clean in a beautiful house. Great location. Good variety of shops nearby and five minutes from the subway station, as well as bus lines. Excellent value for money. And for those who can't do without delicious tea, it's always available near the rooms. It is worth mentioning Coco, the friendly resident cat.Hiighly recommendable place.

This is clearly stated, so itno surprise but I haven't shared a bathroom in a long time, and even though it was spotlessly clean it has its drawbacks.
