• Marcel (1/5): SCAM, looks nothing like the pictures, NO WIFI! - Good and secure parking for motorbikes. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. You could only tell it's the same because of the windows. Very dirty, very run down. Everytime you want to use the elevator to go up or to the pool you have to call them, you don't get your own elevator-access card. NO WIFI even though the claim they have Wifi on booking. Lock of the door was almost not usable. Towels had holes in them. The sink was running all the time, you had to use the main faucet under the sink so it's not running all the time. Owner said smoking in the room is okey and it smelled like others did that.

• Dafiena (1/5): - Tak suka langsung, management teruk, aircond tak rasa. Kipas tangan laju lagi. Bilik berbau. Cadar rasanya tak pernah tukar pun. Order dua bilik tapi satu je dapat. Katanya nk bersihkan bilik tu seharian tak bersih ii. Tak payah stay sini la untuk staycation ke apa pun. Kad access pun tak dapat. Nak kluar masuk apartment tk boleh. Tandas tak bersih. Baju org lain tunggang langgang. Kotor sangat. Baju terperuk dalam tandas. Macam takde housekeeping langsung. Ni bilik rupa tempat hisap gam. Tak mesra family langsung. Tv langsung tak boleh on. Refund jela. Tilam bertompok macam tak pernah cuci.

I'm very disappointed. The house owner is not friendly and not prepared. The room condition is very bad and not recommended.

• Amirol (1/5): The worst experience - There is nothing i like. I have to wait about 1 hour to check in. The unit was dirty. There is a sign the housekeeper were living there. I did'nt receive access card. If i want to get down to ground floor or swimming pool, i neef to call the housekeeper. It is very uncomfortable.
• Nur (1/5): Bad - Swimming pool First of all, entering the room smells bad. the room is very dirty, the mattress, blanket, pillow are like they have never been washed. the pillow is so soft.. the towel is like a rag.. the tv can't be turned on. the bathroom is very smelly and dirty.. I can't stand that kind of situation.. at 5.30 pm checked in at 8 pm I have to checked out
• Harikrishnan (4/5): Disappointing - Just the batu caves view. The staff lost my room's key. I didn't get the key for my whole night stay. I just locked my door inside with a fear that someone might break into my room the whole night. No water in the bathroom sink, broken & burnt plug points, no curtain for the window, wooden tile and it's broken, hot water not functioning, towel provided was horribly torn like it was used for years, torn. Just the air-conditioning was functioning properly but no control remote was given.

The staff help me to change my room which dont have living room but the room was so not comfort. The room very smelly and the room so different in the pic. Water heater not function and not to clean. Very disspointed to stay here and i will not repeat

• Izzah (5/5): Cheap price. Dont expect more. - The price is cheaper compare to other accommodation in KL Not maintained well. Got cracked floor. The table under tv almost broken. Very dangerous for the kids. Toilet not clean. Many ants. The price quite similar to budget hotel or hostel however the facilities very poor. Hope management can improve a little hit in terms of safety and cleanliness

The bed is smelly,if it is only 1 night with a funtion plug maybe we will be okay just for sleep. Worst 2 night ever. Also the toilet sink is leaking . And our room is 1-23A-2
