• Roy.l (1/5): Give this place a miss - a horrible place - Nothing really. A waste of money booking this place. A bad experience overall. 1) Bad location - no eateries within walking distance. The design of the road (only 1 direction from a slip road), makes walking to nearby shops almost impossible. 2) Expensive and no value for money. For the equivalent price, I could have stayed in a 3 to 4 star hotel comfortably. 3) Condo is old and in a state of disrepair. Poor maintenance. 4) Supplied a washing machine in the bathroom but it cannot be used as no water inlet and no power point. So can see cannot use. For show only. 5) The power extension cord has 2 outlets with exposed wiring, an electrical hazard. 6) The TV and media box - no programmes available, no live TV, no videos or movies, it is always buffering but no images or says "no signal". Informed management, nothing done except to ask me to reset the wifi (useless method). The battery for remote control has leaked acid. Hence not possible to use remote unless battery changed. 7) Nothing supplied, eg no mineral water etc. Only provided with toilet rolls and bath soap and kitchen dish soap. 8) Only one dining chair provided. How can 2 persons sit? 9) Only one small bowl provided. 10) The box for keys cannot be opened. I had to return keys to the letter box instead. 11) Very poor customer service from management agent. 12) The pillow has ugly stains and mouldy. 13) Bathroom has no hooks or racks for towels or clothings. Overall, a worst experience I ever received at Booking.com

Very comfortable and wht I love best was the washing machine in the house.It was a great help bcoz my kids keep going swimming and I could wash all the wet clothings Very comfy beds and lots of pillows (10 pillows). Queen size unit fits comfortably a family of 5-6 people. Parking was easy and near to the lobby lift..unit was very beautiful and clean on a high rise floor wt calm ambience..wht you need was there in the house. Cooking utensils to cleaning utensils The swimming pool was very clean and beautifully taken care. A mini mart that caters almost wht you need for a short stay and a vending machine on the next block that sells fresh marinated steak lamb, beef and chicken meat. 👍 For those who needs something to eat at night its so convenient Safety and security system was extremely good right from the entrance all the way to your home unit. I didn't like the double deck bed as it was not safe to sleep up deck and the bed was not stable and cricking.anyway I reported back to the management and they said they wil look into it.

• Marko (8/5): Great, light-flooded room in a strategically great location. - If there is anything that the room has in abundance, then it's daylight! Nothing beats a whole front window from top to bottom. The check-in and check-out instructions received prior to my arrival were very easy to follow and accurate. Gate security take their job seriously and the facilities are overall in good shape. The WiFi in the room is great. The location is strategically good, right in between Austin Heights, AEON Tebrau and Johor Jaya. It's easy to get to each of those locations within 5-10 by Grab. These are the places were life is happening in that area. The immediate vicinity is a bit bland, but that's ok. The walkways right after entering the premises would require some repairs. Also, the key tag to enter the premises was missing and the key pad to enter the room was asking for a battery replacement.

The beds are soo uncomfortable and pillows, OMG it smells and soo flat and it leave us impression that they are not changed after every use. The master bed room toilet heater was noisy once we switched them on and the water flow is soo little. The aircon in the 2nd bedroom was noisy. The main hall aircon suddenly turn hot. Tv no antena only can watch netflix. Overall the stay in the apartment was horrible.

• Haza (9/5): A very nice underrated stay in Tebrau - Nothing to complain, we have booked with this property a few times now. Check in/out was a breeze. Room was up to our expectation, there's even a kitchenette and washing machine. The area was quiet too. Malls and restaurants are aplenty in this area of JB. We even took a day's trip to SG, this place is a short drive to JB Larkin Sentral where there are shuttle buses to SG. The RFID on the parking pass didn't work so we coudn't park at the designated slot. Host asked us to contact security. We were able to secure visitor's pass for 2 days which cost RM40. The host promised to refund it, but as of the time this review is written we have not received the refund.

Very near Aeon Mall, Lotus Tebrau, Ikea, Toppen. Many eateries nearby too. The shower wasn't hot at all. Washing machine not working, it was placed in the bathroom with no electrical connection.

• Aaron (1/5): horrible - convenient location aircond leaking water and flooded the whole floor causes some of our items are wet. feedback to maintenance and they only reply in the next morning while the event happens the night before. and the reply i get is just apologies for the inconvenience caused…. the water leaking happening all night while we are getting our rest. and yes there is a bucket to contain the water but we Hv to change it from time to time before it starts flooding the floor again. so tell me, how do I get proper rest? and the water heater was oozing cracking sounds. and yea the AIrcond is lacking of maintenance, thick layer of dust can be seen on top of the filter box.

• Coral (4/5): Unrestful sleep - The location was close to the hubbub in Mount Austin, but since it wasn't walkable it was quite quiet. The view was good since it is on the 15th floor. You could refill water from a good water filter and there were sufficient electrical sockets. The sofa bed was very unstable; it cantilevers and throws you off if you rolled over to the unfolded side. It was also very dusty. There were no sheets provided for the sofa bed. The spare pillow and towels all had many yellow stains. The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty and the shower cubicle was utilitarian. The wind constantly knocks at the flimsy door and we had to keep a chair against it to keep the noise down.

• Helenshree (6/5): Not worth it.... - Near to lift, Netflix and YouTube accessible, secured door. 1. Bathroom isn't clean. There is stack up yellowish dirt on the floor and wall. 2. The water heater wasn't hot. Was so so only 3.the blue sofa(foldable) spring about to came out, like no cushion on it, just the spring.it hurts our ass!. We have to cover the sofa with the single bed and sit, it was really UNCOMFORTABLE 4.The bedsheets and pillow case smells weird. 5. The AC inside the room wasn't cooling. It's VERY OLD ac. Luckily the ac at dining/common area is new and cooler, it helps alot during our sleep. 6. there is no walking distance shops. Not really easy access to shops.not a strategic area. The owner should work on this so that they can deliver as advertised. Don't fool the customers with good photos. It's literally a SCAM.

And it seem the advertiser is cheating in a way of showing other pictures of nice rooms with balcony. Eventually when I booked, it was terrible. Washing machine cannot be used. Kitchen and toilet was bad. Furniture broken and all items seem old and dirty. Checking in was a terrible experience as need Internet transfer of deposit. What if don't have Internet banking? Door lock to main door was old digital type and so small that can be easily broken. Do not feel safe at night was asleep, and need put chairs behind main door for alert safety. Will never stayed again. Feel cheated.
