• Agata (6/5): - Dobra lokalizacja. Miła obsługa. Ogólnie czysto i schludnie, poza drobnymi mankamentami. Pokój wygląda inaczej niż na zdjęciach. Zacieki na ścianach. Wentylator oklejony kurzem, ale poza tym w pokoju było czysto. Do pokoi prowadzą wąskie, strome schody, więc nie nadaje się dla nikogo kto ma chocby najmniejsze problemy z mobilnością, choć obsługa pomaga wnieść bagaże.

• claireline (10/5): - La chambre et la salle de bain étaient grandes avec clim et eau chaude. Le lit était confortable. L'emplacement est étonnamment calme quand on s'aperçoit qu'on est à 3 min à pied des bars extrêmement bruyants de la rue Bui Vien. A 20-30 min à pied des principaux sites touristiques. La dame à l'accueil est sympathique et parle suffisamment anglais. Bouilloire et tasses dans la chambre La couverture sur le lit est un peu courte, les pieds en sortent facilement. L'escalier pour monter dans les chambres ( une par étage) est étroit et raide. Nous étions au 5e étage et il y avait au moins 2 étages au dessus.

• gladys (8/5): Highly recommended - The location is perfect especially that we were traveling to Phnom Penh the following day. Kumho Samco ticket office and pick up station was just a walking distance from the hostel. There were no hand railings on the stairs. You need to be very careful you might slip.

• Dabezies (10/5): Tout simplement parfait! - Petite guesthouse en plein centre ville. Située dans une ruelle: aucun bruit. La gérante est très gentille et fournit de bons conseils. La chambre est très propre. L'escalier est étroit mais le jeune homme nous a aidé à transporter notre grosse valise. Dès que j'aurai l'opportunité de revenir à HCM, je reviendrai dans cette guesthouse .

• Finja (10/5): - Die Familie, die die Unterkunft führt ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl in der Unterkunft. :) sind sogar ein zweites Mal wiedergekommen weil es uns sehr gefallen hat. Man sollte wissen dass diese Unterkunft direkt neben der Touristenpartymeile liegt und auch sonst alles sehr touristisch außenrum ist. Dass uns dies nicht gefallen hat ist nur eine persönliche Präferenz. Man hört die Partymeile aber in der Unterkunft nicht, also wir empfanden es lediglich als störend wenn wir die Unterkunft verlassen hatten ☺️

• Alvaro (9/5): SÚPER recomendable y económico, además de céntrico - Se encuentra en pleno centro de la ciudad, a 1 minuto andando de la calle más famosa de fiesta (y que por cierto no se escucha absolutamente ningún ruido, lo cual se agradece), está al lado del parque y de una de las vías principales (restaurantes, comercios, transporte, etc.) por lo que está bien comunicado. El personal (una encantadora familia vietnamita) fue un encanto con nosotros: nos cuidó en todo momento, siempre nos daban conversación, estaban muy interesados en saber si nos estaba gustando la ciudad, si estábamos bien o si necesitábamos algo. Eran muy atentos, agradables y simpáticos. Gracias familia. Todos los días cambiaban las toallas y nos ponían artículos de higiene personal, la habitación era amplia y limpia, además de tranquila y silenciosa. Todo fue perfecto.

• Romelyn (8/5): Great experience & will recommend. - It closes to all tourist spot. Also the staff are good and can speak english. Just a minimal thing, for me it’s hard to remove shoes, everytime we enter. But I understand for the cleanliness of the hostel. Also, it’s a shame if we late to come back because the staff need to wake up just for to open the main door. Kuddos to the staff who sleepy and woke up just to open the door.

The only small thing I can think of is that there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet sometimes, but maybe it was because of the construction nearby. Also the location is good because it is nearby many attractions, but we got lost a couple of times in the alley trying to find it.

• Anisha (8/5): Good location near bui vien walking street - Friendly staff, rooms are as described, no issues with WiFi or AC. Good location near bui vien walking street with minimal noise. We got room service everyday (although one day we slept in till 12 and someone just entered our room without knocking…) After 11.30pm you have to ring the bell to get in but the door is opened within minutes you don’t have to wait with no issues.

My girlfriend was ill in our time in Ho Chi Minh and she felt very comfortable being in the room and the hosts regularly asked about whether she was ok. They give you water at a small price which is cheaper than 7-11 and the family that run the place are really nice people. Also great location. Nothing to dislike.

Easily accessed from the street but once inside Lots of steps to the room but good exercise ;). Rooms were very comfortable and staff were very friendly and attentive. Good air conditioning in rooms and coffee/tea kettle and fridge in rooms. We enjoyed our stay a lot but for people who are wanting a very social accomodation there isn’t much of an area to sit and talk. This wasn’t an issue for us

• Janet (9/5): Pleasant stay, decent accommodation for the very reasonable price. - The room was clean, the beds were on the firmer side but not bad. The location was good. The only small niggle was no top sheet, just a square thin cotton cover that was too short - my partner who is 5’ 9” had to drape something over his feet as they stuck out from under the cover. The stairs could be a bit brutal. There’s one room per floor and we were on the 4th floor and were glad not to be on the 5th!

After 2300 or 2400, you need to ring the bell to wake owner up to open the door for you..You will feel sorry for that, that's made you can't stay too late at outside.No parking.During weekend, neighborhood might play music at night,so better go back to homestay after midnight.

• Martin (9/5): Clean room and best location ever - The location is just perfect - you won't find a cheaper place for a location like this. The room was super clean. Good bed, good AC, good shower. The staff is a friendly family who is always there if you need anything. If you get one of the lower floors, there is nothing to worry about. However, we stayed on the last floor, and those stairs were steep and narrow. Going to the room each day was like doing a hike. It's not a big deal, but I believe it is worth pointing out.
• Vasco (9/5): Lovely simple hostel with great service - - Nice and lovely hosts that helped making our stay better. They also helped us booking a great transport to Phnom Penh and even took us to the bus - There was always anyone available in the reception for anything we would need - The room is simple, but spacious with a comfortable bed. Plenty of electrical plugs, a boiler and some mugs to prepare coffee. - Great location close by good restaurants, cafes, bus to Cambodia, and even a nice park. Exciting that is also close by a metro station that will hopefully soon be ready - Also walking distance to most of the main attractions - They sell water bottles, coke and beer for a small price in the hostel - We could ask for room cleaning if necessary - a bit noisy from inside and outside - The room can get super hot. You may need to sleep with the AC on when high temperatures in HCMC to have a nice night of sleep - Would be great to have shower curtain as an improvement

• Marion (7/5): A room very well located in Saigon - The accommodation was well located, the room small but sufficient for the price. Very kind staff. No breakfast possible, just a room but we only spent the night there. Enough for us. The housekeeping was succinct.
• Stylianos (9/5): A real VFM choice - - The owners are very friendly and helpful - the room was big enough and clean. - Good location - Very good choice for budget traveling, real VFM - stairs to the room could be an issue if you carry heavy luggage - if its your first time in Saigon you need to wander in alleys a bit to find it ( but this is the magic of travelling)
