- Prakamya (1/5): Bad - Not met with the expectations, behaviour of host is good but the room and facilities provided were below average. Should have a telephone to connect the reception desk, 1 ltr water bottle is a complimentary in every hotel, but it has been charged seperately. Not wardrobe is there in the room, mirrors are old and blurry. The above are basic amenities which are provided in every hotel wherever I stayed so far. One can filters out the property from the pictures posted over the internet , but the surroundings of the property is not good. Need some strict changes and renovation in the property so that one can enjoy the stay.
- Henry (5/5): Good location, but plan to eat elsewhere. Good for somewhere to lay your head but dont spend time at the property otherw - It was well located. The host was happy to allow us to book in early. We had arrived in Agra early on a night train Communication was poor from the host. There was a menu but we weren’t invited to choose from it for breakfast. It wasn’t clear when or whether food was available otherwise. The host insisted that we pay with cash. The patio area wasn’t welcoming.

It had awfu and stinkyl smell always. - The Plug on bed side were hanging out loose. - TV was not working. - Their were many cobwebs at the some corners inside the room. - No Tea and Coffee Maker placed in the room as what is mentioned under facilities.

- Geoffrey (8/5): clearly refurbished, and cleaner than others used in India - Not clear that they offered breakfast as part of the plan Booking.com did not make it clear that my credit card would not be used to pay for the room, so upsetting to us and the manager, till we got it sorted out.
