• giancarlo (1/5): - Ho dormito in centinaia di strutture, questa la peggiore di tutte. Assolutamente nulla, da evitare assolutamente. Secondo me irregolare, se passano a controllare lo fanno chiudere. Indecente, indecoroso, impresentabile. Da capire chi gli ha dato un voto eccellente. Tutto, a partire dall'odore di muffa soffocante. Gabinetto sporco, come la camera. Abbiamo contestato i lenzuola, giustificato che erano messi senza stirare, mia moglie, donna di casa, e sicura che ci hanno dormito altri, abbiamo dormito vestiti. Notte da incubo. Per il prezzo pagato, mi sento derubato.
• Yasminalr (4/5): Muy sucio - El host es amable y te ayuda en lo que necesites.La ubicación no esta mal, se puede llegar con transporte público Aunque el host es muy amable, es un hombre mayor que vive en el alojamiento, estaba muy muy sucio todo en general , especialmente el baño el retrete tenia moho y manchas por todas partes al igual que la bañera y el lavabo lleno de pelos , la habitacion estaba llena de polvo, olia raro.
• Guzmán Báez (1/5): Un experiencia horrible, no lo recomiendo. - No me gustó nada del alojamiento. Estaba muy socio por todos lados, es un alojamiento que no recomiendo para nada. Todo muy sucio, desordenado y con mucho polvo. En el pis vive un señor, es muy amable, pero eso no quita de que estás pagando por un hospedaje que debe estar por lo menos limpio y ordenado.

• Camila (9/5): Buena estancia - Ubicación ya queda al lado de un metro y además se puede caminar hasta los lugares más relevantes. El lugar es ordenado y limpio, además de calmado para poder dormir. El desayuno, que nosotros optamos por pagar y resultó ser un poco pobre.

Він завжди на зв'язку. Люб'язно дозволив з самого ранку залишити речі, запропанував каву, надав ключі, щоб ми змогли вільно розпоряжатися нашим часом у Флоренції. Є кухня з плитою, духовкою, кавамашинкою, все стареньке та не дуже чистеньке, але ми готували для себе смачненьке. Ліжко зручне, гарно відпочили. До історичного центру - 2 км, ми пересувалися виключно пішки, щоб все роздивитися, нічого цікавого не пропустити. Недалеко є супермаркет Lidl. Порада для Франка - треба позбутися на кухні мотлоху, яким вже не можна користуватися та навести там порядок

• Jakob (1/5): - Ничего не понравилось. Не работал Wi-Fi, очень грязно, сыро и холодно и нас покусали какие-то насекомые. Пастельное белье и полотенце было застиранным, дурно пахнующим. Всё было грязным и замызганным. Душ невозможно было принять из-за грязи! Хозяин все время обсыкал унитаз. К кухне доступа не было. Ничего не возможно было взять из кухни. Отсутствовал совсем холодильник.

• Mathilde (8/5): Excellent rapport qualité prix - Franco est un hôte gentil et attentionné. Il s'intéresse à ses hôtes (prévoir un peu de temps pour parler l'"européen" avec lui le matin). Merci pour le petit déjeuner qui n'était pas compris mais qui nous a été offert gentiment. Le lieu est extrêmement calme (impressionnant !) et plutôt bien situé pour les transports en commun.. Un seul bémol, un léger effort reste à faire sur la propreté.

Um pouco longe do centro, mas da pra se virar bem com o transporte, apesar de ser um pouco confuso no começo. A limpeza no geral deixa a desejar.

• laura (1/5): Struttura fatiscente e sporca, Inviato reclamo a Booking!!!!! - Nulla, non abbiamo potuto soggiornare nella struttura a causa della sporcizia e del degrado. Il padrone dell'appartamento dormiva chiaramente lì. Non ho potuto soggiornare presso questa struttura a causa dello stato di degrado e sporcizia. Sto avviando le pratiche per inviare un reclamo a Booking con relativa richiesta di rimborso. E' inconcepibile che il sito possa permettere di mettere in affitto spazi come questo. La casa non è un ostello o una struttura adibita al pernottamento di ospiti bensì la casa privata di un anziano che dorme all'interno e che mette a disposizione una camera da letto. Fosse stato solo questo.... Ma l'appartamento era sporchissimo e fatiscente, c'era un fortissimo odore di muffa, chiuso e cibo vecchio. Ovunque accatastata, roba del proprietario, tra vestiti, scarpe o stoviglie. La camera da letto presentava due lettini con lenzuola o coperte vecchie e puzzolenti buttate sopra, il bagno era in una condizione impietosa, c'erano peli e sporco ovunque ed era chiaramente il bagno privato del padrone di casa da utilizzare insieme a lui. La cucina, anch'essa in condizioni indegne. Neppure un dormitorio per senzatetto presenta uno stato di questo tipo, io e mio marito ci siamo rifiutati categoricamente di dormire in quel luogo e siamo dovuti andare a cercare un altro hotel più dignitoso. Booking dovrebbe controllare le strutture che mette in affitto e impedire situazioni così. Sarebbe opportuna una denuncia alla Asl Per la mancanza di condizioni igieniche essenziali. Abbiamo richiesto il rimborso dei soldi per mancanza dei requisiti base ma il proprietario di ha detto di rivalerci direttamente con Booking. ULTERIORE SEGNALAZIONE: Il check in doveva essere all'ora di pranzo come da accordi precedenti ma a causa di incidente in autostrada ci siamo presentati alle 16.00. Il padrone si è pure lamentato del ritardo e di averci dovuto attendere. Impensabile che una persona possa dormire in mezzo a tale degrado. Affittare le camere o gli appartamenti non significa prendersi i soldi e obbligare le persone a dormire in locali fatiscenti e sporchi

The smell was a very common bad smell but it´s hard to tell what it was exactly.I had to wrap myself to my own clothes and sleep on top of the blankets. There were some crumbs under the planket.

• Christophe (8/5): Great choice if you want to stay somewhere calm and outside the bustling city centre of Florence, - This area of Florence is nice and quiet, situated away from the bustling city center. It's perfect for calm and peaceful nights, which is exactly what I want and need. It has met all my expectations. Additionally, this part of Florence is relatively safe, allowing me to keep to myself. It's ideal for anyone seeking privacy and intimacy. Upon my arrival, I was really tired and wanted to go to sleep. However, I found the owner to be a bit too invasive. He kept trying to engage with me and asking numerous questions that I didn't feel comfortable answering. His remarks about my art, such as, "Why are you doing that kind of art? That doesn't really sell..." felt off-track and made me want to raise my concerns. Fortunately, I speak fluent Italian, but he was speaking in a dialect that was difficult for me to understand. Whenever I answered his questions, it felt like he didn't truly comprehend my responses. These language barriers made me significantly uncomfortable, especially since I was staying at the property for a good night's sleep. During my time there, I tried to keep to myself and limit my interactions with the owner to a strict minimum.

• Dinara (8/5): - Очень приятный хозяин, заботиться о постояльцах. Комната большая и удобная. Есть кондиционер в номере, и красивые цветы за окном. Нужно понимать что это комната в квартире, и если вы путешествуете так что бы просто прийти поспать то вариант отличный. Но если вы много времени проводите в гостинице то думаю этот вариант не подойдёт. Было немного пыльно в комнате.

Purtroppo l’intero appartamento è vecchio, molto caotico e c’è polvere un po’ ovunque. La cosa peggiore però era l’odore di chiuso e stantio. Se uno si sa adattare, ci si arrangia per una notte o due, ma non è stato piacevole.

It’s also a couple minutes walk from the tram that leaves from the train station, so easy to reach for €1.70. The host was friendly and helpful, the room large, the internet great, the bed comfortable and the shower pressure awesome. Great little find!

Mi ha ricevuto bene al mio arrivo e mi ha perfino chiamato un taxi quando ne cercavo uno alla partenza. Camera molto comoda, spaziosa e con tutto il necessario in appartamento grande e accogliente.

L'état global de l'appartement laisse à désirer. Malgré tout un petit effort de propreté est fait sur la salle de bain commune. Serviettes, oreillers, draps douteux quant à l'hygiène. Petit déjeuner limité à des gâteaux secs du jus café et lait dans une cuisine très peu accueillante.

Chambre pas prête à notre arrivée. On a eu le sentiment de déranger l’hôte, du coup on a préféré ne pas prendre le petit déjà avec lui. Sinon literie correcte.

Старі рушники. Таке враження, що постільна білизна була брудна. Посуд на кухні битий та брудний. Зранку не можна самим зробити каву, господар не підпускає.

Solo pasamos una noche, lo que nos parece que el lugar cumple para esto. Había un poco de polvo en la habitación, algunos mosquitos dentro. Estábamos cansados y pues por eso no hubo mucho problema, pero podría ser un lío para otros huéspedes

La habitación estaba plagada de mosquitos,más de 8 conté y ni que decir de las arañas. Cama mal hecha,las sábanas no estaban ni remetidas. Olor a tabaco y a cerrado Sinceramente no repetiría Por el precio que tiene no se puede pedir mucho,pero higiene es lo mínimo que se espera. Adjunto fotos.

Sempre disposto a responder a qualquer questão e a ajudar no que for necessário. Se não tiverem nada planeado, ele é a pessoa ideal para vos dizer onde ir.. O alojamento fica a cerca de 5min a pé da estação de comboio que vai em direção ao centro, em menos de 10 min. Zona bastante calma. Nao vão encontrar luxo neste alojamento, mas a relação qualidade-preço é ótima. A limpeza da casa não estava impecável. A casa de banho devia ser limpa com mais regularidade. A parte boa é que há desinfetante no WC se quiserem utilizar.
