- Keshia (10/5): Enjoyed the stay and it was so comfy - The staff are so accommodating even after I asked to extend or check out late 1pm to 6pm for 200k dong. Ms Lisa is so kind, same with her team. Acid8 specialty coffee is just in front of it along with nail salon and other cafes. Nothing!

They were really kind and so helpful the whole time we were in contact before and during our stay! The room was quite big and we liked the location as it was quieter than the old quarter. Everything was clean and we didn't have any issues. We can only recommend this place!

Tolle laags nur 15 min vom Zentrum und super ruhig nah an.allem was man braucht. Tolle Dusche. Gemeinsamer Kühlschrank. Mikrowelle. Wäsche service. Alles da. Komme gerne zurück Hatte das Zimmer bis oben. Tolles Zimmer aber der.weg dahin war auf Dauer anstrengend.

There are still plenty of restaurants and cafes located near the property, it just feels more local and authentic. Facilities were great for the money and the room was very comfortable. There is also free drinking water which is a bonus. N/A

Nous étions dans la chambre opal la salle de bain se situe or de la chambre ce qui n’est pas gênant comme elle est privative ! Vue est au petit soin pour nous il nous a proposé plusieurs excursions nous avons réservé avec lui 4 jours pour faire ha giang loop et s’est arrangé pour que retour on nous dépose à l’aéroport! Notre linge a été lavé dans le journée ! Merci à Vue et ses collègues qui sont tous très gentils et arrangeant !! Il manque une petite bouteille d’eau dans la chambre c’est tout

- Maria Emilia (8/5): - Muy bien el precio para lo que ofrecen. La habitación era distinta a la foto. Las fotos corresponden al 1er piso y nosotras nos hospedamos en el segundo. Tiene self check in lo cual es muy util ya que llegamos a la medianoche. Cuando llegamos estaba todo muy bien, excepto un poco de pelos en el baño pero nada que no pueda limpiarlo fácilmente. La ubicación está bien también. Muchos cafés alrededor y muy lindos. Cuando llegamos había unos pelos en el piso pero todo muy bien.

Hopefully they have got them back now. The shower drain was blocked but it was quite nice standing in a pool of warm water.

Le personnel est très aimable et serviable mais n'est pas présent le matin (personne au bureau jusqu'à notre départ à 08 heures) Si vous devez organiser un transport, faites-le la veille.

- KBKata (8/5): Low cost szállás mindenhez közel - A szállást könnyű volt megtalálni, Miss Lisa és Mr. Jack nagyon kedvesek, udvariasak és segítőkészek voltak, a bejelentkezés könnyű volt. A recepción volt vízautomata, így a palackjainkat mindig meg tudtuk tölteni friss hideg vízzel. A szobánkkal volt egy kis gond, de ezt nagyon gyorsan orvosolták, a segítőkészség minden területen kiemelkedő a személyzet részéről. Mindig volt meleg víz és a szállás környéke csendes, így nyugodtan lehetett pihenni. Külön imádtam, hogy az ágy matraca kifejezetten kemény volt. Segítőkészek a kirándulások megszervezésében is, az ajánlott programok csodásak. A 4 nap alatt nem volt takarítás, ami csak a WC miatt volt kicsit kellemetlen (a papírt szemeteskosárba kell gyűjteni), minden más rendben volt.
- Chiara (9/5): - Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und sauber, genauso wie das Badezimmer. Dieses haben wir uns insgesamt vielleicht 2 von 5 Tagen mit anderen Gästen geteilt, was toll war. Die Lage ist super (man ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum) und der Kontakt mit dem Personal war sehr gut! Trotz der Feiertage war der Kontakt und die Barzahlung in der Unterkunft möglich, was uns vieles erleichtert hat. (Das ist ausschließlich den Feiertagen geschuldet gewesen) Das Bad wurde erst kurz vor unserer Abreise das erste mal wieder gereinigt, weshalb sich durch das angesammelte Toilettenpapier im Müll ein etwas strenger Duft im Bad verteilt hat.

L'home stay non è nel pieno dell'Old Quarter che, secondo me, è un vantaggio perché non c'è rumore né di giorno né di notte al contrario dell'old quarter che è estremamente caotico. La stanza era grande e abbastanza pulita, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante

- Schuyler (10/5): Don’t hesitate book here - I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone. I stayed here for almost a week & it was amazing. The rooms are huge, clean, good WiFi, good AC, and the facilities are also very nice. The staff was very helpful. It’s about a 10-15 min walk from the main kinds tourist area but it’s perfect if you don’t want to stay in the main area. It’s a great deal - for what you pay it’s amazing. I have been in Vietnam for 1.5 months and this was my favorite place I’ve stayed. Don’t hesitate book here Nothing

We stay for 3 days, then we had to come back to Hanoi for 5 days and of course we stayed there again :) I would definitely recommend this place. Walls are a little bit thin so you could hear people in other rooms but that’s ok.

- Konstantinos (7/5): Great stay in the middle of everything - Great location within walking distance from Train Street Hoan Kiem Lake. Room was very quiet considering how loud and chaotic the life is in the Hanoi and also comfortable bed. Building is alot worn out especially at ground floor it would definitely need some renovation. The wooden floor was making squeeking sounds when you walk also thin walls could easily listen the neighbor next door.
- Yasmin (6/5): Polite staff and it was good value for money but needs improving - Staff were very friendly. Young man helped me carry my bag up the stairs. The lady at reception was very polite. She'd messaged me earlier in the day via WhatsApp with instructions on how to check in. She was quick to respond when I messaged her the next day. I could pay by card (3% fee but I expected that). There was a kettle and hair dryer in the room. The aircon unit was good. It's within walking distance of lots of things (everything within 30 mins). The bed was comfy. The towels were soft. There were ants in the room. The balcony wasn't very nice, so I'd paid extra to have a balcony but I didn't want to sit out there as it was dirty and unpleasant, so it was a waste. They didn't give me much toilet roll, I did ask for extra and they said they would give me some but they never did.
- Jamie (10/5): Great budget stay - Hot shower, air con worked, central location. Very basic room but for a very cheap price you can’t expect anything lavish, staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again in fact we tried to when we came back to Hanoi but was fully booked! Bathroom a bit tired but for £10 a night absolutely fine.
- Marissa (8/5): Very good - It was a nice big room with a good bed. The staff was really nice and helpful. Good value for the price. The bathroom was small and the tiles were really old. Had to wait for the hot water to heat up. There was no bedsheet, just a blanket and mattress cover.

The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — having an iron, hairdryer, and constant hot water was a big plus. Located in the peaceful French Quarter, it’s within walking distance to the city center, with lots of nice cafes and street food spots nearby. The highlight was definitely the amazing staff — super friendly and incredibly helpful with planning our time in Hanoi, finding authentic local food, and organizing our trip around Northern Vietnam. Highly recommended!

- Isobel (8/5): Very good - Comfy bed and was in a good location, not too far walk to the old quarter and based on a quiet street. hot shower (shared bathroom) but was only shared with one other room. The lady who runs the home stay is really friendly and helpful :) The walls were really thin so could hear the room next door having a normal conversation but didn’t affect us too much. First impressions as you walk in the stairs are abit run down but the rooms are great:)

Everything worked out smoothly, and the host was very communicative and available whenever we needed assistance or had questions. We would definitely recommend this place!

- Emily (8/5): Great staff :) - The staff were really friendly and kind, and very helpful! They helped us arrange the bus to Mu Cang Chai. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. They also looked after our bags before we could check in too. The bathroom was outside of the bedroom which we didn't realise upon booking which is part of a bigger apartment complex, although the sign on it said it was for our use only, it looked like other people were using it too.
