• Teri (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at Bright Minitel. Happy to recommend. - Great location close to Grande Palace and Wat Pho. Quiet, clean, helpful staff. Great value. Comfortable bed. Steep stairs to rooms. Fine for me but people with mobility concerns may find it challenging.
• Maciej (10/5): It's great! - Very helpful and friendly staff, big rooms, nice aircon that doesn't smell, a small balcony to dry clothes, relatively big bathroom. Stayed in the rooms with private bathroom. One of the most comfortable stays we had in Thailand. Fairly quiet despite being near everything. The double beds are pretty firm, might not be to everyone's liking. Matter of taste.

• Lolev (6/5): Three nights in Bangkok - Location is perfect for visiting Bangkok old town: 15-30 min walk from Royal Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun, Khaosan Road, Golden Mount. The lady was very nice and helpful, we had coffee in the lobby, good thai food between 9-15 in the restaurant. The water pressure in the shower was good and we had hot water all the time. Our biggest problem was that the window was opening to another corridor, so we had no view at all and no natural light. It was like a basement. You need to keep the curtains closed all the time becouse the people come and go on that corridor all the time. This information should be definitely included in the description, so you can decide wether you want it or not. The lack of window caused also a constant smell in the room. There were no drawers and very little storage locations, only hangers and a shoe rack.
• Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel was very clean and calm, the manager was super sweet, she helped us everytime we needed something and even let us check in earlier. The location is great, walking distance to the Grand Palace and also to all the bars on Khaosan Rd.

Very good food at the hotel restaurant. Wi-Fi was excellent We missed the fridge in the room, but in the end was not so important

• Aurore (5/5): Little hotel, a bit far from main attractions! - it's a little hostel but offers a good bed, shower and room with AC. the most important in Bangkok to be honest! Quality price, it is really good! Location is the only thing that dissapointed us. it's far from the main touristic attraction. You have the palace 15min away but then the main busy streets are further south. We were only there for 2-3 days and it required a lot of walking or tuktuk !!
• Nathan (9/5): Great place for the price! - The staff is excellent. The rooms are clean and have a good AC. The hotel was very close to the party street and lots of good restaurants. maybe a 5-10 walk. Tuk Tuks won’t know where you are staying so be careful asking them for a ride. We asked 5 separate Tuk Tuks and they had no clue. Bathroom was smelly. No hand soap (just used the body was from the shower) but it’s really nice for a 2 star hotel.

• Lucrezia (8/5): Very good - the girl who works there is really nice and helpful. the place is 5-10 minutes by walk to khao san, but there isn’t noise. everything was cleaned, the water was hot. they let us stay till 6 pm for free. highly suggested the window of our room open up on the corridore inside the building so we didn’t have fresh air
