• Joanna (10/5): - Apartament u Mercedes był gustownie urządzony i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Nie brakowało absolutnie niczego, na wyposażeniu były nawet leżaki i parasol na plażę. Zapewniono również przejściówkę do amerykańskiego typu wtyczki i mnóstwo innych drobiazgów, o których zazwyczaj zapomina się przy pakowaniu na wyjazd, a które potem okazują się potrzebne. Pod domem jest wygodny parking, a do apartamentu prowadzi osobne prywatne wejście. Jednak zdecydowanie największym atutem tego miejsca jest jego wspaniała właścicielka i gospodyni - Mercedes. Jej serdeczność, troska, zaangażowanie i gotowość do pomocy były wyjątkowe. Nigdy wcześniej nie spotkałam tak ciepłej i serdecznej osoby. Gdy ją teraz wspominam myślę o niej jak o członku mojej rodziny, a przecież spędziłam u niej zaledwie kilka dni. Naprawdę wyjątkowe doświadczenie. Gdy tylko będę mogła wrócę na pewno.
• Lasse (10/5): Cozy apartment in North Miami - Very nice 1br apartment with really all the amenities I could imagine. The location is in a nice neighborhood, conveniently not far from Miami Autodrome. Plus for EV users: A Walmart less than a mile away offers DC charging, next to a public library with free AC charging stations.
• Johannes (4/5): Gemischte Erfahrung mit deutlichen Mängeln bei Sauberkeit und Ruhe - 1. Platzangebot: Das Haus ist geräumig und der Garten ist angenehm und entspannend. 2. Check-in und erster Eindruck: Die Anreise war unkompliziert und die Gastgeberin war anfangs freundlich in der Kommunikation. 3. Haustier: Der Hund ist sehr lieb und freundlich. 1. Lage: Die Unterkunft liegt weit entfernt von den wichtigsten touristischen Gebieten in Miami. Ohne Auto ist sie kaum zu empfehlen, da der öffentliche Nahverkehr begrenzt ist. Zudem ist die Umgebung nachts durch Partys und sogenannte Straßenrennen deutlich hörbar. 2. Sauberkeit und Service: Die anfängliche Sauberkeit war aus unserer Sicht nicht ausreichend. Während eines längeren Aufenthalts (ca. zwei Monate) gab es keinen Reinigungsservice und keine regelmäßige Auffüllung von Grundbedarfsartikeln wie Toilettenpapier oder Handtuchwechsel. 3. Hygiene: Während des Aufenthalts haben wir wiederholt Anzeichen von Mäusen festgestellt, unter anderem Mäusekot in verschiedenen Bereichen wie Schlafzimmer und Küche. Auch in der Küche und in der Nähe von Lebensmitteln wurden entsprechende Spuren gesehen. Dies war aus unserer Sicht hygienisch problematisch. Einmal haben wir eine Maus im Schlafzimmer auf dem Nachttisch in Bettnähe gesehen, was sehr unangenehm war und den Schlaf beeinträchtigt hat. Zusätzlich wurden Kakerlaken beobachtet. 4. Bett: Das Bett ist bequem, aber bei jeder Bewegung sehr laut, was den Schlaf spürbar beeinträchtigt hat. 5. Hausbedingungen: Da es sich um ein Haus mit Garten handelt, kann es vorkommen, dass Tiere ins Haus gelangen. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde jedoch keine nachhaltige Lösung zur Kontrolle dieser Situation festgestellt. 6. Zusätzliche Kosten: Beim Check-out wurden zusätzliche Reinigungskosten berechnet, die vorher nicht vereinbart waren. Diese wurden von uns bezahlt, obwohl sie aus unserer Sicht nicht klar mit dem Zustand der Unterkunft zusammenhingen. Empfehlung für zukünftige Gäste: Wir empfehlen, Vorkommnisse direkt zu dokumentieren (Fotos, Videos und schriftliche Kommunikation), insbesondere bei Fragen zu Sauberkeit oder zusätzlichen Kosten. Fazit: Unsere Erfahrung war insgesamt aufgrund von Problemen bei Sauberkeit, Hygiene und Ruhe nicht zufriedenstellend.
• Ralf (10/5): Top ausgestattete Unterkunft mit sehr netter Gastgeberin und schönem Garten - Sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit Küche, schönem Badezimmer und bequem Schlafzimmer sowie Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Der Garten ist wirklich sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Mercedes ist eine sehr nette und angenehme Gastfreundliche Gastgeberin die sich sehr um das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste kümmert. Ich haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werde bestimmt wieder kommen.
• Lourdes (9/5): Maravillosa Mercedes y su casa. - Maravillosa Mercedes y su acogida. Buena relación calidad-precio. Muy silencioso. Limpio y detalles cuidados. Cocina equipada para cocinar, cafetera, airfryer, tostadora, microondas y sartenes en buenas condiciones. Mercedes nos cuidó como si fuéramos de su familia. Es una zona de su casa con entrada independiente. En un buen barrio, fácilmente accesible a todos los sitios. No puedes regular tú mismo el aire acondicionado pero se estaba muy fresquito.

• Hendrika (9/5): - Ik heb een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Mercedes. Het bed sliep voortreffelijk en de keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien, waardoor ik alles kon bereiden wat ik maar wilde. Ook waren de eerste levensbehoeften aanwezig, wat heel fijn is omdat je bij aankomst niet eerst naar de supermarkt hoeft. Een bijzonder hoogtepunt was dat ik door mijn host werd uitgenodigd en zo mijn allereerste Thanksgiving heb mogen meemaken – een ervaring om nooit te vergeten! Het enige kleine minpuntje was dat ik de airco kon horen wanneer deze aansloeg. Maar eerlijk gezegd maakt iedere airco wat geluid, en zodra de ruimte op temperatuur was, stopte hij meteen. Al met al een zeer aangenaam verblijf en een warme, gastvrije host!
• Richard (10/5): EXCELLENT STAY - a home away from home - Amazing welcome by our host Mercedes. Out of all the trips we have ever had with booking this was by far THE BEST!! We will return again!! The private space had more than we needed. We were welcomed with open arms and some small cakes. The location was safe and had parking .. Garden was amazing and we could use it. Mercedes had a dog named Luna that we also enjoyed saying hello to everyday. What can I say .. we felt like we were at home .. Thank you Mercedes!! You went far and beyond as a host!!

• Luiz (10/5): Mercedes is the perfect host! - Mercedes was so kind and welcoming which made me feel a lot less worried about moving to Miami. Not only was her home beautiful (especially the garden), the space was clean, comfortable and mercedes went above and beyond to help us feel right at home but I also felt a nice sense of privacy during my stay. She was kind enough to give us amazing recommendations for food as well. Her dog Luna is an angel as well. 10/10 would recommend anyone stay here!

• Jurate (10/5): Home away from home - It felt like staying at home at Mercedes’ place. You have it all in there: cute kitchen with all the necessities, beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed, and a gorgeous backyard with the dog to chill. Mercedes thought of the smallest details and the things that you possibly may need. So if you have a car, even it is further, location is not a problem. The host was very welcoming.

• Karen (10/5): Excellent Nights Sleep & Home Away From Home - Just returned from a week's stay here and the space was just as shown in the photos. Clean, with a very well appointed kitchen including dishes/utensils/pots/pans, bathroom toiletries and a soft comfortable bed. I slept like a baby. Driveway parking is safe right at the door, and convenient. Setting is a quiet residential neighborhood in N Miami with very little street noise. The back garden is a highlight -- peaceful and lush with lots of tables and chairs to relax or dine outside. Location is less than 5 minutes to grocery stores and other conveniences. Mercedes is the best part of the place though. She is a talented host and incredibly responsive, creating a warm welcoming atmosphere. She was able to provide recommendations for restaurants and services and offered me delicious home cooked food too - amazing! Absolutely excellent experience! I would stay again when in Miami. N/A

• Pinar (10/5): Authentical and safe stay in North Miami - Chez Mercedes is such a nice person. Her accommodation was for me like being home. After a full packed day of adventures, I had the luxury to relaxe in the backyard, which was more tropical and beautiful than any park in Miami. The accommodation was for me a perfect choice, because I wasn't alone and felt very safe. We enjoyed together wine and tasty Arepas. + bed was very comfy + a lot of stuff for cooking (e.g. salt, pepper, ketchup, oil and more; frying pen, water) + tasty welcome cinnamon rolls + hand towels, shower soap and shampoo + near of Walmart, shopping corners and gas stations (5-10 m drive) + near of Halouver Beach, Oleta Park (10-15 m drive) + very safe and friendly neighborhood For everyone who wants to travel alone or see and feel Miami from it's authentically site, I can recommend this stay! But not for people, who aren't mobile, because there is no touristy or commercial transportation near (except Uber). Nothing. Everything was great!
• Vasilii (10/5): Warm and cozy - Quiet area, big parking lot, no disturbing noises from the main house. Grocery stores and restaurants are 5-10 min drive. All that you need already in the apartment. Delicious welcome cakes :)

• Jan (10/5): Exceptional - Chez is very friendly and helpfull. She recomended trips in worse weather - like to Oleta state river park. House is located in safe part of Northern Miami Beach. It is close to all main directions if you travel by public transport - 1 minute from bus stop line 9 - north to Aventura or south to Miami Design district. Only 15 minutes walk thru nice garden tree park to Wallmart and Publix or for bus 75 to beach - Haulover or Collins. If you have car, there is place to park it. Kitchen is equiped with all what you need. Bathroom is clean and you have allways hot water :-)
• Charlotte (10/5): Chez Mercedes is fantastic! - A holiday stay at Chez Mercedes feels like staying with your favorite aunt in an enclosed area of her house. The apartment is cozy and fully equipped. The garden is beautiful. You can relax on various terraces and look at the beautiful trees and plants. The wind chime sounds and atmosphere in the garden are very pleasant and positive. Mercedes is a charming and positive hostess who does everything she can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
• Renata (10/5): Love you Mercedes… will be back when my mom gets better… 🙏🙏🙏 - Very clean, organized, in a safe neighborhood… I took my mom Renata to Miami because of personal health issues and staying at Chez Mercedes was a must… close to many “touristic” spots for myself and the places mom needed to go for herself… Mercedes is a real deal… a Mother in the essence… Took care of my mom that was sick as if she was her daughter… The rocks on the way to the house….difficult to walk on them, to get suitcases in and out from the front parlor where the car is parked…. And for people with disabilities it’s a no go!

I didn't like I couldn't control the AC, because the owner lives next door so she controls the AC, I going through menaupause which I told gee about, I am hot sometimes but there was nothing I could do about it When I booked this place the 1st thing I asked was about the internet because I was gonna working the whole time and she told me she had excellent connection, I stayed there for 15 days it was a struggle, most of the time I had to use my cell hotspot and it's still work properly because my Hotspot was not compatible. Check out suppose to be at 11a, she's been sending messages the day before to ask me what time I was leaving the next day around 7a she was asking the same thing, if I were checking out later, I would definitely let her know about it from the 1st day I checked in. In the future I know that I will never get a place where the owner lives.
