• 鈺淳 (10/5): 位置在離市區有一段距離但咖啡spa店也很多，床也好睡 - 老闆人很好英文也很好，一開始訂了五個晚上後來因為行程變動想取消2晚，她也讓我取消跟我說沒關係！ 位置在離市區有一段距離在小巷內，回去的時候不會太吵，附近也有多很多咖啡廳跟spa店，但沒有辦法隔絕外面的聲音，我不是怕吵的人所以睡得很好 無法隔絕外面的聲音，對噪音敏感的人要考慮，雖然在小巷內但還是有機車跟街上的聲音無法避免

• Michael (9/5): Great value and friendly owner in a cool neighborhood. - The owner is a very helpful and personable woman. Although this is a simple homestay, it’s very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is a little away from the center but it’s a funky area with plenty of enticing cafes and massage shops. Wifi was excellent. In the inner rooms, next door noise carries easily up the walls, but it’s usually quiet at night thanks to being on a narrow alley. I’d request a garbage can to be placed in the room.

The location was great for exploring District 3 and 1, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here!

• Mélodie (9/5): great accommodation for your short trip in HCMC - loved the location, near to great coffee places, food spots, places to exchange money (jewelry stores), market, second hand shops. the balcony was a great addition too the room is clean, and modern. the bed was so comfortable the staff is great, very helpful and accommodating. they kept our bags before checking in and after checking out. the humidity coming from the bathroom as there was no window but honestly it really was fine
• Sheila (10/5): - Our host was the best. Our bus was nearly 5 hours delayed and she waited up for us and greeted us with a smile. She also helped us with our train tickets for our onward journey. The location is slightly out of town l. That suited us, but its worth noting.

• Lars (10/5): Warm and charming - Ms Phuong is a lovely host, communication was great. We could drop off our bags when arriving before the room was ready and could head to town. Location is very good, in a small alley so it’s quiet despite being very central to all things in district 3. Walking to district 1 takes about half an hour, so still comfortable. The Homestay is welcoming, you can grab water when passing through the hallway as well as some tea. Kettle is on the room. For people with heavy bags and limited mobility the stairs might provide a challenge, as we travel carry on only it was super easy for us. The bed was a bit rough, but nothing major.

• Sean (9/5): Great Base for Exploring Ho Chi Minh City - The owners were really friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The building is tucked away on a side street away from traffic noise so it’s nice and quiet at night. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops very close by. Nothing!

• Jolanda (8/5): Geweldige plek, aardige eigenares en overal dichtbij ! di - TIto homestay in een heweldig leuke buurt met allerlei heerlijke restaurantjes en koffiehuizen. Dicht bij district 1, kun je met de stadsbus naar centrum. Park om hoek waar locals triainen en dansen. Goede communicatie en hele aardig en lieve eigenares en assistent. Begeleide ons s’ochtends vroeg naar de taxi . Heel aardig! Misschien een lampje wat wat zachter licht geeft in de kamer.
