She was also very fast in replying to my requests and inquiries, which I appreciated a lot! The property really was a bit far away from the station, and there weren't friendly sidewalks along the house. If you're carrying heavy luggages and walking from Nishi-takashimadaira station, it's better to take the route alongside the river.

• ASHISH (9/5): Comfortable, cosy and budget stay - The apartment and rooms are clean and the facilities were good. They got a nice big bathroom and the room is big as well. Kingsley was helpful and polite. The only drawback is the location, it's a northern suburb of Tokyo, far off from the city centre so it takes a lot of time to commute to the downtown everyday

• Cameron (10/5): Exceptional - Great place, comfortable. Nice staff. A little far away from "main" areas like shinjuku/shibuya/koenji. But the area itself is nice, and close to other good areas away from the popular tokyo areas.

• Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional - The host is extremely nice and a good conversationalist. She keeps her home very very clean. The bathroom was very nice, with a shower and a warm bath tub. The restroom was fancy to me, compared to the other toilets around japan. The rooms are very nice, one has a full desk and the other a nice sized coffee table. A small tv, fridge, and microwave are provided. There is a Don Quijote about 6 train stops down the line and non-touristy restaurants and shops in the area to visit if you are ok with walking long distances. It's at the very end of the Toei Subway-Mita Line which is both convenient and also not convenient depending on time and where you are going. The area is a bit more inconvenient for walking than other areas of Tokyo, so I do not suggest for those with walking disabilities. See my notes on what I liked. The area is a bit louder, with more cars and motorcycles being used than downtown. (This is on the outskirts of Tokyo after all)
• Anastasia (10/5): Cozy guest house in Tokyo near the subway - Great place for a long stay! As additional options, there is a car rental for 10,000 yen per day and a bicycle rental. It is convenient that you can get there by Tokyo subway, not by JR Clean rooms and friendly host Everything is fine
• Dmitrii (10/5): Excellent hospitality and incredible guest care - It was a wonderful experience to stay in Tokyo, Natalia offers incredible hospitality and care for guests. She speaks perfect Japanese, English, Russian. The rooms are spacious. Coffee, green tea, sugar, microwave, walk, wardrobe, comfortable sofa bed (sofa), fast Wi-Fi (Zoom and corporate VPN works fine) is available inside the room. It's great that you can check in and then leave completely on your own. The bathroom and toilet are perfectly clean and with very expensive new plumbing. Separately, I note that it is possible to wash and dry things in a typewriter by agreement with Natalia. And, yes, there is also a great new air conditioner - I was happy that there were no problems with the climate in the room. Separately, I note my gratitude for the advice on what to visit interesting in Japan. There is an excellent convenience store Seven Eleven near the metro station, or you can also ask Natalya for the location of another cooler supermarket, it is on the other side and not around the clock. Everything was amazing
