• Jana Vojtěška (7/5): good value for money in a great location, but some organization and cleanliness details need improvement - The room was nice and bright with a balcony, which was a pleasant bonus. The location is great — close to the city center, about a 20-minute walk to Syntagma and around 10 minutes to the Acropolis. The bed was comfortable and the towels were clean. There is also a washing machine, a kitchen, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the common areas was only average – the trash bin near the toilet was full, and it didn’t seem like the spaces were cleaned during our stay. Upon arrival, finding the keys and all the necessary instructions felt a bit like an escape room, which was not very comfortable after traveling. Another inconvenience was having to turn on the hot water about 20 minutes before taking a shower.

• Nikolaos (3/5): Άυπνος στην Αθήνα. - Η τοποθεσία είναι το καλύτερο σε ότι αφορά το δωμάτιο, κυριολεκτικά 2 λεπτά από τον σταθμό του μετρό.στην γειτονιά υπάρχουν πολλά καταστήματα με φαγητό ποτό καθώς και σούπερ μάρκετ. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ακριβώς δίπλα στην τουαλέτα με αρκετή φασαρία. Τα πατώματα είναι παλιά και τρίζουν σε κάθε βήμα. Οι πόρτες παλιές σχεδόν χάρτινες δεν προσφέρουν καθόλου ηχομόνωση οπότε δεν μπορούσα να κοιμηθώ το βράδυ. Τα έπιπλα και οι ντουλάπα είναι παλιά, περασμένης 20ετιας,το ίδιο και στην κουζίνα. Το κατάλυμα χρεώνει τον καθαρισμό αλλά δεν είναι καθόλου καθαρό. Υπάρχουν τρία δωμάτια στο διαμέρισμα με δυνατότητα να φιλοξενήσουν 6 άτομα. Για όλους υπάρχει ένα μπάνιο και μια τουαλέτα με ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται...

• Julia (7/5): Da ich krank war, konnte ich Athen nicht so genießen, in der Unterkunft fühlte ich mich wohl. - Es war günstig und angenehm. Ich empfand die vielen Hinweise ein bisschen übertrieben und hatte das Gefühl, dass dort Gäste waren, die dort länger übernachtet haben, weil sie tagsüber zuhause waren und dadurch häufiger ins Bad mussten. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein.

• Γεώργιος (9/5): - Ενα παρα πολυ ομορφο σπιτι με ολα οσα χρειαζεται καποιος, φοβερο δωματιο με ανετο κρεβατι. Σε πολυ καλη γειτονια με καφε , εστιατορια , μπαρ, σουπερ μαρκετ πολυ κοντα στην ακροπολη και σε μετρο! Δε μου αρεσε η κακη εποικινωνια που ειχα με τους οικοδεσποτες και εκανα check in μια ωρα μετα.

• Alexander (8/5): Gute Zeit aber laute Mitbewohner - Mir hat es gefallen. Das Bett war sehr gut und auch das Zimmer. Man kann dort auch gut eine Woche bleiben, wenn man kein Problem mit Nachbarn hat. Problematisch sind die dünnen Wände und der knackende Fußboden. Zudem sind die Türen laut. Man hört alles. Es gibt halt viele kleine Sachen zu bemängeln, besonders in der Küche und im Bad. Der Küchenschrank sollte unbedingt entsorgt werden und das Licht muss repariert werden. Viele Sachen sind auch sehr undurchdacht. Die Kühlschranktür geht zur falschen Seite auf und man kommt kaum ran. Im Bad passt der Duschaufsatz nicht an den Schlauch. Das sind alles Kleinigkeiten, die man ändern muss. Nicht abwarten sondern lösen.

• Olga (9/5): Идеальное сочетание цены-качества! - Все было хорошо. Моя поездка в Афины удалась. Это идеальный вариант для одиночного туриста. Расположение прекрасно, коммуникация с хозяином тоже. В квартире спокойно, чисто. Хотелось бы полноценный пододеяльник для одеяла (пледа)

• Szu Wei (8/5): - 房間舒適安靜通風，公用廚房有簡易餐具可以使用，網路順暢，有幾本旅遊手冊可以參考 連住期間廁所、廚房都沒有整理，垃圾桶快滿出來，洗衣機內毛巾也沒有取出。有其他住客煮完食物沒有整理廚房，廚餘碗盤留在檯面上。門鎖有時候開不起來，要多試幾次。
