• Prince Crespo (1/5): ... - I like the building, as I stay here on multiple occasions under a different company, and I book directly. So I am familiar with rooms within and the incredible service from the reception desk and beyond. What I didn't like was the fact that I made a booking for the night, waited at reception 2 hours post check-in time (where the staff are always great and know who I am) they tried their best to reach the host, as did I and I ended up having to book another hotel I was not intending to spending money on. I understand the business of hosting your property to clients, but if you are in this business, and are not available, definitely find someone that can help you when you are occupied as bookings can come at any time. Or better yet, SELF CHECK-IN. This option works the best as one of the securities can walk you to your door. Other companies do self check-ins successfully. I chose this building for its close proximity to the mall (my usual booking company was fully booked) and ended up staying a property I had to make use of an uber. The host could do better with communication, especially with her only response "Good day, so sorry about that", no further explanation as to what had happened, we human after all, sh!t happens. I do wish you the best in future, in how you treat your property and guests with regards to the reviews I have now seen. You have such a great asset in your hands with an incredible amount of people wanting to book your place. I'd very much like a second chance to book your property so I can put up a positive review.

• Aone (5/5): I appreciated the early check in. The stay had potential, but was let down by poor cleanliness and an uncomfortable chec - The property is in a convenient and prime location. Our experience at this property was below expectations. The check-in process felt disorganized and unprofessional—an unidentified individual (with no ID or formal introduction) arrived to check us in and insisted on handing over R1000 to security, which made us feel uneasy and concerned about safety and legitimacy. The condition of the house was also unacceptable. It was not clean upon arrival—the kettle had insects in it, and basic essentials like toilet paper were not provided until we specifically asked, and even then it arrived late. The linen was torn and the towels did not feel fresh. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor hospitality made for an uncomfortable stay. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

• David (1/5): Bad day in rosebank - only the location was nice the staff wasn't welcoming i had to call 2 different numbers and both weren't answered. I had to go back to the car continue calling until when I don't know. the door handle was falling apart and the toilet wasn't working to my surprise when I mentioned the toilet wasn't working she said yeah the client broke it. ny question is why book me in the room that you're aware of the problems it has and you're not telling me. I had a very bad experience with the place. I will never recommend it to anyone.

• Fawzia (1/5): Worse stay ever! Service is terrible. No one is getting back to me! - Can’t say, because I didn’t even stay in the unit. The hose made us sign in, she took us to our apartment then she said she double booked so we can’t stay then she said no the toilet is leaking. We had a disagreement with her and asked for a refund. She said she’s coming back but runs away using the basement parking. We were stranded and had to book another unit. Still waiting for my refund. She keeps cutting my call. Absolutely terrible service. Up till now, the lady incharge cuts my call & isn’t giving me my refund!
