Les chambres et les douches sont propres et équipées de matelas de qualité. Le quartier est calme. Que demander de plus ? Je partagerai cette adresse à mes amis et à ma famille, car le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment excellent !

• Sophie (7/5): Good for the price - The owner was very pleasant and the accommodation was good value for money. We literally just needed somewhere to stay as a family and we didn't spend any time during the day there. Our budget double was as you'd expect. Small double bed, small wardrobe, bedside tables, TV and a dressing table. Bedding was clean but stained. Twin rooms were bigger, with budget mattresses, but exactly what you'd expect for the price paid. It was a good stay overall and exactly what we needed. Stained bottom sheet on double bed.

• Helena (8/5): friendly accommodation - Pedro is a good host, the accommodation was relatively nicely located, the room had everything we needed. The room (floors) looked like was not cleaned before we came - it is not that hard to vacuum, so I would appreciate clean floors. Apart from that the water pressure in the shower was really low - you won’t be able to wash your hair and the shower takes a long time.

• Winneth (8/5): Location was good getting to other areas, such as Peckham, elephant castle and Brixton. - The welcome was good, Only seen the host 2 times on arrival and when he popped up from no where when I try to enter the kitchen for a hot drink, Bedroom and bedding very clean bathroom very clean On arrival the welcome was ok, it was raining and cold believe it are not it should be summer, on welcome a cup of tea would have been very appreciative, No kettle in the bedroom, ie tea bags, sugar, and sachets of milk, would have made the stay a bit more pleasant. First morning try to enter the kitchen to get hot drink, a voice from no where ask where you going I then ask if I can get an hot drink, host walk towards the kitchen, there is the tea bags and hot water after looking around like an idiot host put a cup under the hot water dispenser, he then stand over the other side of the kitchen, my worse nightmare when I open the fridge there were no bottle milk it were evaporated in the tin, clearly this is say you cannot have a cup of tea from this kitchen. Either you do without are wait until the cafeteria open down the road.
• Alfredo (7/5): Friendly host, decent location - The shared bathrooms were reasonably clean It was cold in the bedroom and in the bathroom and the heating wasn’t on when we arrived at 9.45pm in what was a cold spell in London. The decor is dated and the furniture arrangement made the room look crammed with headboards against windows. Headboards to the sides of the fireplace would make it a lot better. The heating should be operated on a timer to suit late arrivals and early showers

• Graham (9/5): Perfect cost effective and clean accommodation with friendly host - Very interesting part of London with easy bus access to Elephant & Castle and from their the tube to anywhere in London.
• Edson (4/5): I will not go back in there - Pedro is very gentle and provided what was needed to make us feel home, also provide plug adaptors and breakfast, however It was not clear what time and when we could have it. The room and the house was clean, but as it is an old house it smells. The kitchen of the house was closed so we could not use even if we had asked. So We had to ask all the time to open it. we could have the freedom to use. The shower was weak, the water was not strong enough.

Room was decent! The shower was really really slow and even then we were told to save hot water for other guests.

It was very cold in the room. No breakfast even for the charge, still some sites are listing the property as b&b. The price for a room with shared facilities in Peckham seems too high. was drawn by all the good reviews but maybe not to my standards.

The billow was hard and the blanket stiffy (but warm), I had to take the decoraton billow to sleep. In the night was the fassade of the house quite dark and we could not see the number of the house so it took us 15 minutes to find the house...

• Uk (7/5): Weekend accommodation in Camberwell - Our room was very clean, comfortable and amazingly quiet. There was no onsuite bathroom. There were 2 bathrooms along the corridor and both were clean and had hot showers so not a major problem.

• Nahian (2/5): Could be way better - I think the room was very small and the pictures shown here are a bit misleading in terms of space. No towel was provided, toilet tissue and everything was maintained at its minimum level. The kitchen, common space, and gardens are shown as amenities but I don’t think the host truly welcomes you to use them. Not worthy as it costs! A few good sides: clean in general, comfortable bed. Nothing significant but the bed was comfortable.

Very convenient location but also area very peaceful in the evening time. Pedro was so kind and helpful throughout my stay... I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property

• Elizabeth (5/5): The rooms was tidied up and I suggest to the owner to get at least a table top fridge, kettle, microwave for its clients - The property was clean The room was so hot and there was nothing like kettle to make tea or coffee
